I’m running 12.5mg aromasin eod should I reduce to 6.25mg eod? I’m no expert that much with ai’s but someone at the gym was telling me to use the lowest dose possible. I just wanted to get your opinions

flat dumbbell press 3 sets
Max was 60kg for 6 reps
(I have an issue with dumbbell presses, sometimes my left arm gives out and feels like sometimes I am going to drop the weight. Has anyone had anything similar?)
Incline hammer strength press
3 sets 140kg for 8 reps
Chest flys pec deck
Full stack for 12
Decline cable flys
16kg but constant stretch and squeeze for 3 count which burns them.
High incline chest press
(This I do a little lighter but focus strict on form and 2 sets to failure)
Biceps
Preacher curl 3 sets ez bar
Max 40kg for 7
Hammer curls
12 reps for 17kg
(Went lighter on these as I just wasn’t feeling them today)
Incline dumbbell curl
Again not as heavy but more strict.
Im thinking on Sunday I want to change my training around and focus more on delts.
So my chest day with have front and side delt work and on shoulder days I will have more side and rear delt work. There will be 3 days apart but I just want to bring out more size there and also do an arm day. Focus on them properly at full strength.

128.5kg on the scale before breakfast today but the roundness and fullness Aswel is epic. Overall I feel real good on cycle and more energetic.
Today tho I did do my fasted cardio 6am for 30min.
Tomorro will be a high carb day for shoulders/triceps and coke Sunday is where I will slowly alter my diet to increase my carbs even a bit more as I grow. Bodyfat hasn’t gone up at all and I few the aromasin has helped keep the water down.
ATM my carb cycling days are still
LOW: 258g
MEDIUM: 561g
HIGH: 750g
I want to increase it to the new
LOW: 258g
MEDIUM: 600g
HIGH: 800g
Stick to this for a couple weeks and assess wether I need to up it or lower it or maintain it.

Standing machine side laterals
Now this I try go tut 1 second hold at top and 3 second on the negative, maxed out on this machine but dropped the weight by 20% to achieve more control rather then losing any tension on medial delt.
One arm machine shoulder press
I go for 20+ which 40kg each side and very controlled.
Upright rows laying on cable row machine with a foam roller on my mid back. This gives me more side/rear feels.
My shoulders are so round and swollen which I love and the veins are crazy. Definitely feel every movement.
Triceps
weighted dips and max was 40kg plates on dip belt for 6reps
Cable straight bar pressdown
4 sets slow and controlled but heavy to still feel it work.
Overhead dumbbell extension
65kg for 8 reps.
Triceps have come out so much lately and my arms have blown up alot too

I’ve ran upto 40iu’s in the past but after that I didn’t go any higher. I was that in tune with my body. I think actually 42iu was total. I would actually be super strict with my food for the duration it’s in my system and also do 15min light walk after each meal just to help keep fat down but never really had issue there.is this the most insulin you have ran?
Thank you. One arm movements for me I do feel more as my minds locked onto one movement but it gives me a gauge with strength and feel of the muscle too. Just so I know one side is not lagging.I love the one arm workouts especially when you're in the zone

Yeah I have been using insulin for years and my protocol for me works best even tho I have tried other ways. It’s real dependent on the person. Because I train in the mornings and go to work 2 hours after my boss lets me eat anytime I need cause he respects what I’m doing and knows I’m scheduled to this life.

@Jimboslice117 fair statement, we make it every day sure, but you can die from using insulin and you kill your insulin sensitivity using it, meaning you will become a diabetic that much soonerI'm not sure what the fear is and apprehension around insulin use is. We make it everyday issue free and there's no negative feedback loop if we add exogenous rInsulin. The LD50 for long acting like lantus is about 1000IUs....3 bloody pens. And then rapid analogues....you'd have to be trying to off yourself. It's probably the most underrated PED we have and acts as a prophylactic as well as a performance enhancer.
Just remember tho that there are coaches out there with very little knowledge about insulin. The point that i make with most especially those who want to run it is the negatives before the positives. I’ve seen deaths from guys who abuse it or have little knowledge of this. People like us who know the game well can share what we know but everyone’s body is different. I’ve seen people start with 5iu and boost it to 20iu thinking more is best then bam hypoYou'll only kill your sensitivity if you don't understand beta cell function of the pancreas and use incorrectly. It can be used by us every day over a multi decade time frame with zero negative impact on sensitivity believe it or not. It's honeslty far more deleterious to your health if your NOT using rInsulin given the outrageous amount of food we consume daily for years on end. Sure it can kill you but you'd have to be working with a coach who's profoundly uneducated or you're a complete dope yourself.
Safer use education is correct and even a sticky on forums would be better too.And this is exactly why we need a push for safer use education. How do we do this with rInsulin? Look at the clinical use application. 1IU Increase of rapid acting per meal per day until blood glucose is under control. Coaches don't even adhere to the frameworks. It's baffling

