Approved Log My Testosterone+Orals PCT cycle Log

Ok I have settled on this PCT protocol after doing a bit more research and seeing a few comments
@chris00079 great log start thanks for this.

A few questions here,
diet, it's not clear at all, we do need to see what you eating meals and foods and when you eat it
training, also not clear what you training, please share actual weights reps and sets
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

you're using steroids so not knowing what you eat or how you train is not safe to do, important to log that


On pct, you need more time 6 weeks pct
clomid finish at 4
nolvadex add 10/5 last 2 weeks
aromasin only first 2 weeks

ostarine mk2866 only use week 1-2 in pct
cardarine gw you can figure yourself but 10mgs is enough

Started Today which is 7 days after my last Test E
clomid per day 50/50/25/25 (4wks)
nolva per day 40/40/20/20/10/5 (6wks)
aromasin every second day 12.5mg (2wks)
mk-2866 (10mg caps) 20mg per day (2 wks)
gw-501516 (10mg caps). 20 mg per day (6wks)

Diet
I eat pretty clean (cook 90% of my meals) not tracking carbs or fats but will limit carbs to veggies and snack on rice cakes.
I get plenty of good fats from olive oil, seeds and nuts and nut butters, avocardo, coconut yoghurt,
Aiming for 150g of protein per day (organic lean meats and fish)+ aminos and 2 protein shakes)

Training
I'll keep training 5-6 days per wk weights 4-5 days cardio 1-2 days. I have just switched up my program a bit and changed 2 out of 3 exercies per body part and increased the rep range from 8-12 to 12-15 (I'm not used to higher reps so this should be fun)
i'll post updates every week and add some pics and the end of week 3

@chris00079 the pct is a good start, I would add 5 caps hcgenerate ed last 4 weeks its a smart move to get the balls plump.

diet
if you dont track food we dont know what you eating, and 150 grams of protein not enough during pct, you need to push that up way more to over 250 grams and you need omega 3 fats and saturated fats in the diet its a MUST

training
so what exact training you doing? please add pics and training dont wait for end of week 3

nice update man, my suggestion for pct is lower the serm dosages. i see too many people over do it on those. cut the doses in half atleast
also no need for aromasin in pct UNLESS your estrogen is elevated which it shouldn't be if you did things right on cycle
 
hcgenerate works good
get your balls nice and plump and gets your libido up
 
I would drop the sarm from your pct
no need to include it, gw is okay though
 
try and update us constantly on your training
any little tips and tricks we can give you is going to go a long way

ok thanks I have reduced
mk-2866 and gw-501516 to 10 mg each per day. I wasn't sure about the aromasin but my nipples are a tiny bit sensitive so I i though 12.5mg ever second day for 2 weeks would be ok ?

(got 250g of protein in) I feel like im getting enough fats and supplimenting with EPA/DHA but I'll get more fish into my diet, i have also added pics of test boosters im taking . I have been using them on and off for a few years and started them again last 5 weeks of cycle.

Day 2
I have changed up my program, same split I have been doing over the last few months

Just changed from 8-12 reps to 15-20 reps and changed a few exercises for each split

1)Chest/Back

2)Legs

3)Bi’s Tri’s and Shoulders

4)Rest or cardio

5)Cardio (usually 5km row (29min)

6)Repeat

Day 2 Diet I drink 1-2 litres of water and 500ml of (celery, apple and lemon Juice 5 days)

I cook in organic Beef Tallow

  • steak 200g 60gP
  • BCAA 5g 05gP
  • Protein Shake 30gP + 19g Fats (3g-sat)
  • Steak + Salad with olive oil and goats cheese 55gP + Fats
  • 2 tins of Tuna in olive oil 190g 30gP + 7g Fats (3g-sat)
  • Roast lamb + Salad with olive oil and goats cheese 60gP + Fats
  • Coconut yoghurt + Protein powder 15gP + 19g fats (18.1-sat)
  • TOTAL PROTEIN 250G


Day 2 Gym (Legs) sets after warm ups total time 70Min

Standing Hack Squat machine 40kg x15,50kg x15, 55kg x 15, 60kg x 15

Lying hamstring curls (cable) 2x 15, 3x15 3x 15 3x15

Deadlift 60kg x 20, 70kg x 15, 80kg x 15 80kgx 15

i think you can add more squats 25-50 reps
