I know I should have started this log 4 weeks ago but I’m already 4 weeks in to this cycle but I will detail a lot from start to now and continue it from now on.

Before anyone flames me for this cycle just know this specific cycle is one I’ve done many times before in the past with success and is one of my favourites.

My weight from my last blast dropped to 127kg due to partially tearing my bicep closer to armpit area so I was off for a bit and it was a shit fight


I know I’m going to be expecting water weight from this cycle as I’ve already got retention already as for estro or prolactin I’m keeping an eye on these every 3 weeks when I do bloods as I am under the supervision of a close mate who is also a dr and understands my lifestyle.

Ok so here we go, I’ll be quick
About the first 4 weeks and keep daily updates from today onwards.

Fasted weight before cycle 127.2kg and current weight 132.9 also fasted

While weight has been going up my bodyfat has remained the same as I am waking up 5am for 25min of cardio daily.

Strength has shot up so much which feels good but water has smoothed me out during this winter but I’m not really worried about that.

Today and yesterday was a test day and atm I have copped the flu from my son so I’ve been recovering from this. I been getting my meals in and will also post that up too now.

Meal 1: 6 whole eggs/3 egg whites 4 English muffins tsp honey

Meal 2: 200g chicken breast 200g whole meal pasta

Intra training nutrition

Post workout
130g rice flour mixed with 50g protein powder and 100g blueberries with Creatine and glutamine

Sorry about that, my injuries 100% but the time I had where I couldn’t train and not do what I love just turned me into a prune. Couldn’t eat and just shtty and depressed at life due to the injury thinking I won’t be able to train hard again.

Why I won’t do hammer grip pull ups again and just use machine for it.

One reason I won’t do chinips or reverse grip barbell rows. Dorian blew out his bicep doing reverse grip rows.

Nothing sucks worse than being on the sidelines. Glad your back bro.

post workout can change to honey instead of rice flour? lower Gi and digests better with insulin, you're doing insulin PWO right?

It’s not ideal with insulin. In fact I am against using honey altogether. I use maple syrup as it has zero fructose. Fructose not ideal.
I disagree, honey is better with insulin especially the way he's using it with a big cycle man @RoidRage69
not sure how you use it, and maple syrup is fine, but I used insulin for years and have clients on slin pre contest, honey with a protein shake and light dextrose is the magic shake

Over 50 grams of fructose per day is not good. Liver has trouble converting to glycogen. His way is better imo. The higher the glycemic index the better. He knows what he is doing.

I can but the cost of walnut butter is way higher and much smaller in size so it’s really not value for money for me. I get these big tubs of almond butter from Costco for fraction of the price which last me ages.

The rice flour whipped with the protein and blueberries goes through me so fast with minimal bloat as I take my insulin post workout. So once I drive home in a hour I eat again just before work and it makes me hungry rather than full and lethargic if you get me.

Over 50 grams of fructose per day is not good. Liver has trouble converting to glycogen. His way is better imo. The higher the glycemic index the better. He knows what he is doing.
@RoidRage69 that assumes a stationary person, 50 grams gets used up as activity happens, it's not all black and white.

And yes adding 1 tbsp of honey to his post workout meal/shake is beneficial, thats +14grams of carbs not 50.

Just a little update now before I update again later

I started day off with faster cardio 30min moderate pace.

Todays workout will be the following
Shoulders/triceps
1: reverse pec Deck for rear delts 4 sets
2: hammer strength shoulder press 4 sets
3: dumbbell side laterals 4 sets
4: cable side lateral incline on bench 3 set
5: seated behind the neck barbell press 3sets to failure (moderate weight)

Triceps
1: dips 4 sets
2: straight bar press down 4 sets
3: overhead dumbbell press 4 lets
4: close grip push ups to failure
 
Ok guys training was done and dusted.
I know I’m only 90% better from the flu but I still pushed some good numbers out. Exercise selection had to change due to the amount of people at the gym so I just changed a few things.

Hammer Strength shoulder press
4 sets 80kg/120kg/160kg/180kg rep ranges from 6 - 10 reps

Dumbell side laterals
4 sets 12.5kg/15kg/20kg/20kg rep
12 - 20 reps

Reverse pec deck
4 sets (didn’t have weight amount on machine so couldn’t tell you)
15 to 20 reps

Hammer strength side laterals
3 sets ( no numbers on weights)
12 to 15 reps strict and controlled

Behind the neck barbell press
3 sets 40kg/60kg/60kg
To failure

Triceps

Dips 4 sets
80kg/120kg/160kg/180kg
6 to 12 reps

Push downs straight bar
These I didn’t go as heavy as I’m still dialing in a better connection with triceps so I know heavy weight wouldn’t be the best idea.

Dumbbell overhead extension
3 sets
40kg/50kg/60kg
6 to 12 reps

Rotator work and stretching afterwards.

Going to grow as much as possible before I end up doing a massive cut. Going to get asfer choudry to coach me and get me to where I need very soon.

The plan was if I look the way I want then I would end up doing a show but if not then I would just stay in prime shape.

Getting older and I don’t want to be blasting big anymore just for future health. So cards are on the table but we shall see

2: single arm underhand pull-down
3: one arm hammer strength row
4: lat pull-down/hammer strength pullover machine
5: rack pulls

Traps
1: seated machine shrugs
2: behind the back shrug


I have been checking my blood pressure daily 3x a day

My blood pressure fasted usually stays around 136/70 and today was 147/68

I am going to be taking 80mg telmisartan because 40 may be too low for me. But I also have some family problems atm occurring as old man’s in hospital for pneumonia so stress kinda may have spiked it.

