💣🔥 What’s good my EVO FAM, hope you’re smashing it no matter what your up to, and heading into the weekend fired up!

💥 4am chest and shoulder session to start my day off this morning, left zero in the tank and seeing progression the tempo and movement patterns and connection from last week.

♻️ Energy and recovery are aligned this week, feeling rested enough to give it my all each session without the dragging fatigue.

🧬 I’ll get some updated physique photo over the weekend after my check in with coach @R. AP as we get closer to out 3 week together.

Right of the bat the changes he has made have already made such a positive impact in my physical and mental I can’t describe how thankful I am to have a legend like him

🚀 @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep has me moving and recovering at the highest rate I’ve been right now, has me feeling fucking amaizng even at modest dosages!

Thanks my brother, yeh trying to make the most of my first real growth phase - so removing variables is going to help with data 🔥
Thats how i try and eat as well i will make small adjustments if coach implements it in but nothing crazy, i am excited to try this wagyu beef i picked up the other night, yeah apparently speaking of growth my cut turned into a growth phase lol, somehow in a deficit i put on almost 8lbs so far in 5 weeks.

I started losing weight when my calories went up by 1000 daily to - now it’s starting to settle and trending in the right direction

Brother i swear everything i start a cutting log i just end up growing lol 😆 its weird as hell, but hey its good growth in many ways, truth be told its got to be the 500mgs of test first time ive run this dose and i think my body is just enjoying it, been super smooth cycle, monday marks week 6 for me, either that or i found the key combination of the correct compounds my body likes.

🔥 4AM chest and shoulders session this morning - this morning session was killer, feeling amazing and full of energy right now coming of the back of a rest day. Left zero in the tank this morning, still trying to find a good balance with my new program in terms of warm up feeders sets versus my max effort to failure top sets. Slowly getting a better grove each week, but only 4 weeks into a whole new program and movements.

💥 All numbers are up this week, from body weight trend to max effort and load in my performance - but we’ll see what my check in with coach reveals tommorow 😂

💜 Super big shoutout to the two amaizng supports I have right now.

To kind my dude thank you, I just wanted to make the log to help out anyone who runs into a big injury to be honest, they feel like such big setbacks at the time but like most things a little perspective change and focus is needed

💚💚 Happy mid week EVO FAMILY, hope all my bros are smashing it and killing the first half of the week.

🚀 I had a savage 4am leg session this morning, major focus on hammies and adductors right now

💥 I’m now into week 5 of my push phase, feeling amaizng and all numbers are progressing each week, with plenty of room for gear, food, intensity and volume to incase of needed.

🍳 This is my list workout meal, same as every day as I’m sticking to my diet and meal plan 7 days and loving it.

📋 Meal deets: 150g chicken, 150g Jasmin rice, 100g pineapple, 100g beetroot, 100g zucchini, 50g carrot - dusted with a spicy chilli salt I make.
