02/05/2025

Morning Everyone! Introducing my first weekly log of the 2025 off season. One week following National Championships/ Amateur Grand Prix. Thanks for your patience while I sus out the best format for this!

Body weight: 93.7kg (+ 2.1kg from show day)
Calves: 39cm (+ 0.5cm from show day)
Quads: 65.5cm (+1cm from show day)
Glutes: 100.5cm (+1.5cm from show day)
Waist: 79cm (+1 cm from show day)
Chest: 127.5cm (+1.5cm from show day)
Arms: 46cm (+1cm from show day)

Nutrition (pictures attached):

Meal one (pre workout) @ 3:30am:
- 180g Jasmine Rice (cooked weight)
- 100g banana
- 15g honey

Meal two (breakfast) @ 7:00am:
- 120g granola
- 80g light greek yogurt
- 15g honey
- 70g avocado
- 100g mixed berries

Meals three and four (lunch) @ 11:00am and 4:00pm:
- 250g basa
- 125g jasmine rice (cooked weight)
- 100g asparagus
- 100g Pineapple
- 100g Beetroot
- 10g walnuts

Meal five (dinner) @ 7:30pm
- 250g Turkey Mince
- 200g spud lite (raw weight)
- 100g asparagus
- 10g mac nuts

Training Split:

Mon: Chest, shoulders
Tue: Arms, Calves,
Wed: Back and abs
Thur: Rest
Fri (today): Upper body
Sat (tomorrow): Legs (starting with calves)

Supplementation:
- Methylene Blue
- Kaizen (carnitine and NAD stack)
- Berberine
- COQ10
- Curcuminm
- Telmasartin
- Vitamin K2 + D3
- Red yeast rice
- Zinc
- Magnesium
- Apple cider vinegar w/ apple and ginger

Pharma:
- Test: 500mg/ weekly injected EOD
- Primo: 500mg/ weekly injected EOD
- Ment: 10mg/ daily
- 6IU GH injected mornings

Week notes:
- Kicked off my off-season and the above plan on Tuesday following 2x days of leisurely (but clean) eating post-comp. Sleep, fatigue metrics and mood have been progressively better as the week goes on and the food does its thing. Finally starting to feel like myself again which is fantastic. Bloods were drawn this morning pending results which will determine whether I do a health phase at the end of this month or ride straight through into a push phase.

Past 2x weeks have been running basically just Primo and Tren A + Winstrol for Nationals so test is starting to increase again which had a dramatic effect on my fullness, strength and sleep quality this week. Final tren injection was a few days over a week ago and last winstrol dose was 5x days ago. I imagine that e2 is still quite low. Skin is dry as fuck.

Focuses for next week/ this off-season:

Adhere to the reverse diet (I'm SO fucking hungry. Imagine finishing a comp prep and jumping back on a diet lol). Also want to make sure that my training is done with absolute precision. As mechanically perfect as possible, 0RIR (true failure) and with progressively better control, MMM etc. John Jewett is a big inspiration for training at the moment.

Is the ment just to raise your e2 faster to get you feeling back to normal or is this the compound you’re going to use throughout the growth phase? It’s my favourite compound but would like to know the mindset you are using with approaching it

@R. AP looking phenomenal. Pro level physique!

Going to be using this throughout my growth phase :) Started it 5 days ago and have been loving it so far. My sleep has been interrupted, but I'm not certain whether this is due to the Ment or that I'm still SUPER hungry.

Thanks so much man! And sorry for the delay. New to forums. I didn't realise how active they are.

Alright guys, 5x days on the Ment and GH again now and starting to see some pretty dramatic changes. Here's a couple of pump piccies from todays arm session. Pretty much everything is up except for body fat. Food compliance has been 'good' but not great. Haven't missed a meal, but have found it a bit tricky not to snack on some dark chocolate I have lying around the house. Rebound hunger from the retatrutide used during the comp is not a joke lol

@R. AP you're like a true pro bodybuilder bro ;)
what rebound hunger did you get from retatrutide?
can you add info about your experience on the rebound to our retatrutide thread please?

Currently experiencing it now man, and it is BRUTAL. Food barely touches the sides and I can't stop thinking about food... I did taper the ret., but it should have been more gradually for sure.

