I've been using juice on and off for about 5 or so years but alot of them I wasn't really knowing what I was doing,

My 1st cycle was dbol only... but then after that I went to test and deca for a while,

I've tried test and tren and love that feeling but I got a bit crazy on the tren and before u know it, bit of rage and anger at anything and that's when I knew I needed to stop it,

But for the last few months I've just been cruising on test and Mast, but looking forward to this up and coming blast,

After this blast though I'm gonna get off and just be off for a while give the body a well deserved break but will keep the training and nutrition up, just wonna make the insides healthy as possible

@Flyingandrei I have multiple clients I train 3 guys now who were on oral only, dbol only and tbol or anavar, the switch to test/deca is unreal, you'll get amazing gains compared to dbol only
also we have a logger in the EVO family @RonnieG he was doing dbol only going into deca you might want to check his log as well

Only have a tiny ass mirror and like I said the lighting is poor as in there, but when I get home I take more photos and videos, so will have to wait till Tuesday next week when I get home again for photos haha sorry man

Was spose to be getting bloods last week but plans were to busy and life got in the way, so this week Thursday I'm getting bloods,

Excited to see how good or bad they are, hopefully good with how I'm actually feeling, but no training till Thursday afternoon, giving the body a rest so I'll be ready for bloods

@codezz thanks for sharing bro, the ALT/AST WAY too high, wish you EVO AUssie brothers had n2guard there seriously. we need to get you on higher tudca doses with mt and more vitamins

but also I didnt see estrogen e2 did I miss that?

Definitely keep an eye on the blood work, but it's pretty normal for your situation.

The key is when you come off of everything and give yourself a break, do things go back to normal they should
 
Good job. Posting up your blood work. This shows that you're taking this very seriously.

One of the things I would watch out for is your liver. You don't want to strain it too much. It could affect your energy.
 
Notice how your cholesterol levels are off. That's pretty standard for being on cycle.

But you gotta make sure when you come off, they normalize,
 
I don't think you need cholesterol medication right now, but it's something to think about down the line.

Several of the older guys in their 50s who are on here, using steroids are on them.

Thanks @Eddie Haskell I can't nap at work unfortunately, so If I do get tired or need a break I'll have a day off the gym and catch up that way

But food is going strong still hears the 2nd meal of the day,, sausages, curry, and rice

I forget to take pucs of my meals but ill try be more consistent,

I'm good at logging the workouts just not the food part but I do plan to get better

When you don't get a good night's sleep, it's really brutal.

But like you said, that's what happens with work.

Man, it's funny. I worked out my legs yesterday and I ran out of things to do. I should have done lunges like you did.
 
Gotta try to aim to get, at least 7 or 8 hours of sleep.

And if you can't get that, try again, in that for sure.

Had the last 2 days off, just needed to rest as had a big day at work with trucks breaking down at last minute so staying back trying to fix the bloody things with the mechanic,
