Approved Log Testosterone Primobolan Trenbolone Cycle Log

1000001929.webp

Sunday December 1st

Happy first day of summer my Aussie brothers. Pinned @BigBoyLabs 100 test, 100 primo and 50 tren ace and had a killer quad session.
Had my first real tren moment of this cycle where I got a bit angrier than usual about something my wife had a go at me for but I won't go into too much detail other than to say I've got a really sore big toe after kicking a car seat and connecting with the hard plastic back. My own stupid fault.
Energy and libido are increasing, hardness and vascularity are also more noticeable. So far enjoying the gear and the ride that comes with it.

Meal 1: protein smoothie with scoop of Wpi, blueberries, raspberries and greens powder. Black coffee.

Meal 2: Four eggs

Meal 3: 300g chicken pesto sundried tomato and rice

Meal 4: Wpi shake. One banana, 30g goji berries and sunflower seeds

Meal 5: 200g salmon, cup basmati rice, green salad with kale, cherry tomatoes, carrot etc (see picture below)

Meal 6:. Wpi shake. One apple. Homemade cherry pie the wife made

Training
Quads- (just taking note of work sets)

Landmine linebacker squats- 4 sets of 20 reps 50kg.

Landmine linebacker lunges- 3 sets 15 each leg 30kg

Vertical Leg press- 3 sets of 15 reps 140kg. Drop setting taking 20kg off each set down to 80kg and repping 20.

Leverage machine squats- 2 sets 90kg

Reverse hypers 4 sets of 15 reps 30kg
post #300 for you @Eveflorence a LOG record bro ;)
first day of summer, its hot?

big squat and lunges day this is the way to pump it

lots of good leg training on this one
I like to see your success

great way to start the month of December
you're doing some nice meals

Thanks mate yeah heating up here temperature's in the low 30s which is what like 90s for you guys?

Remind us again what the current weekly protocol is? Did you end up introducing GH to the mix?
250 test, 200 primo, 100 tren ace. Split into two injections weekly. I know tren ace should be at least eod but I'm going this route instead.
Growth is 3 days on one day off. 2-3iu injections.

You dont need to do trenbolone acetate EOD thats a myth, you can do 2 injections/week with good results bro ;) @Eveflorence

Tuesday December 3rd

Starting to feel really good. More energy and drive, intensity training wise has gone up, even on the peloton bike. Only 2 weeks in on this @BigBoyLabs cycle but people have been noticing changes and asking what I'm on.

Took some advice from you guys and cutting down the protein shakes and replacing with food. This has helped get calories up which is a plus. I'm a sucker for carbs and slaughtered the rice today.
Could be why my hands have turned into sausage fingers and veins are more pronounced everywhere, or come to think of it it's probably due to this awesome GH from @Livewell2024

Meal 1: greens drink and black coffee

Meal 2: 185g tuna olive oil. One cup brown rice. One banana

Meal 3: Wpi shake. One banana

Meal 4: 150g pork mince teriyaki. One cup brown rice

Meal 5: 250g chicken, sundried tomato basil pesto dish. One cup basmati rice.

Meal 6: 4 eggs. One cup basmati rice. One homemade chocolate brownie.

Training:
Back-

Standing tbar rows- 4 sets of 10 at 70kg.

Lat pulldowns- 3 sets of 12 at 80kg

Seated row- 4 sets of 12 at 75kg

Weighted pullups with 10kg plate- 2 sets of 10 wife and 2 sets of 10 narrow grip

Cardio:
20 minute peloton bike averaging 135 heart rate.
30 minute walk

@Eveflorence the pork any pics? would be nice to see bro ;)
cardio is sweet push that pelaton max

What's your thinking here?

Not disagreeing with you, just don't have any experience with GH, so am interested to hear the reasoning behind it.
I think because of my comment about having sausage fingers haha. In all honesty it's been extremely humid and hot here so that's contributed too

yes you don't want to end up with clogged arteries and blood vessel that can't handle it
that's why you see so many bodybuilders getting Strokes

awesome exercises on the squats!
landmine linebacker squats are legit

tren hits you like crazy either way
ace or E, seems like they swamp things regardless

great job adjusting your nutrition based on our recommendations
you'll probably feel better without the protein shakes anyway it's heavy on the stomach

I like the nutrition you're putting together
looks really healthy maybe do some more veggies though that would be the only thing I can hit you on

Seeing someone say happy sunmer in yhe middle of an American winter is so strange lol, im so used to being freezing for a long time and snow lol.

@Eveflorence delicious meals right here!!

Wednesday 4th December

Pin day and once again it was 125mg test enth, 100mg primo and 50mg ace into the ventroglute.
Strength hasn't sky rocketed like it did when on test/deca but I'm only on conservative doses so that's to be expected at this stage.

What has been noticeable is vascularity, veins coming out everywhere and skin seems thin. I'm still feeling really good, positive and relatively calm. Though have noticed when I get ticked off it is more amplified now, tren maybe?

Still running @Livewell2024 GH, bpc and tb500 and body feels great, no aches or pains except my stupid big toe, which is still bruised and unable to bear weight upon after I kicked that car seat on Sunday...idiot!

