Real talk: If what you are reporting is correct, you are in like a 2000 calorie deficit, so absent consistent Dexa scans, you are probably losing fat quickly, but not putting on muscle. It’s just not the way bodies work. As far as reseeding, you have a lot of energy to supply from your stored resources. If, and it is a big if, keto makes you better at burning your own fat by ingesting fat, then your ketogenic/lipolytic pathway should be becoming more efficient, and you shouldn’t need to eat Doritos to keep up your energy.
I’m not sure the duration somebody can stay in such a large deficit, but if you are going to do so, and want to preserve, much less grow, muscle, you need to concentrate on getting your protein intake up.
