Decline pecs press 25lbs failure
Decline 25lbs Skull crushers same
Bent over reverse flys
Hammers to failure again..

Fasted for 20 hour's
Blood Keyones( before routine) 2.7
Meal @6:30pm
Flat iron cuts BBQ
Salad cabbage

Got more labs from my last doctors visit... Not sure what the hell took so long!?

Routine was lighter but fasted
Squats to overheads dumbells 40's warm up 15x1, 45's 12x3, 50's 10x2
Incline flys 25lb 15x3
Sitting supported Hammers 25's pause hold to failure

1st meal@2:00pm
Chuck steak rare
1.0lb. beef cooked in tallow
Rest of the sweet potatoes left overs
Salad w/2 eggs boiled
1shake
@medengines man that steak looks good. Cooked just right.
