Hi everyone. Sorry have not posted in a while. This has been a heck of year.

I am getting blood work tomorrow. This will be 3 months post contest cycle. Will test with my Keto Mojo beforehand.
I have been only doing my doctor prescribed TRT 200mg Test Cyp Weekly. No AI.

My weight as of late has been between 198 and 202. I have pushed as far as 206 but my weight come down from there. I am still working out pretty much every day. A little less volume, but still intense for my intended body part.

I am fluffy and not as lean. I have maintained strength and mobility. I have been pressing upper body 225 and lower body squats at 405 or 315.
I have not pushed beyond that weight. Just maintaining strength. I have been doing more stretch and mobility movement. So for instance on the chest supported T Bar rows, I will do 10-20 second holds extending my arms out and stretching the back. On squats I am using a wedge to get more ATG ass to heel depth. At the end I will sit on squat in the hole with 135 for 30-40 seconds. More control and strength, less powering heavy weight. I am planning on no longer doing heavy deads. I think it just widens my waist. I am not grooming the hair so I am bit of a werewolf. Sometimes, it looks like my delts may some more detail, but maybe it is just hair pattern. I'll get rid of the back and shoulder hair at some point.

I feel generally good. It does kind of suck not being on any extra androgens. My intention is to stay off till Feb. The so called health phase Now being 56, I do feel strong and have made some gains, but my joints feel like a limiting factor. They just don't feel as good opposed to when on gear. My natural supplements are in place, Glucosamin, turmeric, etc. Deca would be awesome, but I want to be completely off till I am ready to start again in Feb. In years past, I have dabbled in Primo, Deca, EQ this time of year. This year I have just decided to stick to my plan. It is just hard to get serious till you get on the androgens.

My diet has been a mix of my bb foods and off season food. It is starting to lean back to the clean healthy foods. I'm not ready to cut yet. Although I would like to get to 190 before I start in Feb.

With my dad passing away this year. I am still waiting on money from prepayments done for him on nursing home. He did get approved for Medicaid. We sold his property, I am still working on sorting out his estate and the distribution to my siblings any myself. Will end up needing this money next year with no income coming in.

On the job search, I have been looking and applying but not getting much traction. I am still working on some education certifications. I have been sidetracked by something a bit more important below.

I have a 17 year old daughter. I have been a little selfish with my time dedicated to bodybuilding etc. Since this job loss, I have been working with her to help her adult. Get a driver license, open bank account, college and career search. We have applied to a few schools, visited some local campuses. I do think that this God's plan for me at this moment in my life. I'm glad to do it and happy to help her find her place in this world.
It is very time consuming.

I have enjoyed listening to Steve and Mobster's podcasts. Many good topics covered. Just listened to the #126 Old school physiques. Keep up the good work!

Got my blood work in from 12/06. From 09/01 it has been only Test Cyp 200mg Weekly. Nothing else.
Just ancillary supplements.

Pre-Blood work Keto Mojo
Glucose 79
Ketones 0.2
GKI 22.0
Not in Ketosis
Was water fasted for 15 hours
Weight has been anywhere from 196 dry to 204 full.

LDL is slightly out of range. Maybe to do with diet. When on cycle and all bband clean foods seemed to be better.

Estrogen is high. I don't feel it. Sensitive nipples or overly emotional. Regardless. I will add a AI in weekly after injection.
Blood seems thicker. Maybe diet related. AST and ALT are better than my previous showings. I still do work out just about every day.

are you estrogen prone? because with 200mgs test cyp your estrogen way too high, you taking anything else now?

also this is the exact thing I was talking to @AE1079 about, guys on TRT with high estrogen and they dont even know it

Good to hear from you! Thanks for the share. Looks like things are slowly normalizing. Blood volume pretty high. Does donating blood help clean up numbers any? Maybe cholesterol. You know that you gotta do. Smart that you watch bloods good job on that. Keep on keeping on! I know a job offer will turn up for you bro!🙏🏻💪🌸🎄
 
200mgs bloodwork looks standard. those numbers though i bet would come back to earth if you dropped your cruise dose to 125 or even 100.. also would donate blood for sure as well

Your blood is thicker because you have fasted..
once you rehydrate your blood volume will reduce, this is well known. Don’t donate blood if you can bring this down simply by hydrating yourself.

I encourage you guys to think outside the box with stuff like this, blood dumping isn’t always a solution and I feel as a forum we should be giving better advise. Not to be negative by all means but it will be good to look at other options before you go to last resort 💪

I dont think fasting increased his estrogen levels, doubtful. I think this is another example of guys on TRT walking around with high estrogen, I've seen it so many times @AE1079
over the years many times I see guys no results on TRT because they estrogen prone and high E2 already

I was talking about the haematology observation in this case. But yeah generally you will see guys on TRT with higher than normal E2. I think leaner guys can get away with it. But people generally are completely unaware of it

Higher body fat often leads to lower test levels and higher aromatisation. So, when someone starts TRT, they aromatise more easily because of their higher body fat %. I'd say that self TRT is more of an issue, because through a clinic generally require bloodwork and they catch elevated E2 levels. Self TRT users assume a ‘low’ dose of testosterone is safe, but without proper monitoring, E2 can creep up and cause issues.

Thats true higher bodyfat is higher estrogen and prolactin, but @PrinceDaddy in this example is very lean, he's a competitor. So thats not an issue as you can see.

Yeah sorry I was meaning in general (as in it might be a reason you see it more often than you'd like where a person on TRT has higher E2 levels).

AI use is applicable in TRT use yes. Low doses to control and not too crash E2, yes. No argument there. But I would rather use as a last resort and based on individual circumstances, it’s not for everyone, it’s a tool to use when needed.
This. Just yesterday I spoke to as gym member re his using 300mg weekly for TRT and recent blood tests

I am a high estrogen conveyer. My doctor had me on Anastrozole. I have noticed when at my peak off season weight i convert more so. Also during my clean bulk I will see the same conversion on wet compounds. When on the contest cut cycle and dry compounds my estrogen crashes.
 
I think it's important to donate blood regardless.

Yes, it's true. If you're not hydrated, it can throw off some numbers.

But at the end of the day, it's still important To take the number seriously.
 
Overall, your blood work isn't bad at all.
You're keeping things where they need to be.
 
It's important to make sure that you get your estrogen under control.

Even if you don't feel issues.

I think if more bodybuilders got blood work done, they would be shocked at what they saw.
Overall, considering your age and how much there is you use, I would be pleased.

I think after 3-4 months you are well hydrated by now in your blood volumes. So I’m for a donation let your body regenerate fresh Cells. You’re gonna take an AI that should help. IMO 💪🌸

you mean 0.5mgs /week? I would do 0.25mgs mon/thur to start
It is Anastrozole 1mg. I think I am just going to do one dose every Sunday. I inject once a week on Saturday.

During my clean bulk I was doing 0.5 on Sun and Wed. This will be in Feb. I will also do bloods again at the end of January.
