Approved Log Wheelhouse 2025 Blast cycle - Testosterone, Masteron, Deca and GH Log

Registered dietitian, certified nutritionist are not selling points for me.
What i would look for:
Quality ingredients
Macro breakdown
Calories.
I want this info easily available, like a big ass sticker
50g Protein , 10g fat, 10g carbs etc.

After that it's just hook lines.
WH's Mass gainer
WH's Post WO treat
WH's Low Cal hunger buster
Yeah im in a small town and they do froth on all that certified shit 🤣. I know blokes like you and myself wouldn't but I also have alot of NDIS, seniors etc that I can market too.
I already have a rock solid name locally for my meals and I sell out every time but it's purely just another sector that won't cost me anymore outlay besides the course itself so I thought, why not.
I'm always looking to potentially expand. I'm also doing a PT course but I know i won't in fact use it, I'm just a guy that likes to fully immerse myself and learn. I'm better off doing that then sitting on my arse watching TV.
The PT side of the business id probably sub contract out if i ever introduced into my business model.

Bloods came back today and very pleased with the results on @ODINLABS gear 🙌👍

Yeah im already set up and council approved for meal prep brother as that's what my food business does already. This will just open up another avenue for the meals targeted towards gym meal prep clients 🙌
Best luck to your biz :D @Wheelhouse87

Quick update for the end of the week.
I'm feeling fantastic at the moment and feeling strong.
Any slight niggles i had are gone, I'd contribute this to the deca slightly.
I jumped in with a couple of the girls on their glute/leg day at our gym that Compete in BB bikini comps. Safe to say, man they train hard! 🤣
The sumo squats superset with hip thrusts had me buckled.
I knew it would be a good workout with them for a change up - we swapped "Glutes for Guns" so they jumped in on one of my arm workouts the next day.
Great healthy culture at our gym which I really like.

Legs slowly getting back to where they were before my calf injury and I'm back to lifting full weight now.
Couple of dinner this week - rump steak salad and a duck and veg soup.

All my pins are going smooth as with @ODINLABS gear and its exciting having a guy that genuinely cares about his loggers and always sharing his wealth of knowledge with us.

Have a great weekend guys.
You are looking exceptional @Wheelhouse87 strong legs :D

@Wheelhouse87 Keep up the strong work and continue enjoying the progress and positive vibes in your training and nutrition.

That's a good idea.. my main worry is that I move around alot in my sleep but also I don't know how i will go with something on my face but I've been told you don't have to use the full face mask and that you can get one that just goes over your nose
@Wheelhouse87 ive had the same issue man! I move a lot

Nice pics

Hey legends,

Sorry for the delay in updates. I had a massive week of Reno's- demolishing decks and building new ones etc.
Still been getting all my workouts in thankfully.
This is probably the best I've felt in a fair while, my sponsor/mate @ODINLABS gave me a new workout split to try and drilled home, lift big 🤣 but also stop jamming 2 body parts a session. I found myself rushing through exercises and even favouring certain parts so I have gone back to 1 muscle per session.

My lifts this week have been heavier then what I have always done. No I'm not putting this down to strength gains but more a mindset game that I have always had more in the tank.
I hit a PB on the Hammer Strength shoulder press (65kg a side). I know it's not the same as dumbells but I train by myself and find it easier/safer to go to failure on this.
My lateral raises on the lat machine went to full stack for 6/7 reps. Again, I use this machine as I've had a niggling Radial tunnel injury and the machine doesn't load my elbows up like normal lat dumbell raises otherwise I'd do dumbells.

Food has been consistent with majority Steak or pan fried chicken breast with salad/vegetables.

I haven't had the fatigue I feel in my chest and shoulders for a long time. I am excited to see the progress.
I have also realised I've been sleeping on Dips 🤣 haven't done them for years but Odin put it into my chest workout and Damn! Felt good to finish the session with Dips and push ups.

Have a great weekend guys

@Wheelhouse87 steak and salad is the a good mix.

no reason to go heavy on shoulder press. You don't want to tear up your shoulders for no reason.

