Thanks brother!!! Now if I could just get my right shoulder over 70%. I feel as though its about 65% now. Keeping me awake at night. Have 3 more visits to physical therapy and then will ask my doctor whats next. Stupid insurance wont allow surgery until all options are exhausted.

Sorry if i missed it but what is the issue with your shoulder? Tear? Impingement?

I tore it in 2019 had surgery. In April I reinjured it again. Doc says he is hoping it heals on its own. Says its not bad enough for insurance to cover it. So I am just doing the stupid protocol of going to physical therapy for a month and if that doesnt work we will see what to do next.

I have do high reps on this one at the box gym can't fit enough plates on it. As plates are wide at that gym. And they don't allow gym pins to extend to add more
That’s one of the reasons that, for home, I prefer machines that are harder for their weight rather than easier. From buying more plates to moving bigger stacks, all of the advantage in a non commercial gym goes to machines that have mechanical disadvantage, rather than advantage.

For commercial gyms it makes sense, though. Makes lifts look bigger.
 
I should be at 20 rep sets by middle of November at the rate I am going.

Thinking about going 3 more weeks on the tbol and then switching it out for anavar at 50mg day for the final 5 weeks of this cycle.
@RoidRage69 anavar switch is the right move, will make you more tight, winstrol is also on the table
my best shred cycles were anavar winstrol based imo

if you can find real bitter chocolate sweetened with coconuts and where the cocao is chemical and pesticide free then you are good
i get one from whole foods. its extremely bitter and its so healthy

Yeah there good. Not exactly the same feel as the mag grips. I have the original set of mag grips for the home gym. Also the prime knock off's which I use more than the mag grips

I think I am going to order them and just haul to the gym in my big ass gym bag. Probably not use the wide one at all. Just use the medium and close grip.
 
These are the prime handle knock off's I have. The one on Amazon feel slightly different than the original mag grips which I have for my home gym. I mainly be using the prime ones

Just ordered them. I think its what my back needs. Something different. I always like the medium width neutral grip. That is what I started lifting with 40 years ago.
Yeah they are great I just use the prime ones more as adjustable from narrow, medium and wide.

PED change dropping the Tbol to anavar for the remainder of the year. 50mg per day split into two doses. Dosage schedule will be 1 hour before workout and then 10 hours later.
 
I looked at them but decided to buy the prime adjustable med and narrow grip. Haven’t used them in a while. Would sell them if interested.
I use my prime ones all the time. Even take them to box gym if doing back.

Anyone know of a fast way to get blood iron levels down so I can donate blood? My doctor refuses to even see me about my issues. He refered me to a specialist in hemotolgy and even wrote a not back saying testosterone therapy should not be used and that by stopping TRT you can lower your levels back to normal. God I swear these doctors suck. Pisses me off. I feel as though I am just going to have to learn how to dump my own blood on my own.

Drop you vitamin stack. Specially vitamin c. Avoid raw fish/shell fish. Eat more beans, seeds and nuts
Yes I saw that online earlier. Gosh I hate to stop eating pineapple but I guess I will do what it takes. I also see taking anti inflamitories also work as well as antacid and magnesium. I guess I just start eating lentils, almonds, take lots of tumeric and meloxicam. I wish I could find a good doc that would be willing to actually help my lifestyle instead of hurt it. I can still take all my liver sups and stuff though correct? Just stop taking multi vit and avoid items with vit c and iron?
 
So as you feel you need to for your health but there are significant questions about how to view primary and secondary erithrocytosis.

Hit a bunch of new PR today. Was shocked at my strength on the reverse grip pushdowns after frying them on regular grip pushdowns. Shoulder still feels like crap. The PT says its my neck. Says it most likely has a bulging disc. Has me doing the exercise and then assesses the range of motion with my arm after. Will see.

@RoidRage69 anavar is a better pick for you than tbol if you ask me, your already a big man so anavar better to lean out a bit and tighten up

your neck, did you try that massage machine? you can get a low priced one and massage it like a hammer massage thing
 
need to donate blood before using steroids, not wait till while on.
