That Disney story is frickin Halarious!!!also our industry HATES fasting. how else are they gonna sell their supplements, copy/paste food plans? many guys talk it down and say it doesn't work without any sort of science to back up their theories. and the food industry and farmers hate it because they need to constantly move their inventory. amazon makes a fortune off selling supplements online and own a large supermarket chain in the USA called whole foods. they have zero reason to recommend fasting. so when you tell someone that you fasted for a day, or 2 days, or 3 days, or 19 days. they freak out and think you are gonna die. its actually hilarious to me that i fasted 19 days and didn't want to break my fast. i felt like a million bucks. only reason i broke my fast was i was going to disney and didn't want to have to piss every 10 minutes considering each ride is a 1 hour wait lol.

Usually you need 2 days recovery for each 1 day fasting, so we can work off of this number. Take 1 week off and recover.

Now I see it's low or as this morning was 91..
I checked my urine with Stix and it was showing in the 80mg area (dark large) ketone area.. So this would be a clear indicator that I'm still in the fat burn mode correct?

I'm going to definitely...its been a educational ride so faryou should read up more about fasting and study it quite a bit. I used to be against it but then I started reading about it and it's the best thing ever.

I think you're on the right track but remember 1 fasting time wont fix it, we should cycle in the fasting more regular for results.
When can you try another fast again?
in my fasting log in my signature i have charts that show you how long to fast to get different benefits. yes the more benefits start happening at 14 hours and get better as you go. 20+ hours is ideal and doing 2-3 day fasts or longer are something i like to do 3-4x a yearToday I'm planning to go to the 24 hour's fasted and feed at 4:00 pm..
I'm off work.. So be doing some cardio/ yard work and weights.
Stay fasted till around dinner time.
