Hello everyone I thought today I would look back through photos of last year with my jounery, figured it was time to post some updated photos for everyone.

I wanted to show my back progress from last year into this year. The photos will also show how much weight I lost and how I've sculpted my back more this year.

Para Pharma has made some amazing changes with how my back is looking imo.

I also took some front photo's one of me doing a vacuum and the other 2 are just normal.

I went with @gearhead suggestion and picked up a 5 cubic foot garage chest freezer so I can crush meal prep and prep for 2 weeks at a time and have ready to go frozen meals stored and ready at will.

Freezer also regulates temperature so I'm golden all year long no matter the conditions.

Got to kick this into high gear and make the correct moves for the best results long term.

These updates will be for my last push and pull days for my workouts.

very cool update I haven't seen anyone post up a freezer before
Gearhead gave me the idea and I thought why the heck not, maybe it will give some others some help or ideas with saving space for meal prepping.
 
I think it will be a game changing purchase and make prep a breeze.
I love have space to meal prep, makes life so much easier in a busy days.

My mom always did tons of meal prep when I was a kid. She would make dozens of waffles and Swedish pancakes and freeze them. I would eat them every night before bed when I was stoned. 😂

Yes hopefully it will pay off right away and I stock that bad boy up, less time consuming grab and go is the plan brother.

I had shuch a killer session last night in the gym with legs and cardio. I decided because I like suffering I would do 65 minutes of the stair stepper after legs.

I feel I must go do things that are difficult and challenging so I can truly appreciate where I am right now and the vison of where I will be. I cant fully appreciate the process if it is easy.

Gym was busy so I couldn't squat I just worked around it.

Machine PR doesn't matter, I just like recording everything so I can look back and see where I was at and how I improved.

If it makes u feel any better brother I have healthy legs but they still stuck and have a hard time growing 😂 your leg injured probably looks better than both of mine healthy haha.

I spent a few hours meal prepping last night cooked up 11 meals and the freezer is already paying off.

Current Bodyweight 230.4lbs

I have been doing a recomp most of the cycle, After seeing how much size I put on and all the strength I've gained, it's now time I switch gears, track everything every day and see how cut I can get by the end of summer this year heading into fall.

New target calories is between 2600-2700 a day and one day of high protein high carb typically I'm 200 or under for Carbs on that one day each week we will be around 300g just to see how we fair, will adjust as needed.

I also spent the day at the lake the other day and it was a nice rest day.

Onto today's workout.

Here is my updates for everyone, and my plans moving forward, Sunday is legs abs and cardio, today is my off day on off days I still will be preforming cardio like I did today.

Cardio will be done 4 days a week to start out and see how I fair.

I've been on a mission with challenging myself and mastering the stair stepper, so far I've been excelling at it.

Today I did lvl 7 for 60 minutes and lvl 11 for 5 minutes bringing my total time into 65 minutes.

I hit a new pr on floors climbed and steps
245 floors and a little over 3900 steps.

I also picked up some protein powder so I can get some nutrition and protein in during my work shifts.

Protein powder digestion is easy on my stomach and never bothers me or bloats me.

I am now entering the cut phase of my jounery I will contiune my ppl split and add in more volume along the way.

Current weight 227.4lbs
Goal Weight 195-200lbs
Current calories 2400-2700
One day week of 300g carbs high protein low fat
6 days a week under 200g carbs high protein low-moderate fat.

I also started tanning wanting to see how my physique will look when I'm not pale looking. I only do two 5 minutes sessions a week, don't want to over tan or over do it.

I like your attitude towards this. Cardio is a good challenge. It will help you in your lifting as well. The stronger your heart the more weight you will be able to crush each day in the gym.
Absolutely brother I agree on the cardio front when I was shredded years back I did nothing but volume work with moderate weight and 6 days a week of hour long cardio.

Of course now being in my mid 30s will be 36 in August I have to change my approach in certain ways, that just gives me new challenges and adventures.

I won't lie I have become a fan of lifting heavy weights, I never used to believe in it untill I started cycling lol, completely changed my entire perspective and gave me a level of appreciation and respect for the guys who have been doing it a long time.

I truly believe my back shaped the way it did because all the heavy weight and movements.

Now we start to sculpt everything and bring it together with the cut.

Here is my updates for everyone, and my plans moving forward, Sunday is legs abs and cardio, today is my off day on off days I still will be preforming cardio like I did today.

Cardio will be done 4 days a week to start out and see how I fair.

I've been on a mission with challenging myself and mastering the stair stepper, so far I've been excelling at it.

