Hey evo. This will be my first official log, been lurking around for a bit and have decided to contribute and log my journey. I have been lifting on/off since the age of 16, started taking training and diet somewhat serious about 4-5 years ago but things have really ramped up over the last 13 months. August last year I began my PED journey and haven’t looked back since. Always been a bit of a minimalist in terms of dosages gathering a lot of my knowledge from mpmd and vigorous Steve. Competition and stepping on stage is definitely on the horizon, maybe late 2025 or early 2026? See what I can get done with couple solid growth phases under my belt.

Growth phase is set to begin tomorrow (30/9/24) will update daily with training, nutrition and day by day updates.

26 years old, 184cm, 96.2kg, BF 9-10%?

Training split:
Heavy push, Light pull, Light legs, Rest 1, Medium upper, Heavy lower, Rest 2, Light push, Heavy pull, Medium legs, Rest & repeat

Hey mate. Thank you very much I appreciate it. Just really want to step on stage with 100% confidence I can place well.

Regarding the doxy and Candesartan. Skin responds terribly to androgens, trying some alternatives before biting the bullet with accutane. 8mg Candesartan keeps my bp perfectly under 120/70.

Will log training, exercise selection, meals beginning tomorrow. Probiotic kefir, apple cider vinegar, proper hydration and fibre seem to do the trick for me. Will see how that goes as food begins to creep up in the future though.

Hopefully all goes well with this growth phase and 2025 stage can be a real possibility. Definitely will look into low dose accutane, fully agree not healthy running doxy on and off. Might drop the doxy and see how the skin responds.

Majority fibre from food mate, I do supplement with meta muscil as well. I think food choices that agree with your individual gut play a huge factor as well. Zero issues regarding digestion when I keep lactose and gluten low

Metamucil is fine but use raw psyllium if you can :) waiting on more updates

Hit the gym bright and early this morning for fasted cardio as I had work off today. I try aim to hit around 12-15k steps daily.

4-5 meals today combining for a total of 2300ish calories. Refeed day tomorrow for Upper, looking forward to starting the first real session of this growth phase.

Hit the gym bright and early this morning for fasted cardio as I had work off today. I try aim to hit around 12-15k steps daily.

4-5 meals today combining for a total of 2300ish calories. Refeed day tomorrow for Upper, looking forward to starting the first real session of this growth phase.

Refeed today. 3943 calories, 296p 593c 43f. Feeling great both mentally and physically, fully focused the entire session and can’t wait to beat these sets next time it comes around. Started the morning with fasted cardio, and did about an hour moderate walk on the treadmill as well so should hit roughly just under 20k steps today. Keeping the energy output high with these higher calorie carb days. I’ll be honest I’m pretty keen to increase the cycle mg up a tad but the smart thing would be to let food drive the anabolism and increase down the track when needed. Tough decision 🤔

@Dumptruck big refeed, I would even go higher on protein during refeed :) you full on hardcore here on training though

Really solid legs session today. Feeling strong and processing well in the movements. Upper body is definitely feeling it from the push and pull session. Good signs that we are pushing well, recovery should get better as food volume increases in the coming weeks. Rest day tomorrow than push/refeed Wednesday.

Felt much better today than yesterday, sleeps still a little off but we will address that as time goes on. Decent session overall, refeed yesterday doing its work. Decided to lower the weights a little this workout and put a little more focus on tempo and tension during the sets. Hoping to really smash legs tomorrow and hopefully better sleep tonight.

Yeah definitely decrease the weight a little next time and really dig out that stretch at the bottom and squeeze at the top
