Yes I fully expected to fix my mistake and cover, I couldn't believe how UGF said no apologies needed and let's get it replaced. UGF always comes through for people, I've witnessed it many times with myself and with others.

Brother accountability always needs to he taken especially when I make a mistake, I always try to handle things correctly and not make a big deal about it, I made the mistake, UGF regardless of that fact still offered a replacement which I was like no way I made a mistake and he is still willing to help me complete a successful cycle, unreal level of help and going the distance for me.

First a quick announcement from order placed international to reaching my po box which it arrives tomorrow, 9 days damn near on par with domestic shipping, UGF did it again some how lighting fast getting me the replacement test e 250, the guy just makes working with him so easy! So I give my best in return and find a way 💪 incredibly valuable source for myself and our members, my posts clearly show that and why you should consider trying UGF!

Yesterday was my first official day back into the gym and it wasn't my best day, by no means was it bad at all, I definitely felt weaker, was still able to push within a safe manner. I kept it simple.

Jumped on the scale for a baseline right now im 217.8 so Gained 3.8lbs since being away from the gym, no terrible.

Overall a little sore today but nothing I can't handle. Today was also my second injection since being back on cycle.

Today was 100mg test 100mg primo 20mg tbol 15mg gw 15mg sr.

Total amounts for the week so far
300mg test
200mg primo
tbol is 20mg a day
sr&gw 15mg each a day

I can definitely say para pharma hits like a train, two injections back into the mix and my aggression went through the roof today and lasted for a good 3 hours before subsiding.

Injection was into the rear left glute today as earlier this week I did the right rear glute.

I also was able to do 50 minutes of cardio uphill last night, couple key points, I walked at 3.8 speed for 50 minutes which wasn't possible before. I cut 10 minutes off my 3 mile walking time, and lastly I wasn't even tired I could have kept going, I suspect early on the addition of gw and sr are paying off some already. I hate cardio but those compounds weirdly make me want to go all out.

Diet is simple coming back had to alternate it a bit since Aldi only had 85/15 for the lean turkey so fat will be a bit higher this week.

yesterday 2100 calories, 154g protein, 100g carbs, 100g fat, every meal was 224g turkey, 84g green beans, two meals contained 224g of sweet potatoes. Had 4 meals in total.

You ever just look back and still put blame on yourself brother? I can't help but think I screwed up by going higher concentrations, perhaps I wasn't ready for it.

Hard to say it was a screw up. I listen to the pod casts and they talk a lot about learning how your body reacts to individual compounds and dosages. I’d say you learned a lot with this experience. Plus it has me wondering if I should avoid higher concentrations as well. I was completely unaware that it would even matter. I figured just grab a concentration that is close to your injection dose or that makes the math easy to cut it in half and do twice a week. But now I’ve realized there is more research that I need to do. More to learn.
I’m really curious about these mixtures now. The deca test 400 from para pharma specifically. It’s 200mg/mL of deca and 200mg/mL of test. Wondering if that’s too high of a concentration. Curious what the base is. If it contains alcohol.
 
I appreciate the support brother means alot! Yeah I'm just conflicted do I stick with 25g 1in needle for glutes or do I drop down into 23g 1.5in needle and wee if that helps the situation by going deeper into the muscle.

I draw with 20G x 1” and inject with 23G x 1”
Always in the glutes. I’ve done thigh before and always had pip. So cheek it is.

But we use Dorso glute not ventro glute. Ventro side glute seems as though may be smaller thinner muscle a 1” might be fine. Still larger volume injection site for either gluteal muscle.

Well the higher the concentration the more BA that is contained in said product can cause mote irritation and pip. I thought the same at first with splitting the doses easier wirh higher concentrations etc, that is not the correct way imo.

The highest I will go is 200-300 mg/ml for certain compound concentrations, overall the lower the mg amounts and concentration the easier it will be om tje body when u pin, pip won't be nearly as bad.

I'm not sure if it released yet or when it will, I talked in length with Stevesmi and Mobster on the podcast, I go indepth with my original thought process and what I found out and what happened along the way and how I was wrong with my line of thinking and how I completely changed my stance.

Single compounds are always better than blends, if something goes wrong u can easily dropp a compound that way, if it's blended your out of money and luck and have to spend more money in the end.

Once that podcast drops it will let u in on my mind and thoughts and Steve and Mobster being vastly more knowledgeable and experienced touch on excellent points, I think it can help alot of people which is always my goal help others, and let them learn from me and my journey.

Indeed it's always a gamble I feel like, so far I've been having good luck with my upper outside portion of my rear glutes, pip so far is much less, and more manageable, the real test will be when I'm doing 200mg primo with 150mg test and 150mg eq in one syringe.

