Really really solid session, this week we -1 pop tart. No changes to gear, we will be getting bloods tomorrow as we ran out of time last week. These will be looked over by coach and we will go from there. High chance of prep starting next week which is very exciting. Feeling great training at 1-2 RIR and legs is 2RIR besides calves and arms are at 0-1 RIR. @Raptor Rep

super simple super effective push day, new private gym and I can’t wait to push the limits a whole lot of new gear to try, bloods came back and coach is going over them on checkins today, will let everyone know tomorrow on my log what the plan is moving forward feeling really good and can’t wait for prep to start. Just got a touch down of raptor met and telm which I’ll be using in the coming weeks. @Raptor Rep
