Previously logged training and food working towards this cycle. Finally got a clear runway to really hook in

Previous cycles: epistane solo, hdrol solo and a range of sarm stacks.

Food: 2800 - 3000 cals

Got bloods done a week before commencing cycle. Everything looks okay ( in healthy ranges)

Testosterone: 21.9 nmol/L
SHBG: 47 nmol/L
Free test: 381 pmol/L
E2: 105 pmol/L

Cycle: Test Ethanate

Week 1-4 250mg test ethenate
Will get bloods done at end of week 4

Week 5 - 12 500mg test ethanate
Week 13 - 16 500mg test ethanate (undecided I'f I go for 16weeks)
Arimidex on hand if required

On Cycle support:
Fishoils
coq10
NAC
Prostate complex

PCT
Nolva
arimistane (maybe)
DAA

Can't always hit in this order due to young kids but generally 5 days a week.

Only thing i would change is don't pyramid up the test. The ester does that for you. Start at 500mg/wk. It will be 4-5 weeks before you reach full blood saturation. If you start 500mg/wk at week 5 you won't have full saturation until week 9-10.

That's good to know, might bump it start of week 3! I think in my mind I wanted to start lower dose to see how I reacted to sides.

Your call but it’s not optimal at all. If you don’t have sides at 300 you won’t have sides at 500 besides possible elevated estrogen and bp.
You should have an AI on hand anyway that can be used to mitigate these potential issues.

thanks for the tip, and definitely see your point. Yep have arimidex on hand. As far as sides go, I've had some on and off itchy nips but they're aren't 'sensitive'. Is that pretty standard or would you call that a sign. To start adex?

If you've only had 1 shot and you have itchy nips i wouldn't worry too much. Prob just hormones changing but I would prob start Adex .5mg x 1-2 per week. If you start to develop any hard lumps that is a sign of gyno forming.

Had shot 4 today, the itchy nips hasn't been happening for extended periods of time. Just Every now and then.

Felt really good today and pumped. Struggled to leave the gym I was that locked in.
Feeling good in general, couple pimples popping up on delts and the occasional itchy nips but aside from that feeling good

(Stir protein into crushed weetbix and refrigerate to get a biscuit like base, yoghurt onto with choice of fruit)

Rest day today!

Woke up feeling abit lethargic this morning, I'm thinking that's the .25mg arimidex going to work?

Might do some inclne treadmill for 30mins this afternoon. Get some of that zone 2 cardio going

Yeah, I took 0.25mg arimidex on pin day, and running 250mg test a week.

About to bump it up to either 400 or 500mg this week.

level out the hormonese first

No gyno coming, just had really itchy nips at the start of week 2. Probably jumped the gun on arimidex (1st time 😄) I have nolvadex .

If I increase test to 400mg should I dose the 0.25mg of arimidex on pin day? Or just see how I feel? I plan to get bloods done week 4

Did 25mins zone 2 cardio today was sweating up an absolute storm. Lethargy seem to subside around 4pm. No itchy or puffy nips

if you bump to 400mgs testosterone I would go 0.25mgs on days you pin but 3x/week minimum mon/wed/fri or tue/thur/sat

I think I will, the only side I had was the itchy nips but that has subsided. No bloat or signs of gyno

Do you prefer fats from nuts? Or do you mix and match with eggs etc?

3x 10 reverse lunges
Stretching

Leg extensions
4x 12. 30kg/40kg/45kg/45kg
(Paused and squeeze at extenion)

Barbell squats - (low bar)
2x 12 - 60kg/70kg (warm-up sets)
3x 10/8/6 100kg/100kg/ 110kg (drop set last working set to 80kg 8 reps

90 degree leg press
4x 12 200/200/200/220 drop set last working set 160kg

Barbell lunges
3x 10 40kg/50kg/55kg

Stair climber - 15mins

Ran out of time and wanted one more resistance movement. Will account for this next week.

Food:

1x cup of oats
1x Teaspoon chia seeds
30gm protein powder

Will add a scoop of whey into yoghurt tomorrow. Finished the day off with a
1/2 cup egg white, 2 egg omelette, 2x slices of sourdough with. Vegemite and low fat cheese

I have been pinning my right quad and right delt with no issues whatsoever. Thought I'd do my left delt today just to change it up and give right side a break.

Fuckk.. it was like doing my first jab all over again... 2nd guessing the spot non stop shaking. Anyways took me 35mins and nearly missed my flight.

Definitely wasn't pleasant haha I have some PIP already was such a butcher job.

Eating will abit sub par for next few days and will find a gym somewhere near my hotel.

When dosing arimidex is there a prefered timing on pin day? I was thinking of taking arimidex 0.25mg this afternoon rather then morning of injection. Any thoughts?

All good, I think it was more mental. Not sure why is was so hard to do. Not to much pain considering all my other injections have been pain free.

injecting with needles is always mental unless you're a druggie
we used to do nubain back in the day so I'm alright with needles (used to be an addict myself, clean now)
i would do glutes left right first to make it easier

I haven't pinned glutes yet. I found the quad super easy and pain free. (I think due to line of sight of area)

I know thats a big statement but all my infection issues pip pain all around quad
got guys with hole in quads due to infections like Big Ramy (former Mr O) something to think about.

Ohh God! Good to know but now slightly 2nd guessing.

The injection in my delt this morning feels like I've had a tetanus shot in my arm 🙃
 
Little bit of swelling in my delt today, noticeable if I was to do a lateral raise movement with my arms.

No burning or stinging pain, just feels like a bruise. Anything you worry about?
I wouldn't worry about it too much but is it red and swollen or just a bit of swelling?
 
I wouldnt pin that site for at least 2 weeks to be safe :)

Back from work trip, Trained a couple of times but mainly did some zone 2 cardio due to lack of equipment.

I'm thinking about changing my workout split up next week. Been doing a similar thing for about 6 weeks now.

I'm thinking

Monday: upper body (strength )
Tuesday: lower body (strength )
Wednesday: rest
Thursday: back and shoulders (hypertrophy)
Friday: chest and arms (hypertrophy)
Saturday: legs (hypertrophy)
Sunday: rest

Any thoughts? I suppose its goal oriented but i do like the best of both worlds

Woke up this morning feeling pretty damn good. Most notciable things is my chest and arms are feeling really full. Like really full without doing anything.

Set to get my bloods done on Friday to see where I'm at.
