Cink,boron,fenugreek,forshkoli,ashwagandha,magnesium,multivitamin,fadogia,tongat,shilajit,k2,d3,D aspartic acid

So far I have used natural boosters, the ones mentioned above, where in 1 month I increased my testosterone by 86ng, estrogen by 36.44pg

If you never done cycles before, you need to prep for cycles. Besides just "buying steroids" you need to prep for the cycle itself.
You need to dial in diet, training, cardio sleep, supplements and overall cycle before you even start and we can guide you with it.
But how can we guide you if we don't know you?
you need to share with us about you in a LOG
how? start a NEW thread with your LOG journal, add your current training diet foods sleep supps and we can guide you into a 1st cycle

HOW TO

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
We have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

I like dream body like this so im young 25y first time touch steroid so i don t like to die so i go slowly but i can do everthing for this
I like go sleep and wake up with perfect body
i don t like to use steroid and again look bad because of some mistake like i say i don t have expiriance