Tue: Arms, Calves,
Wed: Back and abs
Thur: Rest
Fri (today): Arms
Sat (tomorrow): Legs (starting with calves)

Supplementation:
- Methylene Blue
- 5 Amino 1MQ (NEW)
- Kaizen (carnitine and NAD stack)
- Berberine
- COQ10
- Curcuminm
- Telmasartin
- Vitamin K2 + D3
- Red yeast rice
- Zinc
- Magnesium
- Apple cider vinegar w/ apple and ginger

Pharma:
- Test: 500mg/ weekly injected EOD
- Primo: 500mg/ weekly injected EOD
- Ment: 10mg/ daily (now injected twice daily)
- 7.5iu GH (6iu mornings, 1.5iu approx. 1 hour before sleep).

Week notes:

- Struggled psychologically this week with the rebound hunger coming off of the retatrutide, and found it pretty hard not to snack. Snacks included LCM bars, sugar free chocolate mousse, dark chocolate, or extra granola. All in all, snacking was pretty conservative (200 - 400 calories avg. above program), though I did eat like an asshole on Monday night (Nutella Sandwiches and Oro Cookies), which really gave me a kick in the ass. Stayed up a few nights this week reminding myself what my vision for this off-season is, and why it's so important, and have been compliant since.

- Swapped jasmine rice out for spud lite to assist with satiety

- Sleep is still pretty average, and I'm getting the nastiest night sweats which I'm attributing to the MENT.

- Body weight sky rocketed with the introduction of the growth hormone, and the saturation of the MENT.

- Strength in the gym is exploding and pumps are nasty.

Next week:

I've just reintroduced the retatrutide and plan to run it for the duration of the reverse diet and my focus is on absolute dietary compliance w/ just one free dinner and dessert (untracked) with my partner and daughter each week.

Would also love to get some training footage for you guys as well so you can see the intensity and precision I'm trying for.

** Let me know if there's anything else you guys would like to see record each week **

you're saying it makes you crave food when you get off bro?
Absolutely man - probably doesn't help that I'm currently reverse dieting but the urge to snack has been BRUTAL. Never experienced anything like it. Check my most recent update for notes on this week! I wrote about it.

My dude great to see your log here to!

As I’ve previously said, I'm so keen to see your offseason push bro!

Keep them updates rolling, genuinely excited for big fella!

16.05.2025

Really excited to bring this weeks update to you guys! Dietary compliance was flawless, measurements are up, body composition holding strong. I did forget to take a piccy of my mid-day snack/ meal and dinner, so photos have been re-used but they are accurate! Got some awesome pump pics posted above too.

Body weight: 99.7kg (+1.3kg from last check in)
Calves: 40cm (- 0.5cm from last second)
Quads: 67.5cm (+1cm from last check in)
Glutes: 104cm (+0.5cm from last check in)
Waist: 82cm (+1 cm from last check in)
Chest: 128.5cm (+No change from last check in)
Arms: 47.5cm (+1.5cm up from last check in) - AWESOME! Arms are a key focus this off season

Nutrition (pictures attached):

Meal one (pre workout) @ 3:30am:
- 180g Jasmine Rice (cooked weight)
- 100g banana
- 15g honey

Notes: Coles didn't have any frozen avocado towards the end of this week, so 2x days I added an equal amount of fats (almond butter) to this meal. Pictured.

Meal two (breakfast) @ 7:00am:
- 120g granola
- 80g light greek yogurt
- 15g honey
- 70g avocado (2x days no avocado, used almond butter in pre-workout meal instead)
- 100g mixed berries
- One scoop (40g) whey protein

Meals three and four (lunch) @ 11:00am and 4:00pm:
- 250g basa
- 250g spud lite
- 100g asparagus
- 100g Pineapple
- 100g Beetroot
- 10g walnuts

Interum meal (snack) @ 2:00pm:
- 250g spud lite
- One scoop (40g) whey protein

Meal five (dinner) @ 7:30pm
- 250g Turkey Mince
- 250g spud lite (raw weight)
- 100g asparagus
- 10g mac nuts

Training Split:

Mon: Chest, shoulders
Tue: Arms, Calves,
Wed: Back and abs
Thur: Rest
Fri (today): Full upper body
Sat (tomorrow): Legs (starting with calves)

Supplementation:
- Methylene Blue
- 5 Amino 1MQ (NEW)
- Kaizen (carnitine and NAD stack)
- Berberine
- COQ10
- Curcuminm
- Telmasartin
- Vitamin K2 + D3
- Red yeast rice
- Zinc
- Magnesium
- Apple cider vinegar w/ apple and ginger

