Welcome bud, good to another Aussie on the forum, I've started a couple before but due to life getting g in the way I dropped off.Gday guys
I am new to this forum but I'm certainly not new to training. I'm 33 years old and I've been training since I was 16. Between the age of 25 and 30 I had a break to sort my life out but now I am dedicated back to it and training hard.
I am 97.5kg and 182cm. I have ran I'd say around 10 cycles in the past of all standard cycles like: test only, dbol only, test/deca/ dbol, test/mast/tren, test/tren/anadrol Test/mast. I've taken the test as high as a gram before but just saw sides and lots of water so I'm taking a different approach this time. I have come to the realisation now that blasting and cruising is what I am going to be doing since pct and trying to get myself started everytime is becoming more challenging and I will most likely need TRT for life when im done.
So this blast I will be running:
DofRandD
600mg mastron, 400mg test E, 300mg EQ weekly. Untill my bloodwork shows the cycle is becoming problematic.
When I post bloodwork too you will see my cholesterol will be abit wacky at times. This is due to a family condition of high cholesterol. I have meds to crush it when it becomes problematic but they give me muscle cramps so I prefer to only use them when absolutely necessary. Right now my cholesterol is around a total of 4
I follow a jordan peters style training program of Push, pull, legs to absolute failure (never really past, due to recovery). I am a shift worker so I work 2 day shifts, 2 night shifts and four days off with 24 hours off in between shift
Goal is to add some thickness to my back and legs this blast and round off my delts more. I would like to hit a good 105kg not too fluffy.
Calories will start 3500, 4000 non training days. 4500, 5000 training days

I ended up dropping the EQ bro I'm pretty sensitive to E2 normally and I didn't really have any dramas. Me and my coach discussed my cycle and for the sides of EQ can be hard to manage over time and we wanted to pick something milder. So I dropped the EQ for 2 weeks and then started NPP instead.

My guerllin must be through the roof because I am constantly starving but I am loving the process totally.

Training is going fantastic. Check in was 2 days ago and my weight had stayed the same but I lost another 2cm off my waist. Strength is increasing and the body is turning into a furnace with the reverse dieting. Nutrition is staying the same apart from 40g extra carbs on training days.
I have also started to include vacuums and posing into my evenings to build conditioning.

Yesterday's Diet:
1. Overnight oats: 1 cup of oats, 50g blueberries, 20g diced Dates, 40g Wpi/Wpc Blend.
2. 2 x bulk nutrients protien bars
3. 150g Shredded chicken breast taco seasoning, brocollini, refried beans
4. 120g chicken breast, 125g basmati rice, 30g musashi shred and burn pre made shake.
5. 180g Chicken breast Mexican seasoning, refried beans, 2 x mini tortillas, guacamole, lettuce, salsa, small mozzarella serving.
6. Whey protein shake and .5 teaspoon of noya almond butter (trying to curb hunger)
