Had a bit of a break from everything and some time off from gear over Christmas and have just been focusing on coaching the boys lately but thought I'd get back into things

At the moment will just be focusing on dropping a few KGS and tightening up a little bit as honestly not sure if I'll compete again like I was planning on doing later this year
