Good afternoon ladies and gents,

As many of you know me from my other two logs I have recently completed quite successful cut coming from a decent bulking phase. I have accumulated a wealth of knowledge from my fellow peers here on EVO as well as in other avenues. This log will document my timeline until I reach my PRO status in the IFBB League.

First part of this log I am documenting my bulk. Likely the time of this bulk may be extended up to 6 months (26 weeks) with a mini cut in the middle most likely at maintenance calories, those calories will be determined after this bulk.

I understand the concern of running a 26 week cycle, but this is the sacrifice I am willing to make to become a pro. I am already committed to TRT for life.
I have used all the compounds before with great success and know my personal tolerance. Also will not be running any orals other than AI don't need more stress on the liver/kidneys since I already run a high protein diet with the extended use of PED's. I don't condone this high abuse of PED's and likely may lead to early struggles later on in life...

I am hoping this cycle will net me around 15-25 lbs of lean mass, heavy weights and high volume paired with a good diet will bring me those results.
As all you know diet and recovery is 80% of everything so keeping cheat meals to a minimum maybe once a every two weeks. Calories will be around 3500-4000 on training days maybe 3000 on non training days. I am going to be quite liberal on carbs 400-600g on training days. Fats will go up to no more than a 100g a day. Cardio will still be a 4x a week ritual either stairs or treadmill post workout to keep the heart nice a healthy.

Training:
Still will be following the classic PPL however will be removing the shoulders and Arms day and re implementing the second leg day again. Time to grow these tree trunks :)

Also wanted to say I agree with no orals since it's a long cycle.

You will be doing a quad focused and hamstring focused workout each week correct?
This time round yes, I was able to bring up my upper body so next in order would be my hamstrings since my quads are a little overpowering at the moment. Also need to religiously do abs, want them popping through my shirts lol

Small suggestion, dont go over 400mgs on trenbolone, keep the higher doses for later time when you shred.

I agree with the tren dosage I’ll keep it lower and save it for the shred 😈

@Losiol in general I found trenbolone better for cutting than bulking, most of my clients have done best with it bro
bulking staple deca/test/dbol is usually enough for any thick gains imo :)

I’m starting 10 weeks with Deca so if the gains will be solid enough to continue I’ll stick with it however I am curious how eating in the surplus will affect my gains with tren since I responded so well while in a deficit. I still have like 7 weeks worth of anadrol left but I’m really not sure about running it especially since I’ll be pushing my body weight up so high just the blood pressure issue was insane only after two weeks hence why I eliminated orals all together…

How high did your BP get?

It was in the 130-140 which for me is quite high for me , I’m usually in the mid to lower 110-120
@Losiol tren is like a miracle but if you overuse it wont work when you need it, lets try it on a bulk and see though :)

on the anadrol I would not use it if you got high BP

Maybe I’ll go low dose like 300mg during the bulk so like you said it would work better high dose during the contest prep is really where I’d need it but that’s in a hot minute. For now I wanna keep focused on building some actually clean size :)

Maybe I’ll go low dose like 300mg during the bulk so like you said it would work better high dose during the contest prep is really where I’d need it but that’s in a hot minute. For now I wanna keep focused on building some actually clean size :)

Anadrol for 4 weeks in the middle to boost lifts

Love the idea of adding the extra leg day back in. You can easily hit arms and shoulders on your other days.
100%! I used to love training legs twice a week and your exactly right I just gotta hammer them harder during my back and bi and chest and tri days

I was doing them twice a week last year when my shoulder was acting up. It's good to change things up and target your weak points. I think I should start doing close grip bench on my arm days in order to get more chest in each week. It still does hit the pecs. So does dips.
 
I’m jelly! This is a nice machine.
I love that machine, it’s became a staple in my routine. My gym is also offloading some new equipment soon I’m curious to what they got, it really caters to bodybuilders so I’m really excited :D

Yeah u can always get extra work in on pretty much any body part as long as u go easy and just pump some blood through in order to get more weekly volume in. Powerlifters do that a lot where they either squat or bench 3 times per week. Allows you to help a weak point and make it a strong point.

I'm actually excited to see how npp is I'm gonna be utilizing it on a recomp in the future.

After playing the evo podcast on those compounds I feel more confident.

Probably will end up running primo/winny/test/anavar/npp/proviron

It's not set in stone just yet, that was a cycle I had planned next, taking a big leap with that one lol. Of course I run everything lower mg wise, we will see.

I honestly really believe that if your affairs are in order and your in a good mental space the sides are way more reduced. That sounds like an amazing cycle, I still love primo had tremendous success with that compound.

Brother I was meant to be in a surplus hahah my body just feels a lot of relief after dieting for such a long time. Recovery is incredibly fast as well even with the amount of volume and weight I'm pushing.

That's a cool little machine I haven't seen those before
It’s incredibly effective I love it, you can use it in many variations. I’ve seen people dead lift on it as well, but for hammering glutes, hamstrings and quads it really is a game changer atleast for me, takes out all the strain from your spine too.
 
you certainly are strengthening the muscles around your joints that's for sure

Yeah got a little impatient hahaha so started last week “kinda low dose” atleast for me doing right now

Food is at 4000 cals, probably a bit too high since my abs are almost gone but I am holding onto a lot of water as well 🤷🏽‍♂️
