[SARMS1] S-4 (Andarine) Log

I got lucky I didn't get any vision sides with S4, even at 100mg ED. The only thing I noticed was my contacts seemed to be more drier than usual but I have no idea if that was attributed to S4 or not. I loved S4, probably my favorite sarm. Even though I'm not at a super low BF% I had extreme muscle hardening, some increased vascularity and awesome strength gains. Keep it up and good luck, I'm sure you'll love S4 as much as I did.

I think vision sides not as bad especially if you do 5/2 with it.
 
man this update is late: 6 sets of military press (again after 2 days off) at 240lbs this time followed by 6 sets of deadlifts (wont say weight because didnt write it down) and I did some rows for the back only 3 sets
I am getting A LOT STRONGER guys, wow!

Damn, 240 pound military press is beast. IMO, that is way more telling of someone's beastly nature over the bench press.

Sweet training session today.

Squats/Dead lifts/lunges, all at once, increased my lifts another 10%! nice right. My legs are completely burned. ;)

squats + deads in the same workout is one of my favorites....

6 sets of each......donezo

I liked running this stuff. Following Dylan's protocol is crucial though.
 
Man, I would be spent after that! It's a lot to get squats and deads in the same workout. I'd be soaked in sweat and crawling to the car afterwards! Kill it buddy

I'm not that tired, to be honest I secretly added cardarine (GW), the cardio is amazing :)
