Post injection redness

I’m a bit worried, i injected yesterday and today i woke up with a huge red welt where i injected
There is also a black spot, like i got bit by a spider or something. Should i take a pic and post it or go to the ER? Or should i just keep an eye on it? It is warm to the touch but not hot
I had injected sustanon.

You can just keep an eye on it, sustanon shots can swell a bit.
