hello guys, hope everyone had a nice weekend.
Bit more of an update after check in with my coach on the weekend. Another big weight jump of 1.6Kg, probably need to try slow this down so i can hopefully maintain a reasonably lean growth phase. Slight bump in testosterone this week, up to 300Mg from 25Mg. Everything else has remained the same
Original goal was 90Kg reasonably lean, i am currently sitting at 88.2, so I'm hoping the first goal isn't too far away. Ideally id love to finish this push phase closer to 95Kg with as little fat as possible (probably dreaming). As you can see below i haven't blown out yet, still visible abs at the moment.
I have put up a pic for a bit of comparison from towards the end of my last push, similar weight but totally different body composition. (still struggle to pose or take a decent pic)
