A few questions here,
diet, it's not clear at all, we do need to see what you eating meals and foods and when you eat it
training, also not clear what you training, please share actual weights reps and sets
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
you're using steroids so not knowing what you eat or how you train is not safe to do, important to log that
On pct, you need more time 6 weeks pct
clomid finish at 4
nolvadex add 10/5 last 2 weeks
aromasin only first 2 weeks

ostarine mk2866 only use week 1-2 in pct
cardarine gw you can figure yourself but 10mgs is enough
