I decided i would switch a few movements up on sunday as i do incorporate alot of machine work at times. I walked into a completely empty gym which is heaven on earth for me.

It was a nice change splitting up cardio as i did it fasting mid morning, at night after work i just had to focus on lifting.

My switches this time came in the ways of Incline bench, decline bench and dumbbell flat bench. I haven't Incline benched or db flat benched in a very long time, i put up 70 & 75 lbs for db bench, i was pleased with that.

I hit a new (pr) as well, most of you know i am a huge fan of dips & weighted dips, i can now hit my bodyweight ( 229.4lbs ) with 60lbs for 12 and 62.5lbs for 10 dips for me arguably one of the best movements hits delts, chest and triceps in one shot, pretty sweet! Ive been working really hard on perfecting weighted dips for months now.

I also did standing military press as i wanted to switch it up, didn't go heavy at all, not a fan of that for overhead pressing, kept it at 100lbs and under.

Overall i had a great training session and walked away feeling accomplished.

I also had some pretty awesome vascularity and vein action last night, aiming for road maps one day long term goal as i lean out over time.

two sets 12/10 reps all numbers that follow are in lbs.

Pull day today, didnt go in with a plan besides getting my workout done and in, i took a deload for a week, so with coming back i wasn't really looking to push myself very hard, just a nice clean fun workout for this one.

Seems the Forearm work is really paying off in terms of vascularity, im really happy with the progress ive mad so far, i haven't leaned out yet, gives me hope when i do, i will have much more to come in terms if vascularity.

@Noah Wixx Solid pull day! Good to ease back in after a deload. Hit all the back and biceps basics: pulldowns, rows, shrugs, curls. Smart move adding in forearm work, that vascularity is paying off. Nice cardio finish too. Keep grinding!

I just came off doing a week long deload as i felt it was a good time for it, first day back was Thursday just did my hour of cardio getting back into the swing of things.

Meal prep was a big one this time around. I ended up preparing 5lbs of green beans, 6lbs of broccoli, 14lbs of 90/10 ground beef and one entire box of brown rice.

The leftovers i just put into ziplock bags and froze them, next prep just let it thaw out and all i need is to portion it into my meal prep containers.

I have been loving beligas products alot, so much so i would like to run them for my future cycle coach and myself have been speaking about, now some of this can change, so far here is the mock layout, still deciding between winny or var.

The aromasin and tamoxifen can be subject to change based on blood work to be completed 3-4 weeks into cycle. Pre cycle bloods will also be completed so i have a correct baseline going into it.

Ideally beligas, if for some reason i have to switch it up, due to products being out of stock, I am fully confident in Domestic Supply and the product lines they carry.

This will be the most test ive run since i started cycling, most I've run is 300mg, will be interesting seeing a 200mg increase, 500mg is my absolute limit wont go any higher in the future, for myself i don't see the point pushing past that.

I am considering running the 30mg options for orals, mainly because it will put me at 810mg total for the week, if i did 50mg of either id be 1,050mg for the week, i would feel comfortable either way as it falls into my line of dosing, barely over 1g doesn't worry me or 810mg i feel confident, any higher i would not be confident or comfortable.

I believe either way i run it i will see a clean nice cycle, if not it is as simple as dialing back doses or dropping compounds and being smart and safe about the cycle.

500mg Test a week (cypionate)
200mg Mast a week (Enanthate)
30-50mg Winny or Var 6-8 weeks (tbd)
25mg Aromasin a week 6.25mg eod
40 mg Tamoxifen a week 10mg eod
N2Guard 7 caps daily

the main reason is im already running masteron in the the next cycle and winstrol with testosterone, so in a nutshell mast & winny are both dht derived compounds, adding proviron that would make 3 dht compounds and that could really mess up my lipids after 12 weeks, i dont want things getting out of hand, also mast will lower shbg as well, so i dont need proviron in this cycle.

I love proviron especially with testosterone, im almost done with my proviron and test cycle that i am currently on.

For me it is all about what makes sense what doesn't make sense, what is my end goal and aim long term, so i dont run things that dont align with the target goals, so for me run, i appreciate the kind words and following along brother much love 💪

I finished all my proviron with today being my last 20mg dose, sad seeing it go, really enjoyed it and have a new found respect for it.

I have a couple shots left of the testosterone cyp as well, once that is completed the log will be coming to a close as well, i had a good run with this one.

This weak is cardio only as instructed by my coach.

Speaking with my coach over the last few days we have been finalizing the compounds for my upcoming cycle and playing around with what will fit and work for the goals we have into the future.

By this point it is no surprise the cutting phase is pretty much here we me ramping cardio up 60 minutes 4 times a week just to start out.

My current weight 229.7lbs ive tried to stay around 230lbs or slightly under knowing i will be cutting and trying to lean out during the spring months. I dont see making it harder than it has to be, the less i have to cut the less miserable the process will be, that is how i see things.

I really am trying to aim for that 195-200lb mark, i know alot of people dont feel i need to cut that much weight, in the end it is my coaches decision as i follow his planning and direction exactly how he lays it out.

So far we haven't set the macors yet or deficit just upping the cardio for now, wheb I have the target macros i will let everyone know.

