Incline skulls are definitely in my top tricep excercises,I gave them away for awhile but they are back in a big way now

@MarshMonsta Bros pumps are awesome if you can get them going in your legs, that's really cool. But you don't want them to get too bad otherwise they can hurt your strength training. It happens to me when I use Tren.

show the ingredients but generally these gummies are awful. not good for teeth and they have a lot of junk in them. if you want some quick carbs pre workout why not some raw oats with raw honey instead? @MarshMonsta

Hey thanks bro😀 yeah sciatic pain comes and go's for me,but cant let it affect training to much so i upped my GH to 7iu's a night to help aid recovery.Yes push through the pain its all mental to me like now im on two nights of real shit sleep lol last night I woke up every single hour on the hour and been pumping out big days in sun at work and my legs feel like they guuna fall off ....but my mind says dont you fuckin stop you giant pussy sack of shit!..so tonight my friend im going to hit a massive leg session,not cose I gotta but because I fucking can....lets go @KoalaTea back on the grind!

Im having a dream run this blast lev,everything seems to be going well with no disruptions,I only wish I started my log 5-6weeks earlier lol I put a bit of weight on right at start, iv bounced back hard from 92.5kg to current so im happy but continue to push hard

My secret to staying so dry my bro is wearing full long clothes and black gum boots all day in the 40°c sun working like a motherfucker lol you'll sweat from places you never thought you could🤣😅
Maybe its a combination of things to be honest,skin thickness,blood pressure,taking asprin and cialis,fasting,high rep training so many different variables to account for.

Cheers for the recommendation brother,i will try that next session and see if i can get 140kg💪haha yeah man lots of supps but they are all usefull,keeps me running at optimum level and away from using AI's and serms,Im basically running side affect free for a change and luving this run,hypothetical question....if i was looking for a coach next year to really buckle down and have a good go at competing is this something you would be interested in or know who could help achieve this?

Haha no im not a concreter im the most jacked hydroexcavation operator in the southern hemisphere my bro😜its where we cant get a excavator in to dig around underground services like water,comms,power & gas,then we use the vac truck in picture im sure you seen them getting round,you use them to high pressure blast the ground at 5000psi with water and the 4 inch yellow hose sucks the shit up into the tank then ya drive off lol $200p/h😅

Late post from Friday night but I'll put up anyways as it went pretty great,that same afternoon I went and got a massage and got proper handled by a solid Thai chick im sort of glad there was a towel covering my eyes for most of it🤣anyways my back was crippled for the next day and started to come good buy end of yesterday...thems the breaks I guess and training goes on!..

Hello @KoalaTea my bro,of course I'll give you them details of that place we spoke about and yeah probably would be a good thing post show as well I think lol dont know about the food situation my friend i think they are full vegetarian there and its been many years since I was last there,it wouldn't be hard to get online or make a quick call to sort it all out anyways.
Sleep has improved as well bro was probs stress related or some shit lol I tried one of those mouth guard things when I was up around 120kg and had sleep apnoea a few years back but id always spit it out in my sleep and wake up with the fucking thing in my hand....

Nah bro its operation is quite simple its being out in the sun all day constantly setting up and smashing jobs out all day that gets poeple i been doing it many years and its second nature to me now,i enjoy the physical challenge💪

It wasnt a real good 120kg my bro not lean and was holding more fat and aromatising at a shit rate while using my favourite compounds like NPP,deca and dbol but those years are behind me now and I barely need AI's even on blast,its amazing how the body adapts/changes constantly.

Thanks my bro,skulls are getting up there now,you see iv had to build them back up cose of major technique change i used to do the conventional we all come to know and luv but when I seen phill heaths proper rundown on them where ya tilt and elbows right back and press it like a super jacked freak of nature😜well things changed and I get heaps better contraction now,I luv using different variations to see what works.
Food is a mix of tasty and mainly healthy food except the burger lol I gotta make more slow cooker stuff with beef but... its so good.
Haha yeah thats why I dont need reta or fat burners up here its back up around the 37°c and super humid as we in the wet season through till march next year so happy days maybe a cyclone floods the place again so I can take a few weeks off to get sleep and get huge!

I got a good feeling about this blast lev,I think i can push up to daily injections and pump it up to 1050mg test,500 NPP per week comfortably...blood pressure in check of course and maybe not to many of those burgers,he said no one ever asked for the extra patty before lol what a sad world😜
Yeah thanks on the podcast my bro its a different world from an athletic background to bodybuilding definitely teaches different skills in a way but same lesson in the end which is get the fuck up up in the morning not just to go through the motions but to grind away constantly and win everyday💪