So far we are just going slow and steady, by week 2 or 3 it's going from 200mg a week of primo into 400mg, test will stay at 300mg a week, once eq is in the mix we will see how we fair.

The rear glutes is definitely the correct choice for my site rotation, as the muscle and my body are handling injections alot better so far which I am very pleased reporting that, it is my hope it continues as the amount of oil goes up when I get into higher doses.

Also best news by far which if you've seen my TD post you will know my para pharma test arrived in just 9 days with my international order! Fast as heck I couldn't believe the super fast turnaround, UGF is a goat for these fast shipments!! 😎

4 bottles of Test E 250 the cycle is 100% back and fully locked and loaded on the right track.

UGF is by far one of the best in the industry they truly take care of people who utilize them, I can't say enough great things about UGF! An I for one am super thankful having them as a source.

Through my own resreach and as well as the evo podcast, the majority consensus is Tbol is mild in nature. I can see that from a muscle building standpoint. This is my first go with utilizing an oral compound.

I do 20mg split doses 10mg twice a day 6 hours apart, I can tell you with me personally tbol is anything but mild, the aggression I get 30 minutes after ingesting is through the damn roof, I've felt aggression before but not like that on that kind of level before! That is some potent tbol from para pharma let me tell ya.

I'd say for a couple hours it will last before subsiding slowly into the background, I definitely have to foucs on controlling the aggression because it flips a switch in my mind and puts me into straight aggression mode.

I combat this by taking it right before my drive in the morning so I'm by myself for a good hour and not around anyone, second dose I take 45 minutes before I workout so I get all the aggression and benefits out before I leave the gym.

I just can't believe how strong my mind reacts with just 10mgs, I wouldn't say I disregarded tbol as weak because I didn't. I just didn't expect it to make me feel that aggressive at shuch a low dose.

Had some slight itchiness in the nipples nothing crazy or alarming, I don't feel like taking chances so I started aromasin 3mg eod, im glad for the most part I was prepared for this cycle and had what I needed on hand because you never know how the body might react, it can change and being prepared is critical for those situations. I feel it's better to stop a problem immediately instead of letting it get bigger and potentially out of control.

Overall we are in a much better headspace and while I feel out of shape and don't like how I look right now, I cant sit and complain, I need to get to work and change it myself and stay positive while doing it, so far so good starting slower and getting adjusted again in the gym, it isn't going as bad as I thought it would. Overall I'm just happy and thankful I am back in the gym doing what I love, I will count my blessings with that and be happy.

Starting out today few things of note. The first is my strength is still at a good starting point for being away and sick for a few weeks. The second is utilizing tbol even at 20mg a day has made a big impact for me getting back into the gym.

I have finally adjusted with tbol and that feeling of wanting to constantly snap off is fully gone, which I'm happy about. I now only feel that towards the weights in the gym when I get my mind focused on my workout.

I suspect weight is up a small % due to me being back on cycle, nothing major I went from 217.4 and now I'm at 218.8 Overall I felt great for the first time in a long time, pump, strength and total workout went great today.

Only changes I've made so far is deploying a small amount of aromasin at 3mg eod, I was experiencing some nipple itchiness in a small amount, that has since gone away after utilizing my AI.

I am still at that adjustment period trying to get fully back into things at the gym, so my workouts will be very basic and alot less volume for now, in a few weeks time I should be back at full speed.

Also the 250mg Para Pharma Test E smooth as silk, monday was first injection of the week for me, I used the right rear glute. Did 150mg test e & 100mg primo, absolutely zero pip or anything negative.

That site has been awesome, which I have GearHead to thank for that and hid constant spot on advice!

I feel after learning from my mistakes this time around we got this damn thing on the right track, life is all about trial & error mixed with gaining experience along the way, i am doing great, full steam ahead in the next few weeks time, overall I can say I feel upbeat and happier again, ready to go all out and see what we come out looking like in 16 weeks time.

Was you not using an AI before?
First cycle I ran I didn't need AI because primo did the job because it was high enough to cuntwr balance possible estrogen issues.

The second time around when I was at the same dose of primo it was working out the same way once I dropped the primo into the 200mg range and test was at 300mg, few Injections in I notice the itching, if was all day and all night it was just a few quick times a day and would go away.

As soon as I noticed it within 24hrs I got on aromasin and the issue has fixed itself.

So far it's been an excellent choice and addition, even at 20mg it's help keep mg strength up, more so than it would be if I didn't start taking it before my return into the gym.

That was with me stopping myself, don't want to over due it early and burn out, eventually I want to consistently hit 3-4 miles 4 days a week.

I'm actually very surprised and content with 20mg, maybe at some point we will see if 40mg shows any benefit but for Joe 20mg is the move.

