I just did the math and I am still pound for pound ahead of her. I respond very well to the cycles and have kept 100% of strength gains when going off cycle while she loses a bunch of strength. The key is to keep as much gains during health phase.

Had a great bench session today. Worked my way up to singles and busted out another new all time best with 385 lbs. Used a medium grip. I just can't bench normal grip without tearing up my right shoulder. This is probably the last time I do medium grip bench this cycle and most likely going to finish it off with just close grip and incline bench for the next 3 weeks. Got to save the shoulder since I am not in a comp until Mid to late July now. Not going to taper at all either as no point in falling behind and restarting again. Might as well keep the fatigue levels high so I stay ahead of the game for a July taper. I have to say I am more than impressed with how things are going. Europharmacies has the best gear on the planet. Both my wife and I can vouch for that!!! I think next week I will be going for 355 for sets of 3 on close grip since it will be the first exercise of the day so I will be fresh. I always seem to be 20-30 lbs lighter when I do close grip on the 2nd exercise so it should be a barn burner for sure. I believe my close grip is just as strong as my medium grip. In late Dec I believe I did 365 for a single and I know I am much stronger now. Tomorrow is a day off since the wifes works schedule is weird this week. Its a good thing as it will give me 2 days of rest before deadlifting again. Maybe try and do 625 for doubles or triples. That would be a 20 lb jump from last week. It all depends on how much weight falls off. If I lose another couple pounds before then it will be a challenge. It will be worth a try though. Ok everyone have a strong week ahead and get Strong AF!!!

I also suggest doing incline bench for pec mass gains. I'm only doing flat bench because it's one of the 3 lifts I have to perform in competition. I feel incline bench is the best mass gainer for bodybuilders for pecs. You also get good front delt and tricep gains as well.

Well the tendonitis didn't last long. Went away after using elbow sleeves on both push day and squat day. Seems like squats were the main culprit. People don't realize how much strain is on the shoulder and elbow while squatting.
Heavy weights put a lot of strain for sure.

What time are you going? Your gym seems pretty empty. My gym is so packed. You got to wait, like 30 minutes to use the platform.

Trying to recover from the weeks of constant abuse. Hip is all jacked up but I think its finally getting better after doing some better stretching today at the gym. Feels much better after todays leg session than any ive had over the last 3 months so we will wait and see what happens. Might decide to go easy on deadlift day and go for speed over weight just to recover more. Ok everyone have a good week ahead and get Strong AF!!!

Yes it was needed. Going to start back up on it in 10 weeks for the taper.
Why do you need it? You are doing very well without trenbolone.
 
My best gains occur on it. I need it to preserve my muscle while cutting in deficit. Will go with 100mg per week when I use it again. I think a small dose will do wonders with no sides.
As long as you have self control on it, you're fine I think. You're an oldschool vet, so it's all relative.

I think if I did a 3 week taper I would easily get out 365 on incline but I dont want to get out of shape as it takes about a month to get back into shape with volume after tapering. Dont want to get behind. Need to keep volume high enough so I can do another 10 week peaking cycle for the meet in end of July. Got a few PR today. I will take PR's when ever I can while on cycle. Anything less is failure IMO. Whats the point of putting these toxic checmicals into our bodies if we are just going to be average? Ok everyone have a good finish to the week and get Strong AF!!!

Felt tired today so decided to just work up to a heavy single at 655 as I didnt feel like putting the body through any volume. The hip is still acting up and I feel heavy singles is much easier to do than working sets with 7% less weight. Decided to call it after deadlifts and will do the other exercises on Monday. Have to let the body heal up a little bit. Its been a rough 11 weeks on the body. Strength has shot up while holding weight steady. I expect my weight to start falling over the next few weeks as we transition into more of a bodybuilding style training program for 4-6 weeks. Ok everyone have a good Holiday Weekend and get Strong AF!!!

I've been cutting the entire cycle. I'm leaning down as I get substantially stronger. My legs have more veins and waist is smaller. Eating under 2000 cals per day and on semaglutide. I guess u can call it the never ending recomp. I could lose 10 lbs in one month if I stopped creatine but I do t want to stop it.

I expect to lose some weight over the next month as I cut doses of test,deca, and primo in half for my health phase. I also started on 200mg Masteron per week which I will stay on for the entire health phase. Basically a 600mg per week cruise until I blast again in June.

The steroid stack I was on will give me 5-7 lbs of inflammation weight alone. I also creatine loaded during the cut. I have lost a fair amount of fat during this time. Sorry you just don't know what is happening. Not hard to figure it out. You've seen my wife lose a ton of fat while going sideways this last 2 months as well. Cutting fat and gaining lean muscle. It's what my wife and I know how to do extremely well. Maybe some day you guys will figure out how to do it effectively. Maybe we just have super human genetics. It's pretty easy really. You take a large enough dose of the correct compounds and eat clean and most importantly train properly you can gain muscle while stripping fat.

Its possible, I think it's fair to say we'll see as you cut this dose and move into a better range with the cycle or deload, lets see if you drop to 230 fast. @RoidRage69
