Did some work stuff and chilled with the fam. Prepped some breakfast for tomorrow. Yogurt with protein powder and some biscoff and berries. Will take a picture tomorrow when I eat it.

@coolguy77711 Bros. This, a really good leg session. I like how you balance things up. Plus you warming it up. The only thing I would do is at the end, do some cardio really burnt out the muscles like that.