Dang, you all had me looking up some anatomy. I run my Dorsogluteal. The old upper and outer quadrant is easy for me to hit. Lots of room for error but can be hard to reach. I’m guessing it’s even more difficult for bigger lifters.

Yeah right side is easier for me reaching, left side not so much, also I am right handed so trying to inject and poke left handed fucking sucks lol, but I'm trying ti get better at it.

I might be young, with the power of the internet I was able to explore golden era body building and bodybuilders from the 1970s which is my favorite era, frank zane is my favorite I run his program for my training currently, I also love the golden eagle Mr Tom Platz. Alot of my motivation comes from listening to those guys from the 70s, I listen and play anything I can get my hands on from that era and soak it up.

weight before jumping back on cycle was 217lbs.

Current weight now 220lbs up 3lbs since getting back into training.

I wanted to start out today with some great news, I successfully completed day one back on my original cycle program, which is one of frank zanes programs.

Low dose and glute shots was the correct approach it has been working and I'm getting strong again, I do have to give Tbol all the credit because I'm only 2 weeks back into shots so 4 in total, definitely not the long ester injectables, not even close to peaking yet.

amazing what just 20mg of tbol is doing for me, dht compounds just make me strong for some reason and i respond so well with them.

This week we adjust the injectables, primo instead of 200mg a week will be at 300mg a week moving forward for the next few weeks, if that goes well we eventually bump up into 400mg, which that will be my max primo dose for the entire cycle.

Crazy thing is i haven't even introduced the EQ back in the cycle yet 👀 this could get pretty interesting 6-12 weeks from now, if my plan continues going the way it is now.

It has been a wild ride for me coming from where I was a month ago and where I am at presently, night and day difference in mood, drive and attitude, head fully screwed on and back in the game.

I am back with vengeance day one everyday we find a way for improving in all aspects.

I absolutely crushed it today in the gym, I felt a sense of accomplishment and happiness, it carried all day into the night, I haven't felt this good in a long time.

Last night I watched a bunch of robbie robison " aka the black prince" training footage and I picked it apart and analyzed it.

Watching the way he perfectly executes the low cable row blew my mind, so I decided to try his technique and utilizing it I was able to max the weight out at 260lbs.

I couldn't believe how just watching the way he pulled with his back and watching what muscles contracted improved my technique, and gave me a killer pump in the process.

Only downside was I ripped a calcus almost completely off, which made me mad lol, so I went for another set with my rows and kept going no pain no gain as they say.

Moving forward lay out is this for the next few weeks.

Thank you brother for all the kind words abd support 🙏 🙌 I wasn't really sure what I would see running tbol, so far I've been very pleasantly surprised with what I'm seeing, I've noticed a really nice endurance buff, certain weights and lifts see a little easier then the pervious week.

Yes I agree looking back on everything, my strength has improved alot! I didn't think I'd see that much improvement, it just gradually kind of happened.

I found myself analyzing more robbie robison vintage training footage the other night. Thursday was mainly a chest day with delt and tricep work.

Watching his arm placement and the angle at which he held the dumbells really helped me during training. I felt very strong the entire workout.

I had a thought after my training, am I finally out growing planet fitness and is it time to close that chapter and open a new one at a better gym. I am maxing everything out at my current gym.

Looking back from one year ago into my current position, I have become much stronger than I had anticipated.

Dumbells only go up into 75lbs and I pressed those for 15 reps, 1 year ago I could barely get 5 reps at that weight and it felt easy!

Everything was clicking on my push day and i just couldn't be stopped, im getting that feeling I had during my first cycle again with constantly achieving new heights with weights and reps.

I felt had they had 80,85 or possibly 90lb dumbells I could have put up a few reps no question in my mind.

Yesterday was my final injection for the week bringing the total mg of injectables at 600mg with the test and primo combined.

Putting the oral tbol into the mix at 20mg a day my total cycle mgs a week is 740mg total.

Yeah man, you are going to hit pr’s every session! Find the seeet spot with that Tbol. Up it to 30mg/day when you are ready.

I'm keeping it on the lower end brother mainly because at some point eq will be added into the cycle, tbol is just in place to get my strength up and give me that edge and boost at the front end.
 
Looking strong Noah! Do you have any gyms around that will work for you? I don’t know though you might miss the pretty purple colored machines and the no noise when you lift laws… 😉
Also I will miss the free 25 cent water bottle I got because the staff all missed me, they notice when I go missing if its longer then a week, because it's not like me I'm always in that gym 😂

I have 2 possible options one is a bodybuilding like gym and one is a gym thats smaller than planet but has the same if not better equipment.

Haha yes the ultra violet will be missed if I switch lol.
