Another update for the log—things are moving fast now!

Currently sitting at 136kg (299lbs), which is a bit of a drop from last check ins on the forum. I won’t lie, wasn’t too stoked about it at first, but GH has been out for the past two weeks while waiting on a restock from Sassy. Definitely lost some fluid and fullness during that time, but the good news is I’m visually tightening back up. My latest check-ins are looking much drier, harder, and fuller again, so we’re trending in the right direction. Legs are a touch flat from not training them for a couple of weeks, but separation is there, and I know they’ll pop right back once I’m back into them.

Prep is just around the corner now, and I’m getting beyond excited. Every session lately has been absolutely insane—feeling strong as an ox and full as a house. Pumps have been outrageous, and I’ve been hitting PBs across the board, even if some are just small progressions. Strength is climbing steadily, and everything is starting to come together.

Coach just updated the cycle two days ago:

  • Testosterone Enanthate – 693mg/week
  • Masteron Enanthate – 910mg/week
  • Primobolan Enanthate – 1190mg/week
(Slightly random numbers due to daily injection frequency.)

This is nearly 100mg higher test than I’ve ever run before and a full 1000mg total over my biggest previous cycle, so I’m extremely keen to see how things respond as everything builds up to peak plasma over the coming weeks. The next phase is going to be very interesting, and I’m ready to push hard to make the most of it.

Apologies for the level of posting inconsistency, things in the personal life have been hectic and the coaching business is taking off so trying to manage many a variable at once and wasn't feeling the greatest about my physique when the GH dropped out

@PassveHulk Bro, 136kg is still massive! Yeah, GH can definitely affect fullness, but sounds like you're drying out and getting tighter, which is key for prep. Legs will come back, no doubt. Those cycle numbers are insane! You're gonna be a monster! PBs across the board, that's what we like to hear! Keep pushing, bro, sounds like prep is gonna be epic! Life gets hectic, we get it. It feels wild hahaha I've used tren/anadrol/halotestin etc all the compounds and nothing feels like this, pure mg has me feeling so strong in the gym

Thank you bro! Just feeling a little on the flat side as I am extremely sensitive to GH and 2-4iu can shift 5+kg on my frame of just fullness and I love that full as a house look but definitely better like this for starting prep. I cannot wait to get stuck into prep bro! I'll keep you all updated

Weekend Check-In Update

Sitting just shy of 137kg, so up a few hundred grams this week. Coach is happy, but I’m still battling some nausea, which is making it hard as fuck to get food in and affecting training a bit. Regardless of that, I am so happy with how the back shots particularly are coming together, back is improving very rapidly. Thank you once again to the massive legend @Sassy's Pharmaceuticals for sponsoring my GAINS!

I took a few days off insulin, and felt noticeably better, so we’re now checking if electrolyte balance is the issue. Adding more potassium and magnesium, driving potassium up to 4000mg to also help with BP, which has been creeping up slightly. Will monitor how things respond over the next week.

Hey brother not a stupid question at all! Always feel free to ask anything I am a completely open book. I sure do my friend, I have always had astoundingly good BG control even on GH, last fasted readings I've taken have been 3.2, 3.7 and 3.6, generally trend on the lower side and fasting insulin levels on last round of blood tests was like 22 from memory.

Thank you brother honestly just genetically seem to be able to handle higher food, I actually went hypo a few times during prep without any insulin haha
I do like to maintain 1500mg berberine in long courses of 20+ weeks followed by small breaks where I will either utilise metformin or take a break from any insulin sensitisers if food isn't too high

I haven't noticed anything yet bro, I've only done 2 shots of 135mg so far as I rolled it in on Tuesday when it arrived so I'll keep you in the loop! Hopefully not hahahaha I am not an anxious person at all and never got any anxiety off 19 nors so hopefully should be all fine!

