Day 116

I'm still at 25mg ED of aromasin to fight the gyno in my right pec.

About the woman I met, it's on pause.

I hurt my right calf while jogging. Hope it heals fast.

Workout:

Leg curls 100x12 (warm up)
Leg curls 150x12 (warm up)
Leg curls 295x12 (double drop set)

Leg press 360x12 (warm up)
Leg press 540x12 (warm up)
Leg press 900x10 (single drop set + forced reps)
* My right calf felt okay in the beginning but the pain came back at the eighth rep with 900lbs

Hacksquat 360x12 (warm up)
Hacksquat 540x12 (rest pause)

Seated leg curls 100x12 (warm up)
Seated leg curls 155x11

Lying leg curls 140x12

Standing calf raises 200x12
* I didn't want to hurt myself further so I kept a light weight
Seated straight legs calf raises 115x12 (per leg)

Leg raises BWxFailure (3 times)

Crunches BWxFailure (3 times)
 
Day 117

Rest day today. I went for a little jog but felt a tension in my right calf so I walked instead.

I didn't hit my macros for the day. I tried to let go of that as well and tell my body that it will be alright, that it won't be affected negatively.
 
Day 119

Happy new year to all of you!

I'm still at 25mg of aromasin to fight the gyno.

My mood is getting better. The pressure I felt in the chest is almost gone now. I think I moved from grief to anger. Just some anger towards what happened with the women I was dating. I will get over it.

Rest day today. The gym was closed.

I spent the afternoon on the beach. All is nice when the women come to talk to you and pick up on you. It helps me remind myself to live in abundance and not cling to one single person.

I still have some libido.
 
Day 120

I didn't hit my macros for the day. I tried to condense 3 meals at night. I spent the day with a woman I met.

Today I feel good. The pressure I had in the chest is almost gone now. I still have a few things to process but I'll get to it.

I am now at 206-209lbs. I lost almost 20lbs. I don't think I lost that much muscle. My arms went from 18" to 16.5". So 1.5" was water?

I may go get some blook work done this coming friday. I want to see where I am with my test, liver enzymes, and so on. Last time I went my test was below average. My AST and ALT where above average. That was before my cycle.

These results were before the cycle I just did. I wasn't on anything that was considered liver toxic. Maybe some of my supplements were causing this. By supplements I mean, natural stuff, no pharma products. As of now, I don't take any liver support. What I'm taking is not considered liver toxic per say. I'm using Pharma Tech aromasin and Deus Pharma aromasin, two Canadian labs. I will check at the pharmacy here if I can get generic stuff ("exemestano" (aromasin) in spanish). I don't have the feeling that it helps my gyno though... That's why I'm considering pharma grade aromasin.

as said you used n2guard on cycle?