Question: how long after flu does appetite come back? I couldn’t eat my last meal as I was full and bloated all that time. Would it just be optimal to go for a walk 10min after eating to just metabolise/digest faster?

I’m feeling better day by day, my appetite isn’t suppressed as im hungry and not full or bloated. So that’s a good thing.

Just 2 of my meals today.

Right now I’m smashing the chicken and white sweet potato as it’s my second last meal for the day. For me sweet potato is easiest to digest and this specific potato taste like cake.

Yeah I am using psyllium husk and probiotics. It seems like a food intolerance so I’m changing food around slowly

As for cardio it’s just depends on weather. Couldn’t do I fasted but will do it later today. Just have to make it work with schedule

I think it’s food volume bro with the amount im eating is way more then most and it’s just my stomach can’t handle it at times.
 
I never thought that eating would be the hard part of getting bigger until I did my bulk earlier this year.
I thought the same thing till I realised how hard it got lol
 
Not sure what a flat machine press is - a bench press?
Only thing I could think of is the assisted dip machine the flat pad where your knees got onto, maybe he leans forward into a pushup position hands on the outside of the pad and presses down with weight resistance.
 
yes your stomach can't handle it try and keep your bowels going normal
 
try eating some fruit at the end of every meal it makes a big difference
 
you don't want to end up with bodybuilder gut issues

I’d go Primo 🦍🦍 but there are plenty of people smarten then myself here, but if last cycle you already had high deca and no issues then the 2 next compounds added for this blast is EQ and Tren I’d be looking at them

From years of abusing tren when I was younger, I’d be blaming it 😂

But def get your health first bro, your not going to waste away any time soon!

im going to drop most likely the tren or eq. Usually tren I don’t have a problem with but cause I haven’t used eq or deca in such a long time one of them could be culprit.

I’m just waiting to give telmisartan a chance to help at 80mg. If that fails I’ll drop the cycle and I will eventually give up blasting as I feel my age is catching upto me. I will diet down to around 120kg or less on a small blast but it will be trt from then on.
 
Today was a rest day guys but so far I did cardio in the pm which was for 1 hour.

rest of the day is just food and relaxation and early sleep for fasted cardio tomorro
 
Maybe u should lower all your doses and recomp? Reevaluate your long term plans? You do some pretty hefty cycles. I get good results on 900 mg per week of gear. I would think insulin greatly increases your bp since it's causing a massive amount of water retention.

My doses are pretty normal as I haven’t increased it. I’ve been off slin and anadrol for a week now and ratio atm is

400mg tren e
500mg eq.

I might go into a carb cycling phase in 2 weeks and just recomp during early cruise

Cutting the cycle short. Rather worry about health then gains.
@Snayaz how about instead of stopping cycle, you just lower the doses, thats way better man :)
you are using really high doses so cut them big time with sports TRT+ and you'll see everything improve easy

My doses are pretty normal as I haven’t increased it. I’ve been off slin and anadrol for a week now and ratio atm is
700mg test
500mg deca
400mg tren e
500mg eq.

I might go into a carb cycling phase in 2 weeks and just recomp during early cruise

Yeah I am going to take your advice and drop the tren and run the cycle how you put it. See how I go with that.
 
today I did my fasted cardio which felt good at 5am as I’m doing fasted cardio almost everyday.

Today was chest/bicep added front delt and calves too.


1: bench press 4 sets 140kg/10 reps 160kg/7 reps 180kg 4 reps
2: hammer strength incline press 3 sets 120kg/12 160kg/7 reps 160kg/6 reps
3: pec deck 54kg/ 15 reps 82kg/12 reps full stack/ 8 reps (all controlled and squeezed)
4: lower cable press (decline) 3 sets to failure

Front delt straight bar front raise 3 sets of 15 reps

Biceps
Ez bar preacher curl 2 sets 30kg 10 reps/ 40kg 7reps

Cable Hammer curls 3 sets half stack 20 reps and full stack 15 reps

I don’t need much for biceps because they just respond as one of my better parts.
 
also update on blood pressure
I’m still using telmisartan at 80mg a day and so far fasting blood pressure is 132/70 after training 151/71

Still have to try bring numbers down but dropping the tren hopefully helps.
 
Sorry guys but I decided I am cutting the cycle short and going into a cruise. Decided I don’t want to continue this cycle. Started getting minor headaches while asleep so therefore I’m cutting it short.

Going to drop some bodyfat during cruise so I’ll carb cycle down for 8 to 10 weeks and see where I go from there. Most likely I won’t run high cycles again but probably just keep fit while keeping as much size as I can.

Yeah training when you feel like shit been there done that, takes away the whole fun out of it…

Sounds like a good plan to me, maintaining size is not as hard as gaining it in the first place so you’re covered there!

2: incline dumbbell press 3 sets 45kg/55kg/60kg
3: decline dips 3 sets
4: machine chest press 3 sets (full stack till failure)

Biceps
1: preacher curl ez bar
2: dumbbell curls
3: hammer curls

Calves
Standing/seated calf raise superset.

No point. There’s health issues at play here with high blood pressure and I don’t want to really listen to people telling me to drop this or cut that dose down when I’m the one taking all the risk if you get me.

Low doses never worked for me so to me it’s just pointless. I’m just going to jump on cruise and carb cycle to drop some weight. age plus the fact I don’t recover like I’m 20 anymore makes me wanna drop down to a healthier weight even if it’s 120kg lean and somewhat big.

Feel that this cycle just put me on a different road now

You’re probably right. Usually it’s 250mg per week of test e but I might even lower it or possibly come off on a small break but still trying to figure what to do. Blood pressure isn’t as bad after training it was 141/67. After work I’ll just see where I’m at.

Might just do low dose test and deca as you stated.
