Yeah man it's life and does happen, I appreciate the kind words, most recently I had plumbing issues come out of no where took 4 days and mutiple visits from a plummer to fix it, apparently before I moved into my house, the people who owned it hadn't had any of the pipes flushed or cleaned in 10 years from what the plummer said, it was a mess, couldn't run or use any water for 4 days, thankfully it got fixed and everything is working perfectly, only downside I was not happy I had to use a wet vac to constantly suck up for lack of a better term raw sewage, now I got to rip up the vinyl tiles in my laundry room, and scrub and disinfect all of that, I need to carpet clean my whole basement since it flooded into that room as well, been frustrating, but hey we are coming out the other side and taking care of business.

I'm glad I am not the only one who does that 😂 I was lik chicken for 3 dollars in this economy I am taking all of it lol.

Here is the good news started my cut at 226.6lbs current weight we of this morning 222.8lbs

Here is the best news I got all week, I ordered a bottle of N2Guard last Sunday night, I got the package yesterday, I was confused at first since it was a very large box for one bottle.

I finally did it everyone I joined that powerlifting and bodybuilding gym, it is time for a new chapter and endless possibilities with my growth and development.

I've done two days one pull and one push for workouts so far and I absolutely love the atmosphere. I feel at home already with the new gym.

I never really thought it mattered. The gym, it 100% matters, my mindset my energy and being around hardcore people like me, it all has boosted my output and has made me feel things I've never felt before.

Hearing metal plates banging around, people lifting heavy and going for broke, it is fucking awesome.

They have tons of magnum fitness equipment like the old-school machines from the 1990s and it pumps me up getting to use it all.

I have already noticed just my environment change has made me stronger and work even harder, it's just a magic about the place, knowing I'm with other amateur body builders and everyone is trying to make it.

I finally understand what it means and feels like being in a real hardcore gym and the freedoms it allows me with my training. I finally feel relaxed and comfortable, I can finally 100% foucs and am now dialed in, I believe big progress can be coming in the next 1-2 years.

The community is small and I happy it is, dedicated people and everyone is nice and supportive of the jounery of others.

The co-owner is a former nationals competitor in classic and he showed me photos of when he competed against nick walker and other competitions he did, this guy was an absolute unit 275lbs and my height at 5'11 he was a monster on stage.

I feel revitalized and renewed being in this gym and so far ive been doing alot of volume and getting used to training completely different.

Hello everyone I hope all is well, I wanted to start out by saying, the new gym has no ac and today was leg day, definitely tested me mentally as well as physically. I can say without a doubt I actually love the fact the gym has no ac because It makes me dig deep down and push through hard workouts and I love just sweating like crazy, makes me feel much more accomplished at the end of my workout.

I have a little less than half a vial of Bpc157 left, admittedly I haven't used it in a few months and thought by now it would be expired, well to my shock and surprise, I injected it last night before bed and 1 hour before my leg day, an let me tell you, that stuff still is potent as ever and fucking works for me! I had the smallest amount of discomfort during my leg workout and when doing cardio zero knee discomfort.

Protocol till I run out of bpc157 is just a small 250mcg a day and it does the trick for me.

Hgh is still 1iu 30 minutes before bed each night and it's been helping me sleep deeply and feel good when I wake up the next day.

For legs today we blended alot of volume and some strength, mainly volume was my focal point. I also am starting to see veins coming through in my caves which I never had before, it's small but progress is progress.

I also love how smooth the magnum fitness machines truly are, all my lifts just feel so much better, the leverage points and way they are designed, gives me muscle activation and pumps that are so good i almost can't take it lol, it was awesome feeling every muscle I specifically targeted, just hit and pump up like crazy today, I feel way better at my new gym and it's showing in my workouts.

I will start out and say during low seated cable rows, I stretched to far forward and felt something in the left lower outside back pull and get tweaked ( I just set thr weight down and knew I couldn't do that movement anymore, thankfully dumbbell one arm rows felt fine so I put those in place of the cable rows.

My back hurt when I would go from a Seated position to standing or laying down and getting up, not a good feeling. I then got the idea in my head ( long shot but worth a try) what if I load up 500mcg of bpc157 into a slin pin and spot inject into the tweaked area.

That injection was hard even with a mirror because of the placement, we got it to work, so I waited 3 hours after injection and hit the gym. Today was my push day.