Current weight fasted (after cardio) is 129.9kg
It’s my low carb day but I needed it as yesterdays chest workout was Fkn epic.
Bench press
3 working sets but 160kg for 7 reps but my warm ups really had me pumped already like my chest was rock hard. I haven’t done bench press in ages but i plan on sticking to this again as I know I get good growth from it.
Hammer strength incline press
3 sets and max was 4 and a half plates each side for 8 reps
Decline cable crossovers
2 sets but 12+ reps with tut and a epic squeeze each rep
Incline plate loaded fly machine
3 sets but the weight was reduced by 15% but stressed the chest as much as I can with the squeeze.
High incline chest press
2 sets for high reps just to tax the chest.
Bicep
Ez bar curl
3 sets and a drop set. Max weight 2x10kg each side and last set I would replace the weights with all 5kg plates and drop set that. My biceps go pumped so much just after this
Machine rope Hammer curls
4 sets
2 exercises do me the best as I feel anymore woild be overkill sijce my bicep connection is great and the pumps are unreal.
I was sore All over lastnight tho but I’m guessing that was just a intense workouts but in saying that i got the worst sleep tho today I’m making up for it by power naps couple times today.
I will be increasing dosages for my cycle Aswel where my test will be 1g and npp will sit between 600 to 800mg a week and Maby same with dhb.
Anadrol I’m only sticking with 75mg as I don’t wanna overdo it with that.
Insulin I’ll also be sticking to 20iu post workout.
Just out of curiosity how long is the complete max to run insulin since I’m running novorapid. I’ve only ever run it 6 weeks max and that’s that but I was wondering if someone can go more.

I just finished
Shoulders/triceps
Dumbbell shoulder press (first time in about 8 months) and I smashed out 60kg for 7 reps unassisted
Reason I avoided these because I use to enjoy barbell and machine shoulder presses more but now that I want to use stabiliser muscles more during lifts I’m back at it. I still have videos of me doing strict dumbbell presses with 65kg for reps too.
Arsenal standing machine side raises
With these I do tend to go faster on the way up and explode but slow it on the way down just before the plates touch the other and rep ranges here depending on weight can go from 8 to 30 reps.
Reverse pec Dec
I do not hold the handles here I let the outer part of my hands push the bars out while my hands are open as I feel this so much more without it recruiting other muscles too.
Behind the neck machine press
I don’t go to failure on these but much more for feel, I’ll hit 15 reps each strict for 2 sets
Cable lateral raise laying on a bench
These are my bread and butter for side delts as they have given me phenomenal growth and pumps. I do it at the end for reps but also drop sets and with these I’ll set the pin max 16kg
Start with 6kg on pin and work up as for this exercise you want to feel it and not just ierk shit up.
I’ve had to drop down to 2 tricep exercises as I feel 3 now is too much cause the pump on the first 2 is where I feel is enough. Anymore I feel the pump isn’t as great.
Close grip single handed press
(I’ll take a photo on how to do these so you can try) if you have mind muscle connection issues with close grip bench for tris. This is what u wanna do. Pump is epic and the feel is amazing.
Overhead dumbbell press
I work my way up from 40kg to 60kg here but instead of upright on a bench just a high incline so I feel it way more.
Thankgod for me my elbows have always been good and never had issues esp with reverse pec dec and same with shoulders. Although I think my worst enemy is when I get bigger my mobility take a hit so I try my best to keep mobility good too@Snayaz i like your effort but the reverse pec dec is hard on my elbows

trial and error was something I had to do with training. When I was younger I could get wide as a house but my traps would look so weak and I started adjusting my training and looking for certain movements and angles to help and even go against what people regurgitate online and bam they became so thick and massive that I get a lot of people compliment my traps and my neck size too.Bro loving the detail in your log, you explain the exercises really well so the reader gets a good idea of what you’re doing. But I would rather still train hard as I get older to keep my body active and mobile rather then getting old and immobile as I get older.