I guess in my head id like to be atleast 10% by summer time, at the highest 11% or 12% as those are healthy targets to attain long term, goal is maintain those percentages, so when we do a mock prep or an actual show prep, 16 weeks will be a breeze to get show condition and shape ready for it.

Yup 230 especially being 5'11 was just trying to hold onto strength and as much muscle as possible in anticipation for the cutting phase so hopefully it will be a completely transformation

😂 i can always count on you for a good laugh and a spirit boost brother. Well tren i think my attitude would be out of control man, just cant risk it, i eat 90/10 beef every meal 😁 later this spring im getting a quarter cow grass feed delivered and packed up for me for my meal prep.

@Noah Wixx A great job on these workouts. Your diversifying your training and you're doing different things, including some good cardio. 3.2 miles is really good. That's over a 5k.

I finished all my proviron with today being my last 20mg dose, sad seeing it go, really enjoyed it and have a new found respect for it.

I have a couple shots left of the testosterone cyp as well, once that is completed the log will be coming to a close as well, i had a good run with this one.

This weak is cardio only as instructed by my coach.

Speaking with my coach over the last few days we have been finalizing the compounds for my upcoming cycle and playing around with what will fit and work for the goals we have into the future.

By this point it is no surprise the cutting phase is pretty much here we me ramping cardio up 60 minutes 4 times a week just to start out.

My current weight 229.7lbs ive tried to stay around 230lbs or slightly under knowing i will be cutting and trying to lean out during the spring months. I dont see making it harder than it has to be, the less i have to cut the less miserable the process will be, that is how i see things.

I really am trying to aim for that 195-200lb mark, i know alot of people dont feel i need to cut that much weight, in the end it is my coaches decision as i follow his planning and direction exactly how he lays it out.

So far we haven't set the macors yet or deficit just upping the cardio for now, wheb I have the target macros i will let everyone know.

I guess in my head id like to be atleast 10% by summer time, at the highest 11% or 12% as those are healthy targets to attain long term, goal is maintain those percentages, so when we do a mock prep or an actual show prep, 16 weeks will be a breeze to get show condition and shape ready for it.

Absolutely we have a bond and 100% full trust and transparency between us, it is a breeze working with him.
 
Since I started PV it's always been 25mg
Mine came in 20mg so i just made it easy and made it last sticking with one tab a day for the 10 weeks.

Typically i do cardio on 2 of my rest days and 2 of my workout days, on work days i go after work non fasted, on rest days off of work i do fasted cardio in the afternoon, Typically dont eat till 4pm most days i stay fasted from the time i wake up in the morning till 4pm, i wake up around 8-9am most days.

60 minutes 😁 i ended my 5k at 58 minutes but my coach said 60 so i did another 2 minutes to hit 60, not reaching 60 is a failure on my part and i cant have that.

I’ve been doing hack squats lately. Seems much harder than barbell squats for me since I’m going deeper into the squat. However, I’m doing lower weights and I think I’m building the front of my quads better now. I have bad knees too so it all scares me.

I asked my coach the same question as you asked me, he said the 250mg bridge/cruise was my time off before we headed into the cutting phase and cycle, i expressed my concern as well, he assured me since my bloods have always looked good and i dont run super high cycles mg wise, he said i will be fine, i will get bloods just incase as well full panels

Dude hack squat has changed my life and my routine i can go much deeper in the hole and hold and pause with a better squeeze, definitely feels better for me as well, plus less risk messing up my back with the barbell on it.

This update i will start out with going over my next cycle that i will hopefully be starting in soon, this cycle will be the first official cycle of my spring cut and end of spring/ early summer goals.

I will be doing a bit of backloading on this one, first attempt with the way my coach has it structured the plan is start the testosterone at 250mg a week and every 2 weeks ramp up till we hit 500mg a week for the cycle.

Here is the lay out

Test Cyp 250mg, ramping up till 500mg slow progressive ramp up week 1-12

Masteron Enanthate 300mg week 1- 12

Winny Tabs 20mg a day week 1-10 140mg a week

Tamoxifen EOD 10mg = 40mg a week, week 1-12

Aromasin EOD 6.25mg = 25mg a week, week 1-12

Bpc157 500mcg 4 days a week

Anavar is a backup plan just incase i dont do well on winny i will switch into var.

Var 25mg a day week 1-10
175mg a week

the cycle breaks down into two different ways depending on if i run winny weeks 1-10 or if i switch into var and run that for 10 weeks.

@Noah Wixx This is a well-structured plan for your cutting cycle! The slow ramp-up of testosterone is smart, and the inclusion of Masteron is a good choice for its fat-burning properties and ability to enhance muscle hardness.
 
I’ve been doing hack squats lately. Seems much harder than barbell squats for me since I’m going deeper into the squat. However, I’m doing lower weights and I think I’m building the front of my quads better now. I have bad knees too so it all scares me.
Get a pair of goid knee sleeves I use SBD 7mm thickness or try using a knee wraps. But those are a pain. Good Sleeves are your friend. Elbows too Good investment. Looks like things are going well, nice job! 💪🌸
