This thread will detail my current point in my offseason cycle and how things will look later on as I update , starting on 11/26/2024 , I will most likely end this log when I pull food or peds down.

My current cycle is
600mgs test E weekly
200mgs masteron E weekly
200mgs primobolan weekly
8iu Hgh daily

Also I use 5mg cialis daily for blood pressure

I’m currently dealing with a knee injury so I have 1mg tb500 daily in the stack as well as 500mcg daily split between am and pm


My current split is

Push + arms
Quads
Rest
Back
Push + arms
Hamstrings
Rest

I modify it to accommodate my injury. But I will be using this to a tee again once I’m healed.


I am 23 years old and plan on competing in bodybuilding hoping to be a heavyweight.

Welcome. Will def be following. What are your stats?
Why run masteron here? Would drop it and run more primo IMO. 600-800 primo seems to be the sweet spot.
For the TB500, i have found success running 5mg/wk split into 2 doses along with 500mcg bpc.
What does your diet look like currently?
Have you run that much HGH prior? A bit high. Watch your blood sugar.

Mast seems to have less of an Ai type of effect on me I was previously running 500 test 400 primo and absolutely crushed my estrogen , I started at 4iu of gh and worked up to 8iu I forgot to add I also use 10iu of humalog daily 5iu pre workout and 5iu post. Also forgot to mention I use Pur pharma @pur-pharma-canada , I’ve tried a few sources and landed on this one as my absolute favorite gonna keep running it from now on.
 
yeah you def need insulin or anti diabetes meds with that much hgh
also over time adding in thyroid meds is going to be something you do if you keep hgh that high

Mast seems to have less of an Ai type of effect on me I was previously running 500 test 400 primo and absolutely crushed my estrogen , I started at 4iu of gh and worked up to 8iu I forgot to add I also use 10iu of humalog daily 5iu pre workout and 5iu post. Also forgot to mention I use Pur pharma @pur-pharma-canada , I’ve tried a few sources and landed on this one as my absolute favorite gonna keep running it from now on.

how serious is your injury? and you said you're doing tb500 only? no bpc157? you need to add bpc157 there

just don't overdo it you're only 23 years old don't burn yourself out
 
you are still very young
but I hope that you can definitely improve rapidly the next couple years that's going to be crucial

Agree. OP should add in low T4 for thyroid support.

Thank you for the kind words sir. Unfortunately not there yet I’m yet to do my first show. My current goal is to hopefully win my class at a regional in light heavy or heavys. Hopefully take time off come back get a regional overall then try my hand at a national show. Years away I believe from all these goals but again much appreciated sir !

I like cycle layout. And good you know what amount of primo to get your e2 in good range. So many recommended ratios without knowing the individuals responses. Good to see you doing the bloodwork and getting dialed in.

I seen blood work 100mg primo tank someone e2. And others very little effect. This why to me bloodwork is so important in learning our individual responds to compounds. As there's no one fits all cycle.

I have doubts about primobolan authenticity in many cases to be honest @Pigsy
And no doubt cross contamination or cheap Chinese raw can have an ai or bad compounding in them
Haven’t seen for example 250mgs pfrizer test cyp and 200mgs bayer primobolan crash even 1 guy so far, but test pool is limited due to pharma grade
 
These bloods I seen where from same supplier and batch, with Jank testing spot on. That why I confident in people's individual responses differ greatly.

This ^ I was saying to Eddie before, it’s a new and popular way to reduce E2 ( who wouldn’t want to run real primo?!) and get the anabolic benefits from a benign drug. Like you said though not 1 size fits all. Some people need more, less or a stronger compound. I try to start with the safest drug given bloodwork check out, and either titrate, reduce or swap out. Sure it’s not ideal and we wish we could get cycles right every time but it’s how we learn as coaches and competitors.

I haven’t seen your thoughts on fake primo, but I can imagine it’s swapped out with masteron and test prop.. nobody can tell the difference tbh

Just some thoughts and testing I've seen along the way.
I think now especially in the Aussie scene, testing is key, if you get a bunk test, your business is ruined. So it would be in your best interest to ensure your brewing the right product. I think to further this people should do random batch testing everyt 3 months to solidify lab quality. There’s nothing worse then getting underdosed, over overdosed or the wrong compound.

I’m very sure and it’s just a fact, 1 batch is tested and then the batches just keep coming, sources aren’t testing every batch
So what I mean is that likely different bloods are different quality gear, more than likely many test batches are mixed with Ais to simulate primbolan, it’s out there these days
That also could be why some guy have 20-30% estrogen lowering while others completely crash e2

This is true, that's why we pushing for more testing and also a few of us are putting up group to do blind testing. The Aussie scene has improved over the years. And with further work it'll get better and safe for the Aussie Community

I actually don’t blame the labs, I think China takes suppliers are doing it

diet is real legit keeping it pro level, but i think you need WAY more protein man :) like at least add 2-3 shakes to boost

Don't go overboard too Much on those carbs, though.