What do you feel you get from a coach?
Ah this is a great question!
This is extremely individual specific I think and their specific needs - I am also a coach - so everyone needs something different and will get something different of value from that relationship
For me, what I most value is the removal of decision making, I have full and complete trust in my coach and every decision he makes I know and trust is in my best interest so it removes any anxiety around what is the next step. Bodybuilding is such a multifaceted sport, there's a million different ways to do everything, so I think that in order to be an exceptional athlete, it requires an objective eye overseeing the process, particularly in the back end of a prep your perspective is extremely subjective to so many mixed emotions and there's chemicals and hormones running rampant that causes a warping of your perspective and it is no longer objective based.
So for me, my coach making decisions around when to push, when to pull back, what decisions are made around input and output to manage energy balance and fatigue etc makes the most sense to me, for then all I have to focus on is sticking to the plan and ticking the boxes and that removes a tremendous amount of stress which would also massively negatively affect the look and the process as we know cortisol has a very negative effect on all anabolic and lipolytic processes.
In the offseason I manage my nutrition and training and just get my coach (who is very well versed in PEDs application and health) to do my supplementation guidelines and recommendations and bloodwork and other health analysis

Weight: 139.6kg
Check-ins went great—body fat is coming down steadily, and growth hormone is back in (now dosed AM at 4iu to shift focus from recovery to fat loss). As a result, weight is holding slightly higher, but body composition is visibly shifting fast—tighter, fuller, and looking better by the day.

Honestly feeling like a god in the gym lately. I've never trained like this in my life—every session is a big progression. Strength is climbing, stability is locked in, and the pumps have been outrageous. Vascularity is increasing across the board.

I have noticed a slight increase in blood pressure with the change from Masteron to EQ, which I’m hoping will be mitigated by further fat loss and the introduction of more cardio. If not, I’ll likely add Nebivolol into the supplement stack alongside the current 80mg Telmisartan to manage it.

Also seeing a bit of nipple sensitivity and early gyno symptoms. The working theory is that it’s due to the switch in esters—Masteron Enanthate clearing faster than EQ Undecylenate builds, causing a short window of increased aromatase activity. Currently managing this with Aromasin, and as EQ builds and body fat continues to drop, we should see estrogen activity settle.

Coach is happy with the look this week. Still some fat to come off, and although we have time, we’ve pulled calories down slightly to keep fat loss rolling. Honestly happy about that—food is going down easier and I’m even feeling a little hunger again, which has been a very welcome change.

Weight is holding perfectly steady, but body composition is continuing to improve nicely. Condition is tightening up, and for the first time in what feels like years, I'm actually starting to feel a bit of hunger between meals. It’s hard to explain how good that feels after spending the last three years force-feeding every bite — honestly such a welcome change.

Vascularity is beginning to pick up, which is exciting to see — especially post-training or after a hot shower. Not super visible yet in fasted check-ins (I’m naturally not a vascular guy), but definitely noticing shifts and changes happening fast, which is encouraging given that I’m still sitting at a relatively high body fat level compared to where I’ll be in 16 weeks.

Estrogen’s been a little more volatile the past fortnight — nothing unmanageable, but I've needed to run Aromasin at 25mg on 3 separate occasions to keep things in check.

Weight is holding perfectly steady, but body composition is continuing to improve nicely. Condition is tightening up, and for the first time in what feels like years, I'm actually starting to feel a bit of hunger between meals. Vascularity is beginning to pick up, which is exciting to see — especially post-training or after a hot shower. Weight is holding perfectly steady, but body composition is continuing to improve nicely. Condition is tightening up, and for the first time in what feels like years, I'm actually starting to feel a bit of hunger between meals. It’s hard to explain how good that feels after spending the last three years force-feeding every bite — honestly such a welcome change.

Vascularity is beginning to pick up, which is exciting to see — especially post-training or after a hot shower. Not super visible yet in fasted check-ins (I’m naturally not a vascular guy), but definitely noticing shifts and changes happening fast, which is encouraging given that I’m still sitting at a relatively high body fat level compared to where I’ll be in 16 weeks.

Estrogen’s been a little more volatile the past fortnight — nothing unmanageable, but I've needed to run Aromasin at 25mg on 3 separate occasions to keep things in check.


Current Stack

  • Testosterone Enanthate – 600mg
  • Primobolan Enanthate – 1200mg
  • Equipoise (Boldenone Undecylenate) – 700mg
  • Rapid Insulin – 10iu pre-training
  • Lantus Insulin – 10iu daily
  • Growth Hormone – 4iu AM
(Gear was slightly reduced this week as EQ continues to build and test sides started creeping up. This also makes room for Tren to be added in over the coming weeks without overloading the system. Still growing well and feeling awesome so no concerns with the change.)


