Retatrutide advice

If it worked so well the drug companies would have changed the dosing protocol. They spent billions on R&D so they know what works best.
Nobody wants to pin daily. They designed it to be easy on the target 🎯 demographic which was never meatheads who don’t mind being pin cushions

Thanks for the advice- you sure that blood work wont be necessary? From what ive read and i could be wrong its suggesting that i monitor the following - complete blood panel, CRP & ESR, liver function, kidney function , fasting insulin, lipid profile, fasting glucose and HbA1c
Is it necessary for just taking a glp? Not really, but getting bloodwork is never a bod move. It's not an issue with kidneys and will actually help liver issues. The only concern would be blood glucose concentration.

Hi Gents,

Weight :100kg
Body Fat: 18% (withins scale)

Lifetime natty and no experience at all when it comes to this kind of thing so thought id ask the more experienced members here.

Im currently sitting at 100kg 18%body fat and trying to drop down to 9-11% 88-90kg this year. Ive been athletic all my life and been training weights/ mma for the past 4 years. I have gotten down to 82kg pre covid however i was very dialled in and didnt have alot of responsibilities as i do now. My discipline is there and i train 5/6 days a week religiously however i have a habit of constantly getting injured (5 times last year , twice this year) - currently torn bicep - when i do get injured and i cant be active i tend to lose that discipline and eat rubbish food which ultimately makes me put on a few kg of unnecessary weight.

I’ve been reading alot on this new compound called Retatrutide and have convinced myself that this is the one that going to help me achieve my dream body however since ive never experienced with any gear in my life i am still sceptical and unsure if i should go ahead with it. Would love to see how others who havnt experimented with any glp-1 prior to reta , went whilst using it.

My question is, how do i determine dosage - nothing is mentioned in the studies if its weight dependant or whatnot so should i commence with 1mg a week and see how it goes?

- Should i do blood tests to track this and if yes, what exactly do i look for

- i understand that i must take probiotics, fibre and hydrate myself plenty whilst on this to mitigate side effects, is there anything else i should take apart from them?

- i was planning on running it for 3/4 months max and titrating my dose from 1mg- first 4 weeks , 3mg x 4 weeks, 5mgx 4 weeks and 7mg last 4. - based on the study and my maths, this is the timeframe to achieve my goal. Is this feasible or should i jump on lower dosages after the 4 weeks?

- I do have a big appetite and im concerned that once i jump off it, would i rebound as a result or is it possible if the discipline is there to stay on track.

- any other tips/ suggestions are welcomed

Im obtaining BPC AND TB from Livewell aswell to help with the bicep, can you combine all 3 together at the same time.

Thank you in advance.
@AJF reta hasn't been around very long and its not even through trials yet to be approved. so YOU need to try it out yourself and log it for us. several guys are on here using it and trying it out you can see their progress

@AJF Definitely log this. It's very important. We need to see your changes and adjust things as you go. The problem is reta has a long half life so you need to dial in that dosage and get it right

Hey mate, would love to start a log and post daily however it does look very time consuming and in all honesty ive got plenty on my plate at the moment and i fear i wont be able to commit to it properly. I wouldnt want to start unless i can commit to it fully. Hopefully in the future when i start a TRT cycle
@AJF you don't know if its time consuming as you haven't tried it, and you dont need to update daily. 1x/week updates are fine.

If you truly want to get results and you are trying to get lean, having a log is a must. Reconsider it and log please

Honestly have been meaning to start a test cycle for forever now but i do want ti have kids in the future and that throws me off. Eventually will run test once im a bit older

Just wanted to make sure its not a crazy rebound, i believe i have the discipline to stay on track but I’ve been thinking- if reta suppresses your appetite and you consume much lower calories for a couple months, would your body assume that those calories are now you maintenance and if you do go back to you actual maintenance 2500-3000 calories after the reta cycle- will you put on weight rapidly?
@AJF i have heard people gaining back 50% of what they lost fast. that is why its important to dial things in BEFORE using

@AJF definitely need to get blood work. get a full hormonal panel.

Is there anything i could take to minimise the muscle loss during a reta cycle? High protein and resistance training is a given but is there any other peptide you can recommend that doesnt have adverse side effects but can preserve muscle during this high calorie deficit period
HGH

Would it be safer to implement a peptide that release my own gh instead of going directly to injecting gh- apologies for my ignorance but ive read and heard that it grows organs aswell - has anyone experienced this?
You won't grow organs unless you abuse it. My wife is taking 3IU per day with zero sides. She is jacked AF.

I've been running 0.5mg every second day for a while now and am down to 11% BF. The hardest thing is making sure you can hit your protein requirements with the reduced hunger. Also using smaller more frequent dosing I found gives better control of side effects.
@Ziggie include yoga to your routine....it will help with bodyfat..........

Will start a log once i commit to it.
Your log should start BEFORE you use any gear or peptides, it will help you prep for whatever is coming. It's crucial to do so. @AJF
