I tore it in 2019 had surgery. In April I reinjured it again. Doc says he is hoping it heals on its own. Says its not bad enough for insurance to cover it. So I am just doing the stupid protocol of going to physical therapy for a month and if that doesnt work we will see what to do next.Sorry if i missed it but what is the issue with your shoulder? That’s one of the reasons that, for home, I prefer machines that are harder for their weight rather than easier. I think I am going to order them and just haul to the gym in my big ass gym bag. Probably not use the wide one at all. Just use the medium and close grip.Yeah there good. Not exactly the same feel as the mag grips. I have the original set of mag grips for the home gym. Also the prime knock off's which I use more than the mag grips

Yes I saw that online earlier. Gosh I hate to stop eating pineapple but I guess I will do what it takes. I also see taking anti inflamitories also work as well as antacid and magnesium. I guess I just start eating lentils, almonds, take lots of tumeric and meloxicam. I wish I could find a good doc that would be willing to actually help my lifestyle instead of hurt it. I can still take all my liver sups and stuff though correct? Just stop taking multi vit and avoid items with vit c and iron?Drop you vitamin stack. Specially vitamin c. Avoid raw fish/shell fish. Eat more beans, seeds and nuts

Those numbers were in Mid August before I even started gh or this current cycle.
I need to keep my blood volume low and iron levels down. Iron levels too high and that is bad for liver and heart.I would not personally worry about that at all.

PED change dropping the Tbol to anavar for the remainder of the year. 50mg per day split into two doses. Dosage schedule will be 1 hour before workout and then 10 hours later.

Today was my first day taking anavar in place of Tbol. Will be interesting to see how my body responds to 50mg/day. Taking 25mg 45min before workout in morning and 25mg in the evening. Hit a bunch of new PR today. Was shocked at my strength on the reverse grip pushdowns after frying them on regular grip pushdowns. Shoulder still feels like crap. The PT says its my neck. Says it most likely has a bulging disc. Has me doing the exercise and then assesses the range of motion with my arm after. Will see.