I believe for my specific situation my body just responds well with healing peptides, few hours later I could bend better I could move better and during my workout I had very minor discomfort, I could feel it but it didn't hurt and it didn't prevent me from doing any of my lifts or my cardio.

I was pleasantly surprised because before that bpc157 injection no way was I gonna even try and workout, bpc157 helped me stay in the gym and get it done. I can still feel the tweaked muscle and pain, it's nowhere near what It was this morning or last night, I'm still shocked one injection did so much for me.

I will contiune to monitor the muscle tweak and experiment with bpc157 into the problem area and report back my findings and experience with healing, it definitely is no close to be healed I don't want to give the wrong impression, it did help me crush a crazy long workout today and not take it easy on myself and hours later, still discomfort but not preventing me from being comfortable, more of I know it exists and I can feel it but not alot of pain like yesterday before I utilized the bpc157 today.

Yeah bpc is a beautiful compound for me ice tested it on my knee as well and it works great, knee is a bit tricky to inject can be hard to pierce the skin it helps for leg day. Yeah without the bpc I wouldn't have worked out today, definitely a game changer.
 
So whats your current PED plan now? Dosages of everything and surplus or deficit?
Well I have half a bottle of test and primo then after those bottles are gone I have 1 full test and 1 full primo bottle remaining before the cycle is over.

Current dose is just 300 primo and 300 test been running the whole cycle like that.

Gear and I have spoke about doing a possible bridge and then heading into the next cycle after that bridge.

Currently still eating around 2500-2600 calories a day as gear hasn't adjusted calories just yet since the recomp doesn't officially start till Current cycle is completed.

As far as the upcoming cycle it's gonna be some of the same and a bit different at the same time.

Rough draft looks something like this, now that mg amounts can possibly change and go lower, this is just the rough idea.

Personally I might keep all orals at 25mg keep the overall total mgs down on my cycle, just got to see what gear thinks is the right approach and what I am ready to take on as my coach, I fully trust him with everything I do, he is with me every step of the way.

This will be a journey with this cycle that is for sure.

In two days time I will turn 36 years old and I mention that because while I've always loved bodybuilding and working out, I never thought in a million years at the age of 35-36 I'd be trying to one day step on stage and compete in bodybuilding nor did I ever think I would be shooting for a pro card as my long term vison/goal

Being part of the community and running these logs gave me the confidence I always needed but never had in myself to step into the unknown and go for this before it is to late and I live with regret for not trying when I have the chance.

One person believing in me then turned into an entire community believing in me, and it's pushed me in so many ways mentally and physically and I am so thankful, he'll without you all I never would have left my old gym, step into the unknown and started all over again, or be training for a shows and doing something that terrifies me.

I believe in life in order for growth i must do the things that are uncomfortable and face my fears head on and bring the best version of me out at the end of it all.

I was exhausted today and only had an hour to make it work in the gym today I got called in early for work. My routine today was a bit different, for how tired I was, I was very strong and had a killer workout today.

In two days time I will turn 36 years old and I mention that because while I've always loved bodybuilding and working out, I never thought in a million years at the age of 35-36 I'd be trying to one day step on stage and compete in bodybuilding nor did I ever think I would be shooting for a pro card as my long term vison/goal

Being part of the community and running these logs gave me the confidence I always needed but never had in myself to step into the unknown and go for this before it is to late and I live with regret for not trying when I have the chance.

One person believing in me then turned into an entire community believing in me, and it's pushed me in so many ways mentally and physically and I am so thankful, he'll without you all I never would have left my old gym, step into the unknown and started all over again, or be training for a shows and doing something that terrifies me.

I believe in life in order for growth i must do the things that are uncomfortable and face my fears head on and bring the best version of me out at the end of it all.

I was exhausted today and only had an hour to make it work in the gym today I got called in early for work. My routine today was a bit different, for how tired I was, I was very strong and had a killer workout today.

Yeah I think overall it's already paying off and making me a little stronger because I don't have to hold back anymore I can train with aggression and just go all out at the new gym, it has helped take the restrictions away. I love the new place, I can finally train past limits and it feels damn good.

I love motivating people and lighting a fire and giving them that spark, it what makes me do what I do, I appreciate that brother who knows maybe one day I could follow that path. Evo has opened my prospective on so many things I never knew about myself just by pushing past mental barriers that held me down out of fear.

I had an excellent leg day very pleased with the effort I put in I did some different things today, just so I can switch it up, I did some walking Lunges and Kettle Bell squats, I figure take it easy on the knee and work on getting the movement of squatting down again.

