I'm in a bit of predicament now, I got like a week left on my cycle and I'm not even close to how shredded I'd thought I'd get... So the question now is do I extend this cycle or keep cutting on my cruise or just get back into maintenance and just chill for a bit? I'm probably gonna run a high test on my cruise anyways.

I'm not a vet at this, but considering you were doing tren.. chill in maintenance mode for a bit, the blast later... just from stuff I read about tren

You're not wrong. I do feel the rest would be beneficial as well. I just rather not go into another cutting cycling again before building some good tissue so Im gonna need to behave on the diet lol

Really found my groove, everything is as it should be. Very happy with the progress, don’t say that often. Obviously endurance on the rep range is lower due to depleted glycogen but the leaner I get the better the nitrogen retention appears to be, never had that like this before.

Thanks broski! I’ve actually started taking arimidex .5mg EOD for the last two weeks but maybe should up it ? I’ve also been using 50mg proviron daily.

I'd cut on a cruise and give the body a break or you can always run a small bridge into the next cycle to give u a boost you would want to use lower mg amounts on the entire bridge if u did it that way.

The only way I would extend a cycle is if there were no signs of slowing down as far as progress goes. Only u know the answer to that.
I have a vial of primo left I think I’ll cruise 300-400 test with 300 primo for 8 weeks than hit bulk 😂

Your cruise dose is my full length cycle doses fyi 😂 I run my primo at 300-400 and my test at 250-300 on cycle lol

That looks like a good cycle. You’re young enough so I have no issues with it.
This would be the last bulk before I start my contest prep so hoping with high intensity heavy training I can really pack on some dense muscle mass

Now that I look back my weight has pretty much stayed the same however the pictures speak for themselves, although lighting is a bit better in the after photo you can see how powerful of a compound tren is especially mixed in with a high intensity heavy weight lifting regime.

Most notably I do believe my back has increased the most with my shoulders.

Yes sir, I’m not going crazy just eating around 3000-3400 cals been doing this the last week and still dropping weight. 8 weeks at maintenance or slight above and than hit it hard!

I lied, had too much fun today volume is still high hahaah. Crazy heavy session today, still working my way up especially on the barbell bent row but feeling good. Now I can see really that I have put on considerable size by how the weights feel and I'm only pushing calories up the last 4 days. Body is so sensitive the the food intake now will try to capitalize for a few weeks on this.

Thank you and Yesss 8.5 weeks to be exact kinda wild I’m shook as well but I was never that dialed in before and really maximized every training session to its fullest. This is where training with a partner really helped me exceed my expectations.

Man I've dieted plenty of times before but I always seem to forget how training is different when your actually eating enough to support your body :) All I can say its just fun, really fun working out now hahaha

Since not tracking very precisely at the moment I do allow myself some extras here and there, nothing too crazy but for example drinking a full Gatorade intra workout has really improved my pumps and overall stamina during heavy sessions. Overall very happy with the results from my cut and you can really see them now when I'm filled out.

Yes sirrr, even though I’m off cycle still want to push for progress set myself up well for my bulk when the compounds come in
 
waiting to see the bulkers too man :)
I already told myself and will try to ingrain this that no matter how bad I end up looking due to water and fat I will fully commit to the bulk. 😂
