Approved Log First Log - Test E, Primo, Anavar, Winstrol and Clen - 12 week cutting cycle

Update for today

Hit shoulders, my neck is still giving me grief though so I dropped the weight so it wasn’t a strain because I just wanted to train and get back to moving again.

Today was pin day:

1ml Test E 250mg
1ml Tren E 200mg
1ml Mast E 200mg

Training: Shoulders & Abs

4 x dumbells shoulder press @ 22.5kg
8 reps

3 x side lateral raise with dumbells - 12.5kg
Until failure

3 x face pulls with rope on the cable machine
Rep range: 12-15 heavy sets @ 72kg

Abs:

2 x ab crunch machine @ 64kg
2 x 50kg
2 x 36kg

Cardio:

Incline treadmill @ 9.5%
Speed: 5.5kph
Time: 20 minutes

Also went for a light job a few hours ago for added cardio as work was cancelled due to high heat.

Small wins 🫡 two days left of the work year.
@CypherOCE whats up with the neck? like back or side neck? and have you done anything for it so far

Pinched it is the best explanation while I was training with @BigCheese2000 😂

It’s the sides of neck / upper traps. Hurts still to turn my neck etc.

Going to see the Osteo again this morning before gym. always sore after waking up and then once I get moving it’s manageable but still that niggling pain in the background.

Been taking BPC157 and TB500 as well as GH.

Still training just avoiding the traps and neck because I don’t want to agitate it any further

Let us know what the doc says
How do you feel the pinch? Like pain or strain

Quick update since I'm just about to finish the night shift

Big day/night. Good steps and calls burnt although probably inaccurate. but regardless a good measure for how spent I actually feel 😂

Forgot to upload chest and Tris training log but its pretty similar lst week, however, hit 30s on incline and flat bench.

Pumped with that progress considering I'm cutting and not bulking 😂

Today it actually feels alright 😂 strangely enough. The left side is a little tender but after sleep (didn't get home until 2am in the end) I got up at 8:30am and no added pain from sleep which is fantastic.

Will keep at it with stretching and heat packs etc.

No gym today as I've gotta get to work shortly but hopefully be home by 9pm tonight so might try get a sneaky lat night session in since I'm back on days tomorrow.

start doing more massage :) self massage

Small update:

Work is finished with the year and I’m back on day shift, thank the lord 😂

Gym wise: everything going well minus the neck issue. Left side of my neck / trap still giving me grief but I’ve been using BPC and TB teamed up with some GH from @ODINLABS to try and get it back to normal so I can finish this cut cycle.

Should be training again tomorrow with @BigCheese2000 pending time availability but should be fine.

careful with that guy @BigCheese2000 he might cause you injury @CypherOCE :ROFLMAO:

Updates for today:

I’ve picked up yet another injury, need to wrap myself in bubble wrap at this point. Getting to fragile 😂 don’t know what I’ve done my left shin towards the ankle is heavily inflamed for no reason I can think of.

Other than the above, food is consistent, but exercise has dropped since it’s been difficult to walk.

Work is done for the year and it seems my body has given up on the year as well 😂

How bad injury? And did @BigCheese2000 cause it :ROFLMAO:

Sorry all been stuck in a rut over being injured and not being able to train and walk/run how I had intended over the holiday period

Mowed the lawns today despite the pain in my left shin, definitely feeling it now as it’s keep me awake it’s nearly 1:20am here.

IMG_2333.webp

Still decent exercise just not exactly what I had envisioned and Christmas food really threw a spanner in the works.

Going to book a doctors appointment for next week because whatever has bitten me has clearly aggravated my leg and it’s becoming really Fkn annoying to do any type of exercise which is very not like me and it’s weighing on the mental side of things.

Outside of the above, I’ve still been training but again not exactly how I wanted and this training block will be coming to an end so I really wanted to hit it hard but I guess shit happens.

Brother we are always going to be our own worst critics, it’s in our nature. We set time frames and checkpoints for our goals that ultimately can lead to disappointment if situations change and hinder our progress. One thing we need to remind our selves is that at this stage, our gym, training, nutrition and health development is now a way of life rather then a set goal in a set time period.
I completely understand your frustration my friend as I experienced I some of it myself recently, but one thing I’m confident in with you is that I’m sure you weren’t planing on stopping your progress just because this cycle was coming to an end. So allow this time to just become apart of your entire journey… more of a sharp corner that needs to be navigated then the end of a particular road. 2024 is coming to an end but the exciting part is 2025 is only about to begin. So let’s focus on what can now be achieved next year rather then what we didn’t achieve this year.
Take this years hits on the chin brother and we’ll return some nasty hooks in the next 😉🦾

Only direction is forward my friend.

Quick update for new years ever

Went to the doctors today for the shin pain looks like I’ve been bitten by a spider so I’ve got some antibiotics and hopefully it can help clear it up and get rid of the inflammation etc

Neck is still sore but a hell of a lot better than a few weeks ago been modifying how I sleep, got a new memory foam pillow for better support and been pumping the BPC157 & TB500. Massage and heat packs as needed.

