I reconstituted some tb-500 as well but I only got 10mg of that and I guess that’s barely enough for 2.5 weeks. And that’s if I don’t front load it. So I suppose I’ll either order more before k take it or just run it with the remainder of the bpc. Good to see you back updating usWhat’s up Evo?? Sorry for the lack of posts on this log. I’ve been putting in the work at the gym but I haven’t had time for social media or the forum. Work has been a complete mess. Might even have to go to otl nights for a while. Some big mistakes were made by my coworker and he might not have his job after this one.
Anyways, I don’t want to work nights again but it is easy to eat and it’s easier to go to sleep right after work and go lift before work. So we will see.
Hitting personal records on most of my sessions. Implemented Seated overhead dumbbell presses into my push days. I haven’t done those in years due to an old injury. But I’m feeling great. Got 70lbs dumbbells up for 12 reps the other day! That’s a lot for me.
Bulk is coming to a close soon and I’d like to roll straight into my first cut. It’s a cycle I purchased a year ago. I was going to run it last July but my bloods were so messed up that I didn’t. It will be para pharma cut stack 150. I’ll toss some tbol in there or some winny. But not sure about the winny since tren is part of the stack. I’m not trying to lose my hair. Haha

Today was my last injection on this bulk so I plan to start the cut Monday. We are going on a much needed vacation in 4 weeks so I hope I can shred down a bit before that and I will be sure to lift while on vacation.

I’m going to run the cut stack I have and tbol. But I typically take 100mg/ week of trt. So what do you recommend with this cut stack?
It’s 50mg of each compound: Testosterone Propionate, Drostanolone Propionate, Trenbolone Acetate. I’ve never tren or masteron. Pinning 3 times a week for 150mg of each per week. That’s super low testosterone for me though. So doesn’t make sense u less increasing the test isn’t recommended. L I’ll be running 40mg/ day of tbol as well.

Anyways, no photos that I’m happy with so I’ll See if I can get some on the cut. I recently started my first cut cycle. Looking forward to trimming some body fat and seeing the last 4 years of work. Heading to the beach for a vacation in 2 weeks but I plan on cutting for the next 8 or so.

Thanks man. I feel this was pretty lack lustered. But this was about progress not logging. I made good progress. I’m happy about that. And despite just coming off a bulk, my body fat is at the lowest it’s been in years. Thanks for all of the support.@Cronus402 you put together some really good logs so you should be proud of that.

I feel I’m learning a lot. At the very least, I’m learning how i respond to compounds. I don’t seem to respond as well as others. I’ve never had a 20lb bulk. Everything I do turns into a recomp. But at 44 years of age, I’m not sure who could ask for much more. Obviously I’m not competing so I don’t need much. Just something to show for my troubles and I feel I’m getting that. I need to learn how to eat better. I’m way behind on that in life.That's good. At least hopefully you gain some knowledge throughout the process. @Cronus402
Definitely happy with my progress. I sometimes wonder if my genetics just aren’t good enough to have massive success on any individual cycle. I’ve been running modest doses, I believe. And I have never been a giant eater. So perhaps that’s why. But if I had great genetics, I wouldn’t have needed the gear in the first place. So i just hope I’m making enough progress for the trade off. And with the help of the forum and the incredible podcasts that you guys run, i believe that I’m mitigating my risks as much as i can. I learned a good lesson on organ support last summer. Won’t be making that mistake twice.you got a lot done and learned a lot along the way and shared for others
