I am guessing a bit dude, but I am down about 4% bodyfat. That's not the biggest thing, hard to explain but I am HARDER and stronger all around. My muscle mass and size is different. I got a lot of good solid muscle mass. So basically I got LEAN and got STRONG at the same time. More muscle, less fat.
