Today was probably the mother of all back pumps, weights felt so damn “light” really had fun today. Very anabolic day 😅

Added 10g of kerri gold butter to the potatoes, daily fat intake will be at 50g can already feel the difference in libido and just a sense of well being.

These meals with my breakfast puts me at 2200 cals for the day so gonna have to figure out what to munch on to get it up a little higher. Probably the economical version will be adding in a red meat in place of one of the chickens but we’ll see how this week goes.

What a day 😅 still loosing weight very slowly and eating 3000 calories I love it, carbs are at 350 at the moment and even though carrying a little more water training is just so much more enjoyable.

Have not trained legs since last Wednesday so they were very fresh and strong. Pump was wicked and the cherry on top had an IFBB coach for the Pittsburg pro comment that I’ve been gaining some decent size and should consider competing soon and invited us for a session with some other pros.

Apparently Florida is the next meca for bodybuilding exciting stuff :)

What a day 😅 still loosing weight very slowly and eating 3000 calories I love it, carbs are at 350 at the moment and even though carrying a little more water training is just so much more enjoyable.

Yeah gym is quite massive, even peak hours there is no issues finding equipment. I used to alternate gyms but mostly stay in this one since there is more of a serious type lifter going here rather than the other one.

plenty of competitions all over the country over the summer
Yeah the plan is to do a proper 6 month offseason towards the end of the summer and really pack on some proper mass than by next year mid summer go on stage.

Training is on point, strength is increasing once again and keeping fat gain at bay. Pumps are incredible and recovery is very fast as well. I’m sure the esters still are almost fully saturated from my previous blast but I’ll take it lol. Probably not gonna be on this cruise for much longer tbh we got lot of work to put In still. 🙃

What do you want your stage weight to be?
Not necessarily aiming for a specific weight however when I cut down to the low 215 I’m definitely lacking in my upper. I’m ball parking 225-230 would be ideal on stage if I can handle the weight.

Ill still cruise for another 3 or so weeks since training is going so well. Just to clarify it would be in 2025 not this summer. I don't want to rush anything especially since I have never competed so I would need to read up and study on a good approach as well.

I was thinking the same, maybe hammer the back religiously maybe even 3 times a week?
 
Don't think you need to hammer it more than once per week. If you trained your back the way I do you will understand. More is not better. Its all about quality not quantity.
I would try that but for my own sanity I need to be in the gym at least 5 days a week :LOL: keeps me busy and out of trouble lol
 
Do a split that allows you to lift 5 days per week and train arms twice per week and the rest once per week.
Thats a good idea, when I start lifting solo again Ill give it a crack. Right now I'm lifting with some bodybuilders on a similar path as I am hence why you see some untypical exercises I would be doing normally.

Feeling a little fatigued whole week catching up today. Pump was decent nothing crazy had more fun though went with a good group of buddies.

Im eating around 3300 calories right now and weight seems to stay stable, I’m going to stay here until the tren arrives and start a recomp lmk what your guys thoughts are on this approach. I feel I can easily put on some decent mass during a recomp my body is so sensitive to food now it’s wild.

Getting up there on the bb rows. I wish I could do them but the wife wants to stay away from them until her neck feels better. The sacrifices we make for each other.
I have the opposite with rack pulls and deadlifts, I tried so hard to do them but my back just refuses to cooperate 😭 my lower back disc just cannot handle that…

I always make enough for 4 consecutive days, I just store them in the plastic containers and take them out the fridge every morning for my day.
 
Yup this is likely the way. What do you think about 12 weeks tren what would be the best way to utilize that cycle ?
I am not sure how I would use it in your case. I do know that I am going to use a smaller 150mg dose during my cut to help preserve as much muscle as possible though. I think a little goes a long ways.

@Eddie Haskell Tren is coming in next week any good tips and heads up to what to expect and what kinda dosage to start of with ? It’s Tren ace i was thinking 250 / 300mg per week with 400 mg test and 300 primo

@Losiol well with the Trenbolone start with 100mgs/week, yup you heard right, 2 weeks @ 100mgs to feel how you do on it. Psychologically its a hard steroid and going to high can cause issues. Like 100mgs can be a gift to your training and gains but 300mgs can make you crazy kind of situation.

Yep I was fine mentally at 525 mg tren ace a week, 700 was breaking point
