Hey lads,

Chest last night grabbed a post workout pic, looks like everything is moving in the right direction, this is the biggest and leanest i have ever been now and super excited for the next 8 week push up!

everything working together, training split will change slightly next week to focus on what we want to bring up most, then its just train balls to the wall as much as i can and get the gains we need, if we can end up around 88-90kg same bodyfat at the end of the 8 weeks would be amazing.

@Oracle911 Bro, this is solid amount of exercises. I like how you organize stuff. I'm the opposite. I just go in there and throw weights around. I don't even organize anything.

some pics from checkins for coach today, as of now, heaviest i have ever been at this weight (85.5kg) fasted this morning, think its roughly a kg every 2 weeks we have been putting on since the start

tissue is slowly coming on without the bodyfat, have been working with coach for 8 weeks now and the changes have been immense,

current stack as below same as before:

Training Days - 4575 - 220p 800c 55f
Non Training Days - 3070 - 220p - 300c - 110f

Anabolics - All @Liquid Gold Labs
750mg Test
400mg Primo
Anadrol 25mg pre workout (4 days a week)
Anavar 20mg non training days
6iu GH

Lantus 20iu on high days
1mg retatrutide a week 0.5mg twice a week.

dont think much will change other than potentially gh may go up in next few weeks only as we can and why not haha

Cable cross is a fun exercise delt work is probably my favorite