Today I did lvl 7 for 60 minutes and lvl 11 for 5 minutes bringing my total time into 65 minutes.

I hit a new pr on floors climbed and steps
245 floors and a little over 3900 steps.

I also picked up some protein powder so I can get some nutrition and protein in during my work shifts.

Protein powder digestion is easy on my stomach and never bothers me or bloats me.

I am now entering the cut phase of my jounery I will contiune my ppl split and add in more volume along the way.

Current weight 227.4lbs
Goal Weight 195-200lbs
Current calories 2400-2700
One day week of 300g carbs high protein low fat
6 days a week under 200g carbs high protein low-moderate fat.

I also started tanning wanting to see how my physique will look when I'm not pale looking. I only do two 5 minutes sessions a week, don't want to over tan or over do it.

That is Monday & Tuesday each week no cardio no working out all rest both days. I accounted for that aspect.

Idk. Lake looked pretty nice too! I wish I was more motivated to do meal prep. It’s a long time in the kitchen. But Lake I could hang there gur hours lol 💪🌸🥳👍

Got a few updates in this one for everyone.

I spent a few hours meal prepping last night cooked up 11 meals and the freezer is already paying off.

Current Bodyweight 230.4lbs

I have been doing a recomp most of the cycle, After seeing how much size I put on and all the strength I've gained, it's now time I switch gears, track everything every day and see how cut I can get by the end of summer this year heading into fall.

New target calories is between 2600-2700 a day and one day of high protein high carb typically I'm 200 or under for Carbs on that one day each week we will be around 300g just to see how we fair, will adjust as needed.

I also spent the day at the lake the other day and it was a nice rest day.

Onto today's workout.

I hate it meal prepping takes forever but it's needed for me so I don't fall off the wagon lol, the lake was amazing much needed relaxation for me.

I'm trying 3-4 days 65 minutes of steps it's brutal but worth it, sometimes I will do 3 days stairs one day of treadmill.

Oh man I'm not sure ideal weight for this cut is between 195lbs-200lbs and hold steady and see how much shape and symmetry I can attain at that weight.

I'm roughly around 226lbs-230lbs right now, I have to weigh myself this week for an accurate number weight wise.

I got two bottles of test e & primo left before this current cycle is over, my next cycle is gonna definitely be me stepping up and running a pure cutting cycle.

Depending on what my coach wants me to do we might run a small 3 week bridge after this cycle before dropping back into trt for a while before running my next cycle.

Just all depends on what he is feeling is best, he wants me to get bloods done before we do anything see how I'm looking overall.

Running 300mg test has definitely given me alot more acne on my back and other spots this time around, it happens other than that minor hair shedding nothing alarming, little bit of dry joints, but I knew it could happen in the elbows running primo especially, nothing that prevents me from working out or day 2 day life.

Overall once I figured the cycle out it's been smooth sailing and a successful one, when I encountered issues it was my fault because I went high concentration, lesson learned, I will never do that again nothing over 300mg/ml.

For now it's cutting then maybe a possible recomp just depends on how I look at the end of this cut.

So I've been doing a method for a while now with pinning I never really shared it because I figured people already knew about the method or have tried it.

This method takes away virtually all pip for me, unclear if it will work for others. I load the barrel cap it, I then plug in my blow dryer and put it on high heat holding the blow dryer 2-3 inches away from the loaded barrel. I heat up the barrel for 5 minutes total I will shake the loaded barrel 2-3 times really good so I can mix all the oil up really well.

The beautiful thing is with this method the oil thins out from the heat of the blow dryer, now the oil will be warm when you inject into the muscle, I actually like this because I can get away with injecting the oil faster than I typically could clean, easy and effective.

Generally you want to inject slow and take your time with it, this method for thicker oils or higher mg/ml that I use works.

I have Primo at 200mg/ml and I've had almost zero pip or pain in the muscle, I rotate ventro glutes typically.

I just held off on sharing my method because I thought people would think I was weird 😅

I just got out the shower one day and it was a day I inject on and i see the blow dryer on the counter, I went hmmm I'm gonna experiment and try something, in my mind I thought this is like heating up water in a pan and putting the vial in the pan, this method could be faster and simpler.

Turns out it was the best idea I've ever had while on a cycle. I just did an Injection that way and pain free simple and quick. My injections test/primo are a little over 1ml as well for clarification.

I hope in the end whoever sees this log post or reads this and you have trouble with pip or injection, maybe this method if tried can help you out.

I've been focusing on lighter weight and going ass 2 grass on front squats, I've been missing out because the quad activation I get off those is insane even at 155lbs. I think moving forward I'm gonna keep doing these with truing to build my legs up.