Why don't you post up some pictures of the Decks that you're doing and building them? That sounds very interesting.
And straight after we have been copping a heap of rain so moved back inside to hang some more new internal doors and paint some more rooms.
Always something to do 🤣

Sorry brother I dont have a picture of the stairs on my phone but ripped out old rotten ones and out down nice Merbau Hardwood timber ones.
The new decking is also Merbau Hardwood
wow that looks awesome man. saves you a fortune to be able to do your own stuff vs. hiring a contractor

I offen try and step back and analyze what movements fit here what should i add or take out, trying to balance the body parts is difficult, i feel we tend to do our favorite movements more than some of the ones that actual are better, its mlte of a comfort thing i feel like, its good you are trying something different 💪

Couldn't agree more bro. I've realised i was favouring good but probably easier workouts. Pushing myself in other areas is giving me better pumps and feeling that fatigue like I've actually worked the muscle group well.

Ok brothers... weekly update time.

Focusing on one muscle group at a time is going great for me at the moment.
Im having solid workouts and my triceps are popping even more lately.
Incorporating Abs into workouts has been helping with my core and lower back niggles (thanks to my sponsor @ODINLABS putting me onto it)

My eating has been down a bit across the board as I started on Odins Reta and the same dosage I had been running of another vendors and the suppression has been a fair bit more 🤣 im making up for it with Triple scoop shakes or high protein yoghurt since its all i feel like having.
It will help me with my weight loss goal but I just want to make sure im not wasting too much muscle.

Couldn't be happier with @ODINLABS gear as I haven't had one bad shot which has been satisfying compared to others I've had.

My lifts have gone up across the board but this has also been a different approach for me. Im trying to go heavy but still sustain 6 to 8 reps in form before failure.

My wife has had a terrible migraine for a couple of days so yesterday and today are my rest days and I will make up for it on Saturday and sunday morning.

One workout I recorded from this week:
Biceps :
Ez bar curl - 3 x 10 @30kg
bayesian cable curls - 3 x 10 @ 18kg( last to fail)
Concentration curls - 3 x 8 @18kg
Hammer curls - 3 x 8 @ 24kg
Preacher curls machine - 3 to failure to finish but forget weight.. then drop sets a plate at a time

Have a great weekend fellaS

@Wheelhouse87 , you're doing amazing on this. The weight training looks to be on point. Keep up the good work.

All the GLP1 type products affect appetite. It's kinda how they work.
Thanks brother and thats why im taking it 👍 might just dial the dosage back a tiny bit to see if it doesn't suppress as much as it is currently

Yeah brother. @ODINLABS got me doing it every workout now and definitely helps. I've always had a bit of a dicky lower back and a cooked neck

Thanks for the kind words brother. Yeah it sucks when your partner is in pain and you cant really do anything.
Luckily she doesn't get migraines often. Maybe once every year or two.
I know some people get them all the time which would suck!

Reta is no joke with suppression of appetite even a low dose its wild lol

Nice pics Bru

Back day yesterday:

Wide grip lat pull down - 3 x 8 - 87kg
One arm lat pull down - 3x8 - 36kg
High wide grip row - 3 x 10 - 58kg
One arm low row - 3 x 8 - 36kg
Under grip pull down machine - 3x10 - 45kg
Cable pull overs - 36kg

Lean pork stir fry for dinner
Fuck yeah brother, big back here we come, and a proper looking meal there

Quick update fellas.
On my break from Anadrol now (4 weeks on) started experience tight calves and a shin splint and after researching and talking to some guys in the team, they have experienced it with running Drol also. So probably good time for a break anyway.
My bloods were fine a couple of weeks ago but best to have a break.

Shoulders this morning:
Lat raise machine - 3 x 8 - full stack (possibly around 60kg from memory)
Shoulder press machine warm ups - 3 x 12 67kg
Reverse fly machine - 3x8 - 80kg
Upright rows - 3 x 8 48kg
Reverse dumbell flys - 3 x 8 - 28kg dumbells
Shoulders press plate machine - 3x8 65kg a side then drop sets on last set to 20kg (failure)

Feeling great on @ODINLABS gear - its bloody refreshing working out all the time with absolutely no PIP, even from 2.5ml shots.
My reta appetite suppression has dropped slightly since lowering my dose a tiny bit - can get my steak and vegies down now 🤣 making up for meals with protein yoghurt or extra shake.

Still hovering around the 120kg mark

Cheers guys

Hahah you sound like me 🤣 easier to just ask brother haha.
My weight loss is at about 30kg all up.. since reta I havent dropped a crazy amount.. probably 2kg but my waist has gotten a bit smaller even though it is hovering around the same weight.
So put on a bit of size and water weight more then likely.