Cardio & Training Split

Cardio:

  • Increased to 90 minutes per week — now split into 13 minutes fasted daily using an exercise bike at home.
Training Split:

  • Monday: Legs
  • Tuesday: Push & Arms
  • Wednesday: Rest
  • Thursday: Pull & Hamstrings
  • Friday: Push
  • Saturday: Shoulders & Arms
  • Sunday: Rest

  • Carbohydrates: 800g

  • Calories: 4960 kcal
  • Protein: 310g
  • Carbohydrates: 750g

I got bloodwork done yesterday also, a very comprehensive sheet so will upload these as well to look over markers and keep the process as transparent as possible. I am slightly nervous for this as I have never gone near these dosages before and have no idea how my body will respond to them from a health marker perspective so there's a small fear in the back of my mind that they will be fucked and I'll have to pull out of the comp. I know this is extremely unlikely but it's not completely off the table. I will keep you all in the loop!

Clen will likely be introduced next week. Tren will follow in the next 3–6 weeks. I’ve had a long break from it since my last prep in 2022 (due to some kidney stress), but I respond incredibly well to it and I’m keen as hell to bring it back in — tren and I are good friends.
I get it man, as it is natural being worried or nervous if rather you be that and get the bloodwork done so you can combat any issues that arise, i dont run nearly the amount you are on this, even i still have that in the back of my mind worried or nervous feeling at times.

100% bro, I am diligent with my bloodwork I get it done at least every 4-6 months usually every 3 on average. This is wayyy the highest dose I have ever been on also so a bit of an unknown on how I will tolerate it, besides liver everything else is looking pretty okay and I feel quite good

Thanks for having me here! I’m excited to connect with some of the members and get extra support heading into this competition season.

A Bit About Me

I’m a full-time online bodybuilding coach, 25 years old, and have competed a few times in the past—most recently in 2022. Unfortunately, I had to take an extended break from the stage, but after a long off-season, I’m finally making my return!

Training & Background

  • Training since 2014, bodybuilding seriously since 2018
  • Coaching since 2021, with a brief break in 2023 due to personal setbacks that kept me out of training for about six months
  • Back fully dialed in since October 2023
  • Weight progression: 111kg (Oct 2023) → 141.1kg fasted (Jan 2025)

Current Cycle & PEDs

I have a fast metabolism and tolerate PEDs well. My last push peaked at my highest total mg cycle ever:

  • 600mg Testosterone (Very high aromatase activity, required 12.5mg-25mg Aromasin daily even with 1200mg Primo)
  • 1200mg Primobolan
  • 6IU HGH
  • 25IU Lantus
  • 30IU Rapid
This took me from a lean 116kg (May 2024) → 139.2kg (Nov 2024), where I started an elevated cruise (200mg Test + 200mg Primo). I continued gaining slowly, reaching a fasted 141.1kg (311lbs) in Jan 2025.

Currently, I’m sitting at 136kg (299lbs) fasted after a slight calorie reduction and dealing with a tooth infection that’s made eating solid food difficult. Once that’s resolved next week, I’ll push food back up and escalate PEDs accordingly.

Next Push Target (time to become a gawddamn bik boi)

  • 1000mg Testosterone
  • 1000mg Primobolan
  • 1000mg Masteron
  • 6-8IU HGH
  • Insulin, metformin/berberine, and other insulin mimetics as needed to manage BG levels

Current Macros

Training Days (TD):
  • 6860 kcal
  • 315g Protein
  • 1175g Carbs
  • 100g Fat

Non-Training Days (NTD):
  • 5860 kcal
  • 340g Protein
  • 900g Carbs
  • 100g Fat

Current PEDs

  • 400mg Testosterone
  • 1400mg Primobolan (meant to be 1300mg, but pinning 1ml daily is easier—sorry, coach!)
  • 30IU Rapid Insulin (split into 3 doses, pre, intra and post workout)
  • 12.5mg Aromasin daily
  • Lantus, HGH, and Masteron inbound—will be added as soon as they arrive
  • All oils pinned daily

Training Split

5x per week, low volume, high frequency, high-intensity failure training:

  • Monday: Legs & Biceps
  • Tuesday: Push
  • Wednesday: REST
  • Thursday: Posterior (Back, Glutes, Hams)
  • Friday: Chest & Biceps
  • Saturday: Shoulders & Triceps
  • Sunday: REST

Competition Goals

I’m aiming to compete in Season C IFBB Pro League Australia, leading into Nationals. If I’m close to a pro card (unlikely, but we’ll see how my body responds to this cycle), I might do an overseas show after Australian Nationals.