Cardio I attempted my first shot at hit cardio after playing the evo podcast that Stevesmi & Mobster co-host, man was that hard and effective.

I did lvl 10 stair stepper for 10 minutes straight dropped down into lvl 7 for 3 minutes back up to lvl 9-10 for 5 minutes and repeat that process for a little over 40 minutes.

Typically it takes me 60-65 minutes for burning 500 or more calories doing one lvl of stairs, this time I burned 500 calories in 42 minutes, so as they pointed out I also do it fasted. Yes it works and works well but it is brutal on stairs.

Whatever works man. I sometimes put mine under hot water for a few minutes. Same idea.
I did do it that way for a while, I never could get the barrel hot enough for thinning the oil out where I needed it at, yes exactly the same concept.

Wait till I shed more of thus fat off when my biceps actual peak and and u can see the full shape, my biceps are very round almost softball shape, definitely a highlight for my body the way they are, got to get this fat off first.

I haven't really looked into any shows because one I'm afraid lol just fully transparency.

Secondly I've done some looking buy it's difficult because my state does alot of natural BB competitions and well im not natural and if I get tested I'm screwed lol.

I just been so focused on running my cycles and seeing what compounds work for me which ones don't and working on getting shredded completely.

The way I'm looking at it, if I can get in shape all year round and look stage ready a 16 week prep for a show will be a breeze better chance of placing if that makes sense.

I don't really have much info on shows because it's hard to find amateur ones since that is what I am, I gave myself 2 years to prep and get into shape before trying to enter one.

The way I grew mine originally was all lighter weight high volume for Biceps, triceps I followed the same metric with a slight twist going heavy one week then the next volume and repeat the process, my growth all came from Curls.

Just so u have an idea this was me when I was in peak shape pre covid before gym lock down at that point I was nautral for many years and then at the tail end I ran two sarm stacks to push and see what my body was capable of doing, I trained nautral for so long I felt I gave it everything I had.

I was around 215lbs in these I believe.

Yeah i partly want to do a show for thsoe reasons u stated as well, i hate large groups of people and being surrounded by a bunch of people i dont know, never liked it lol.

I also want to see if I have what it takes to turn pro and if I don't, my other goal is just see what I can achieve for the next 5 years in BB and on stage. I always felt I had good/decent genetics that I could possibly go somewhere in the sport at some level.

I think you have come a very long way and are doing amazing and I support you brother and am in your corner 💪

I love it so much I've used it in back 2 back cycles, definitely am.a huge fan of UGF primo and all the compounds I have used from UGF, everything is of the highest quality.

It works great, no lumps no pip pip thins nicely and goes in smooth every time, give it a try and let me know what what you think.

High heat 2-3 inches away from the barrel 5 minutes or so tad longer if u like, leave some space so u can shake it really up and mix the oils really good.

Then when ready push the oil up to the top till u see a small drop come out the syringe and u ready to rock and inject.

We will find out if it is for me or if it is the opposite, I will be like a fish out of water and no doubt be afraid at first, I believe it is part of the process
 
I don’t believe in heating it up before injection. I would simply just just higher mg stuff with lower mg stuff in same syringe. This is why I value my 50mg EQ vials I bought 25 years ago so much.
I just like thinning out the primo so it is faster with injecting it main reason why I started doing it .
 
I do kind of the same thing but I’ll microwave a coffee cup with water and then put the vial in and let it heat for a bit

Hello everyone hope you all are doing well, I just got over being sick a few days ago and back on the grind. I was sick for about a week, thankfully it cleared up quick.

I worked out Wednesday and Thursday so far hitting my pull and push days. I went alot less volume and weight so I could just get back into the swing of things.

Meal prepping is going good, I cooked 22 meals when I was sick and froze them so I was prepared for my return.

Current weight is 226lbs and I have now begun to eat in a calorie deficit so I can cut and get lean.

Current calories daily is 2,290 I eat the same meals and same foods everyday so this won't ever change, until I need to cut calories more when progression stops.

Some people asked for some photos when I'm in the gym so I took some tonight, I'm very proud my front delt veins are starting to come in again, as well as other areas.

I average 4 meals a day + 1 protein shake to hit my target goals for this cut, fats need to be a little higher so I will end up adding 1 avocado in each day to boost that number.

Foods consist of 93/7 turkey 93/7 beef boneless skinless chicken breast broccoli/green beans
tuna & brown rice & one protein shake

water will be keep at (2-3 L ) each day.
