Hit shoulders this afternoon after work - short day that by really fast but good to be back into the swing of things.
The momentum it helps build is always helpful, for me anyway
Had to cut the session a little short as my wife wasn’t feeling too well
But got most of what I wanted to do squeezed in minus dumbbells as the place was packed. I miss working out in the mornings haha
4 x shoulder press (machine) @ 50kg
12 reps
4 x side lateral raise with dumbells - 10kg
12 reps
5 x face pulls with rope on the cable machine
Rep range: 12-15 heavy sets @ 72kg
3 x machine lateral raises @ 30kg
Really nice pump from this and the face pulls for rear delts.
Abs:
2 x ab crunch machine @ 64kg
2 x 50kg
2 x 36kg
Will have another walk around after dinner as it’s been raining all day and I want to see the water level down at the river
So far currently just a tad over 21k steps for the day.