Pharma:
- Test: 500mg/ weekly injected EOD
- Primo: 500mg/ weekly injected EOD
- Ment: 10mg/ daily (now injected twice daily)
- Retatrutide 3.3mg/ week (injected twice weekly)
- 7.5iu GH (5iu mornings, 2.5iu approx. 1 hour before sleep). Was 6iu and 1.5iu morning/ night

Week notes:

- Flawless adherence to the nutrition now means this reverse diet is going perfectly. Psychologically being on track with nutrition has helped heaps as well.
- Increased amount of GH before bed (was 1.5IU, now 2.5IU) has helped sleep somewhat, though night sweats are still pretty bad. Not getting the sweats all nigh though like I was.
- Reintroduction of retatrutide has basically eliminated the food noise. Brilliant.
- Libido skyrocketing. Probably due to the MENT, but also as my BF% starts to increase.

Next week:

Family BBQ on Saturday as I haven't had a proper meal with loved ones in a very long time! BBQ meats, cob-load and brownies. Will do another check in on Sunday to see the acute changes to composition and body weight.

Waist: 82cm (+1 cm from last check in)
Chest: 128.5cm (+No change from last check in)
Arms: 47.5cm (+1.5cm up from last check in) - AWESOME! Arms are a key focus this off season

Nutrition (pictures attached):

Meal one (pre workout) @ 3:30am:
- 180g Jasmine Rice (cooked weight)
- 100g banana
- 15g honey

Notes: Coles didn't have any frozen avocado towards the end of this week, so 2x days I added an equal amount of fats (almond butter) to this meal. Pictured.

Meal two (breakfast) @ 7:00am:
- 120g granola
- 80g light greek yogurt
- 15g honey
- 70g avocado (2x days no avocado, used almond butter in pre-workout meal instead)
- 100g mixed berries
- One scoop (40g) whey protein

Meals three and four (lunch) @ 11:00am and 4:00pm:
- 250g basa
- 250g spud lite
- 100g asparagus
- 100g Pineapple
- 100g Beetroot
- 10g walnuts

Interum meal (snack) @ 2:00pm:
- 250g spud lite
- One scoop (40g) whey protein

Meal five (dinner) @ 7:30pm
- 250g Turkey Mince
- 250g spud lite (raw weight)
- 100g asparagus
- 10g mac nuts

Training Split:

Mon: Chest, shoulders
Tue: Arms, Calves,
Wed: Back and abs
Thur: Rest
Fri (today): Full upper body
Sat (tomorrow): Legs (starting with calves)

Supplementation:
- Methylene Blue
- 5 Amino 1MQ (NEW)
- Kaizen (carnitine and NAD stack)
- Berberine
- COQ10
- Curcuminm
- Telmasartin
- Vitamin K2 + D3
- Red yeast rice
- Zinc
- Magnesium
- Apple cider vinegar w/ apple and ginger

Pharma:
- Test: 500mg/ weekly injected EOD
- Primo: 500mg/ weekly injected EOD
- Ment: 10mg/ daily (now injected twice daily)
- Retatrutide 3.3mg/ week (injected twice weekly)
- 7.5iu GH (5iu mornings, 2.5iu approx. 1 hour before sleep). Was 6iu and 1.5iu morning/ night

Week notes:

- Flawless adherence to the nutrition now means this reverse diet is going perfectly. Psychologically being on track with nutrition has helped heaps as well.
- Increased amount of GH before bed (was 1.5IU, now 2.5IU) has helped sleep somewhat, though night sweats are still pretty bad. Not getting the sweats all nigh though like I was.
- Reintroduction of retatrutide has basically eliminated the food noise. Brilliant.
- Libido skyrocketing. Probably due to the MENT, but also as my BF% starts to increase.

Next week:

Family BBQ on Saturday as I haven't had a proper meal with loved ones in a very long time! BBQ meats, cob-load and brownies. Will do another check in on Sunday to see the acute changes to composition and body weight.

I slept on avocado for so long till my coach made me try it, they are very delicious, i love eating them now, im curious i saw you eat honey in a meal, i wounder how a little bit of honey and sea salt would be drizzled on avocado with some ezekiel bread
Man paying attention to my micronutrients has been absolutely game changing for my progress and health.

Was never a fan of the Avo, but being mixed in with some berries helps.

I'll try the avo and honey for ya!