Meal 1: 4 eggs, greens drink, black coffee

Meal 2: 185g tuna olive oil. Cup brown rice

Meal 3: 250g chicken, basil pesto bake. Cup basmati rice

Meal 4: Wpi shake. One banana

Meal 5: 150g chicken. 100g potato salad

Meal 6: burrito bowl 150g pulled chicken etc (see picture above)

Meal 7: 120g Yopro yoghurt. One chocolate brownie slice my daughter made.

Training
750m swim
1 hr walk

Took this yesterday after being out in the sun. Few veins on my back that I'd never noticed before. I know it looks like a filter but believe me it's not, had my phone in the shade whilst I was standing the sun.

You're vascular, lean and big wide back, VERY impressive look. :D thick arms too, TRIs super pumped.

Sunday December 8th

Pin day today and again it was @BigBoyLabs 125mg test enth, 100mg primo and 50mg tren ace. 2 and a half weeks in and no sides to speak of thus far, which I'm pleased about. I was a bit achey in the knees while squatting on Friday so I'm wondering if that's estrogen related. Surely the primo hasn't lowered it to that degree already?
Maybe it's the growth causing the aches, who knows? Or maybe it's the fact I'm about to turn fucken 41 next month haha. Will wait till week 4 or 5 and get bloods.

Did chest and bis in the garage today whilst wife was out with 2 of the kids and the other was asleep at home so felt like I had a bit more time and wasn't as rushed. Went for volume and similar to how I used to train back in the day.
Will chuck a pic up from today.

Chest:
Incline dumbbell press-
20kg X 20
32kg X 10
40kg X 8 X 3 sets

Flat dumbbell press-
Exactly the same as incline

Incline dumbbell fly-
16kg X 20
24kg X 10 X 3 sets

Incline leverage press
40kg X 20
70kg X 15
100kg X 10 X 3 sets

Biceps:
Seated alternating curls-
12kg X 30
20kg X 20 X 3 sets

Concentration curls-
20kg X 10 X 3 sets

Ez bar curls supersetted with hammer curls-
35kg X 15 X 2 sets
16kg X 20 X 2 sets

Could primo drop your estrogen? sure it can and seems is person dependent. I saw a convo with @AE1079 they were talking about really crashing it with @Eddie Haskell I think. My experience is a bit different, I found around 30% drop in E2 with primobolan with clients for the most part.

Though you should try to adjust primo dose to feel it.

The training is really good today.

I was saying primo is nothing like an ai man

Primo can drop E2, dose dependent and individual dependent based on the response of the metabolite. I like using it so I have some E2 to use to maximise my GH - IGF-1 conversion. Plus the anabolic and pure tissue gain from it and its versatility. Where as if I use a AI, e2 drops way too low, lipids go out of range and pumps decrease.

That’s my 2C, Eddie has different but valid opinions on it

Well said @AE1079

I see primobolan as an anti-estrogenic aid like a SERM, so not really into high e2 and primo balance. I think while it works, it can be counterproductive as we saw in the blood work a few times in the past few months. @AE1079

Swimming. And 1 hour of walking, that's really good.
Keeping that body moving is great for blood flow.

Wow, look at that physique. You are an absolute Beast.
We can see the vascularity in the forearms from behind.

Yes, a very wide back.
A lot of people neglect their back and that's a shame.

Good to see that you have a reliable source. That's providing good gear.
primo and tren ace is a great stack IMO

, I like the different exercises you're doing.
My favorite is your chest and incline leverage. That works out well.

Concentration curls are a great way to isolate the arms.
And excellent job on the pose. You have a roadmap all over your body.

You're looking extremely lean, man. I would say you're single digits.
Great job on that. Many people would kill for your physique.

Tuesday December 10th

Received a text saying I had been cleared to donate blood so booked the earliest available appointment and before I knew it was in the chair giving blood. It was a massive relief to hear my haemoglobin was 173 and in range. I was worried it would be elevated and I would be sent home again but then again I've only been on cycle 3 weeks so probably not enough time for my blood to thicken that substantially.
Will stay on top of it this time and donate again in another 4 weeks or so.

Because of donation, had to take it easy and not lift, but did manage to get in a 30 minute HIIT peloton bike workout first thing in the morning and an hour walk this evening.

The last few days my appetite has decreased substantially. Was telling a few of the boys here that desire for food has gone down and I'm getting a lot fuller after eating not as much as I would normally. Not having any stomach issues or anything. I know this is common on tren but I'm only running 100mg so surely it couldn't be this dramatic. Maybe liver stress related?
Would be interested to hear your thoughts fellas.

donating blood is crucial, happy to see you do it

The feeling of being full is not always liver related,
What digestive aids are you taking daily?

Thanks Eddie. Not taking any at the moment. Are they a necessity do you think?

no matter what you're doing digestive aids are a must, probiotics psyllium husk and digestive enzymes.

I was just reading a write up by @AE1079 where he eloquently described how fiber pull e2 estrogen out of the system, he can comment on this.