Also my gym has 100lb plates and putting them off and on is a damn workout in itself. I hit a 740lb leg press for 12 clean deep reps, I am confident I could hit 1000lbs if I attempted it.

The focus right now is stepping on stage so I can't push super far with going heavy, coach wants me to avoid possible injuries, going forward it will be more moderate weight and a heavy foucs on squeezing the muscle slow reps, pause reps etc, really forcing stimulus.

My push strength has been increasing each week as of late, seems like different equipment and movements have helped me grow alot more than I have seen in the past, able to push alot mote weight on my normal exercises week after week.

My Incline Chest machine press had exploded just a few short weeks ago 210lbs was my max for 8 today I hit 240lbs for 12 reps.

Progress has been very steady, coach also has me dialing back volume and sets, weight he didn't put a cap on

New routine 1x15 warm up 2x10-12 for working sets until he adjust again with my upcoming recomp.

I really hope so brother because the first thing I told my coach after doing Mondays workout was this is easy I don't know if I like it lol, so I ak attempting for making it harder and more challenging by going heavier, I hope the less volume and heavier weight will add a nice bit of size and hopefully strength will contiune going up over time, I will admit 5 sets or more is dreadful I love it but at the same time it was grueling man, and I could tell it was taking its toll, so far since doing this I work hard and push but still have energy and reps in reserve and I don't leave the gym feeling absolutely tanked energy wise. I think this will be good just got to trust the process.

Today went very well, I am not sure why I am excelling at machine Incline chest press, I added another 10lbs in weight and hit for my final set 252lbs for 12 reps.

Today was push day, only thing I did for shoulders was seated shoulder press, I didn't do any Lateral raises or anything else for shoulders, coach wants me to take it easy on shoulders and not risk over exerting and get injured.

Knocking back the volume a good amount is helping me already, time will tell how I fair, so far I'm pleased with the changes coach has made for me.

Big update for this one!

I set a goal of arnold rowing ( aka t-bar row essentially ) 300lbs for reps i am happy I can report I hit 300lbs for one set of 10 reps, this version your hand placement is around the barbell gripping from underneath the barbell.

I will put plenty of photos in this update.

I know some of you are gonna ask when you see the phots, so for clarification, no I didn't pull the weight with the row utilizing my lower back, I utilized my hamstrings and glutes chest up core tight pulling the weight with my elbows keeping everything nice and tight, yes I had to bend completely over to grip the weight I squatted down to stabilize it.

I am not one of these people who carry a backpack with 50lbs of camera equipment and a tripod, so don't flame me in the comments about my camera placement lol. I am just one man documenting my jounery with a cellphone, so I don't get the best shots at times.

I recorded a video and tried my hand at creating a gif so you all could see my anrold row, sadly it won't let me post the gof or video here, I just took screen shots of the lift in it's entirety.

I will say among hitting 300lbs on rows, my bicep progression has come a very long way since 2023 when I first started running cycles, another thing of note my spider web veins are starting to really shine and show up again in my front delts, those veins and vascularity had always been my favorite, bicep veins are coming along nicely as well as my forearm progression.

I truly believe in the short time since switching gyms it has increased my growth and progression in many ways, notably my middle and upper back I notice when putting on my shirts that I know fit, they are fitting tighter around my back and at one point I thought they shrunk in the wash, nope my back just grew to the point I thought I shrink my shirts lol.

A year ago if you would have asked me if thr gym matters I would have said no, fast forward into changing gyms and witnessing myself grow stronger and transform with my strength and my lifts and a deeper drive, I Will tell you today the right gym for you really does matter and make a difference in my personal experience.

Yeah the part i am most proud of is I've come this far with minimal gear use, the heavy lifting has been with my diet and training which is how I wanted it to happen, my first cycle was 650mg and my second one is 600mg it gives me hope if I stay the path I could be successful one day on the stage.

I do infact utilize the reverse grip bicep curl, they can be brutally hard, sometimes I will sit on the pad where you normally row and do a seated version, core tight back straight they are rough.

The gym has made a huge difference i didn't know it then as I do now, it absolutely can help take me into the levels I need to be for competition one day.

I appreciate the constant kind words and support you and roid have helped me alot and have taught me many things, I am greatly for both of you and the support you give me, it means alot.

300lb is a big accomplishment for be since I only started doing these type of rows after I switched into the new gym, my coach didn't like that I did that lol. I don't blame him he worries about ke getting hurt.