Cycle is probably a few weeks off finishing - probably closer to end of Jan at this point but maybe sooner.

Christmas weight gain while I’ve been inactive is a little depressing looks like I’m up 4kgs 🫠

But still hitting the gym and doing what I can within the pain tolerances.

That's a perfect plan big dog. Any training is better then no training

Definitely some kind of infection hence the antibiotics but it’s still somewhat swollen and red if it’s not improved by next week I’ll go back to the doctors and see what we can do

Hopefully it’s nothing terrible but you never know

Nah spiders aren’t that bad haha you just have to make sure you watch your walking and don’t run into bushes. But yeah there’s heaps here

Spider and snake situation in Australia scares me lol :P

Took last week off completely to attempt to recover before work started today

Definitely helped as my leg is now much better after the spider bite. Its currently lunchtime and I'm 15k steps into whats shaping up to be a 20-25k steps kinda day 🤣 this would've been unimaginable last week as I was struggling to walk.

I've been using what remains of the BPC157 and TB500 supplied by @Sydneycitysupplements

It hasn't definitely helped the leg and the jiggle that remains in my neck.

Other than the above, meals prepared for this week so I'm all set for work and food. No deviation from the diet as I'd want to lose the Christmas weight.

Should have another blood test this week just need to find the right day to take a morning off before I book it in.

Gym wise: ill be back in the gym full time from this afternoon with cardio on top of the steps at work to really trim back down again, disappointed in myself for the Christmas shenanigans but it is what it is. I'll self correct and get back on track before this cut ends.

Hit shoulders this afternoon after work - short day that by really fast but good to be back into the swing of things.

The momentum it helps build is always helpful, for me anyway 😂

Had to cut the session a little short as my wife wasn’t feeling too well

But got most of what I wanted to do squeezed in minus dumbbells as the place was packed. I miss working out in the mornings haha 😂

4 x shoulder press (machine) @ 50kg
12 reps

4 x side lateral raise with dumbells - 10kg
12 reps

5 x face pulls with rope on the cable machine
Rep range: 12-15 heavy sets @ 72kg

3 x machine lateral raises @ 30kg
Really nice pump from this and the face pulls for rear delts.

Abs:

2 x ab crunch machine @ 64kg
2 x 50kg
2 x 36kg

Will have another walk around after dinner as it’s been raining all day and I want to see the water level down at the river 😂

So far currently just a tad over 21k steps for the day.

Quick update for today:

haven’t been counting counting cals but meals have been:

2 x chicken thigh 1 x cup of veggies
Chicken Alfredo with protein pasta (90+ protein meal becoming a go to meal to make as I love it 😂)
1 x chicken meatballs with 1 x cup of brown rice

Adventures from work today are below.

Was absolutely hammered when I got home at 4pm and fell asleep from 5pm to 7:22pm. So missed going to the gym and a yoga class but the rest was very much needed.

Should be back into the groove of training with work hopefully by the end of the week just ironing out whether I wake up earlier and go before work or stick with going after. Not to sure what will suit me going forward yet

IMG_2386.webp

Also, this photo was from Christmas Eve when I was looking particularly jooocey in my opinion prior to all the setbacks with the spider bite hahaha

Cold, no pump, making Christmas cookies to satisfy my sugar fix 🤣

I was lucky enough to spend a month in texas last july, doing a BBQ and brewry tour with the misus. You wont be dissapointed, i really loved Austin and could see myself living there !
Shieeeeet! Can’t wait!

We’re off to Spain and Portugal from 6 weeks from May but hiking and rock climbing in between so hopefully eat to my hearts content and then burn it off walking around 😂

Not much of a productive ipdage but annuldate nonetheless

Busy busy busy day at work. Lots of moving pieces but I enjoy the chaos 🤣 helps to keep me on my toes as you never know if things are going according to the plan or its about to blow up in your face.

Went to a trivia jugjt with the wife and her work colleagues tonght so no gym.

Diet still going well slight deviation tonught as I enjoyed a coke 🤣

IMG_2409.webp

Been having a bit of grief with GH (taking 2IU a night) and water retention in my legs

IMG_2392.webp

The rings are from wearing long socks. Never had this happen before so I'd love some input if anyone has any other ideas.

Currently our theories are:

Not enough water
Lacking electrolytes
Need more potassium

Getting what I can only describe as a pain similiar to shin splints and just general soreness. Especially at the start of exercise or just walking in general. Ita fine while I'm working but at the end of the day I'm usually dying 😅

you should increase water, increase electrolytes and get more potassium so your theory is right.

Bit of an easier day today but not really 🤣

Still hit the gym, got the steps in and had a phenomenal sleep.

IMG_2422.webp

Fasted weigh in this morning: 93kg
Down 20.6kg this week seems wild to say.

Water intake is 3.5-4L a day currently. Happy with this but ill try to up this gradually to 5L

Chest and Tris today plus some demolition work on an old brick wall for a shed we had out the back.

IMG_2416.webp

So far a solid weekend minus troubles with the wife 🤣 but this comes and goes.

Also in for a blood test on Monday so hoping for great results by Wednesday-ish if not sooner.
