Apologies for my recent lack of activity here on evo ! As a few know I competed for my first ever comp as a personal goal with no expectations but to do something I set in place and have fun while doing so.

I’m very happy with my efforts. Placing 8th of 13 competitors. The competition was absolutely killer and I’m proud of my placement !!!

Massive thank you to my coach @AE1079 who made the entire prep really enjoyable and kept my stress nice and low.

With that done it’s now time to enter the rebound phase and slowly reverse out and begin adding a bit of size I decide if I will compete again next year which is looking to be likely !!

Current training has dropped down to 4 days a week to give the body some much needed rest.

Peds have dropped down for the next 4-6 weeks and then we will get some blood work and asses.

Current peds
400mg test e weekly
400mg mast e weekly
3iu gh pre bed
400mg L carnitine pwo
Reta 2mg weekly
Winstrol 20mg pwo (about to drop out)

Looking forward to being back amongst the evo family and sharing my journey throughout the year leading upto potentially competing again with a bit more knowledge !

welcome back to the EVO family :D @TeeGee
You look amazing in those comp pics, shredded and stage ready, placing 8th in a tough lineup for your first show is something to be proud of. Condition and detail were on point, you clearly put the work in start to finish. :D EVO family loves you!

Would be great if you keep updating through your rebound, training shifts, and bloods. Everyone will want to see how you fill back out and build size before deciding on next year’s prep.

@TeeGee Always good to seeing you update us. finishing 8 out of 13 is awesome man. its a tough field

Thank you brother. Good to be back. Hoping to do some solid growing now and continue to progress
Quick question off topic... @TeeGee
I'm tatted full back, chest, sternum, full sleeves (ditch and elbow) and neck too, just got a raven on my head behind my ear too.... You seem to be tatted in the one place I'm hesitant to take the plunge.

Can you describe what the experience was like on the stomach and ribs? The only place I almost tapped out was my sternum, that shit was spicy!

Definitely going to keep a good update on the coming weeks with rebounding and keeping things in check bro.

I’ve literally just finished closing up the ribs and armpits last week.

Ribs - not as bad as people make them out to be. Biggest thing for me is just finding a comfortable position and zoning out with the headphones not too loud.

Stomach - this was a cover up job for me with high saturation. It was quite intense. Two 10 hour days back to back. I would admit that I wanted to tap a few times but got through it.

Armpits is what I will admit to being torture. Even used numbing cream for that and it did absolutely nothing due to not holding fat. Apparently numbing cream thrives on fat content to work efficiently.

Hope this helps brother. I do all my work in Bali now due to speed and pricing. They don’t muck about over there

Good post-comp session, solid way to ease back in without frying your CNS. The 80 kg chest press and 30 kg cable fly work will keep fullness while you enjoy the break.
Retatrutide at 2 mg weekly is a smart add to stop rebound cravings while you get your head back in prep mode. Just keep protein high and don’t stress the lighter loads, this phase is perfect for recovery and letting joints and skin settle before you start pushing again. :D

Strong return session and good shoulder balance with rear delts getting real attention. The 100 kg press topped off a clean workload, so keep that as your top set until you can hit 12 reps before adding load. @TeeGee

Meal plan looks tight and simple which will make consistency easy again. Keep protein even across all 5 meals and track the next 10 days to see how strength and fullness respond before any macro changes.

the workouts look super strong. working up from 40kg to 100kg+ is smart. and i love the seated exerices. those are crucial for proper development and prevents cheating @TeeGee

Well done bro on taking to the stage! Definitely be proud bro! Following along !

More trenhead raises!
Thanks brother. Was honestly an awesome experience.

Tren head raises need to be in full affect. Need to build the abs to be very prominent through the tattoos hahaha

Not sure how I missed this log

My brother can’t wait to follow along, and you look incredible 😍😍😍
She’s only a freshly made log brother 💪🏼

Appreciate you man !!!! Comp was great. Had to go a bit M.I.A during prep. Was very consuming at some points and found it easier to just lock in without all the distractions of the world.

Hope you are well mate ! Will do doing my best to update this log as much as possible

Just in time then, and for sure bro you don’t need all the extra distractions at that time

Heck yeah bro I’m here for it

Yeah I bet! Yeah tattoos are great but they really fuck your definition. I double bicep in Mirror, one inside arm tattooed the other clean and the clean arm looks noticeably bigger, I measure and they are the same.

Bro don’t even get me started. I got the inside of my ribs filled and armpits done last week which goes into side of chest….. what chest…. Chest is gone 😂

I have a client with the same issue, he complains to me about placings, but I told him I'm not the judge :P

Absolutely has an affect on the overall look. I would advise anyone who wants to really take it seriously to avoid the tattoos and body suits.

For myself it was more a personal goal of discipline and lifestyle change. The placing was never important. Just wanted to feel i belonged there

That’s the best mindset to have, chasing the discipline and lifestyle over the trophy always builds the longest results. The tattoos might change stage aesthetics a bit, but the physique and presentation still speak louder when the work shows through. :D I always say show it to my clients!

You look thick in the pics with big arms and a full upper body.
The 80 kg chest press and high volume fly work are perfect for that dense look.

Front and side raises with face pulls are building round delts fast. Keep recovery tight.

Nice brother keen to see how you progress.

What's in the banana blueberry mix looks good?
100g rice flour
50g churro protein
100g blueberry
100g banana
20g almond butter
20g raw honey
Annnnnnnnd some cinnamon. Honestly tastes like a cheat meal hahaha

delt development over the past few months has been great and now that I’ve added more food back in it’s giving me that extra strength to move heavier weight with control

I see a lot of delt development overall from you not just months, I checked your old logs, impressive size gains :D @TeeGee

Hahaha brother I can remember back to the beginning where you gave a lot of contribution towards my nutrition choices before I had a coach

Also some solid advice regarding higher rep ranges

Every morning for breakfast. It honestly will change your life.

Put the rice flour and protein together and spoon it together. Then add boiling water. Allow it to stay thick. Then give it upto 30 seconds in microwave bro. Pending on what protein you use… comparable to eating a crisped pancake or a brownie.

The TikTok videos on it are complete rubbish
