Also ordered n2slin and more generate lastnight, hopefully this helps out.
The fasting will help and n2slin x with meals will help as well, hcgenerate is a good addition for this to plump up them balls. :D @medengines

Thought about it.. Until yesterday.. That BBQ and the meal from the Chinese restaurant were both from outside... I'll bet they're putting Sugar /sweeteners in the marinade for the meat.
Caused the spike.. Any case.. I know when I fast it resets this.

I really want to build more muscle coming up hopefully 💪🏼
Id love to add 10 pounds by the end of this journey.. Maybe get some insight on how to do more with my body.

you're not eating the steak AND shake together right? if you are you gotta drink the shake wait 30min and then eat so protein doesnt convert to glucose

Training is good but I want to see more drop sets on the rows.

If ketones are down post training, this is normal, it means you used the ketones as fuel to power your training. You're doing it perfectly.

This will be the longest I've gone.. So it's gonna be a learning and fun process for me 💯💪🏼
