Approved Log BPC157 protocol healing Log

EVO Logger
Incorporating BPC157 healing/recovery protocol log alongside regular cycle log.
After a successful 12 week BPC & tb500 protocol for knee nerve damage recently,I have teamed up with RRRaus peptides to run and review his BPC157.
I will be running a little more aggressive dose of 500mcgm to hopefully heal and repair plantar fasciitis, mainly as well as some shoulder relief from an old injury.
1st pin of 500mcgm this evening, not much to report straight up though I do notice from the many cuts and grazes I get daily from work, tend to heal within 3-4 days as opposed to a week to 10 days usually,as age plays a huge role in natural recovery from those type of simple mishaps.a few days in I will be able to ascertain the quality and have some input to update.
Thanks RRR for the opportunity to showcase your healing peptides here.

@Seventieschild that is great to know that the peptide stack helped with the nerves. did you pin them into the nerve or did you pin into the knee? glad it helped

Pinned into the fatty tissue inside the knee, think into nerve would be brutal bro
Nerve damage is notoriously difficult to heal 100%..though the relief I got from last protocol is like night and day in comparison.i would say 90% improvement,I only get a niggling pain very occasionally which is easy to live with as opposed to constant pain before the peptides protocol.

bros yeah they haven't found out anything to help with nerves or brain yet. so this stuff is gold if it helped you. that a good sign @Seventieschild

yeah really with nerves the best people can do is get a cortico into it and numb it so this is promising
but people still have to improve mobility and flexibility to take pressure off the nerve or it will be back. that is where hot yoga comes into play!

this is true. after i had mine it felt better for a few weeks then the pain came back. you gotta be careful

@Seventieschild It's amazing. I think 10 years ago very few people even knew about these peptides. Now it seems like every other Log guys are using them. They really do work beautifully.

Very important to use these peptides. They are very effective. I think people need to learn more about them.

Hey bro , do you have a clearer photo? One not taken with a Motorola razr from 2005, I nearly booked myself into Specsavers seeing this image.

aside from that. Good touchdown. I recently started using BPC157 myself and been a game changer. Removed some ongoing niggling joint paint. All the best.

That being said Peace , love and happiness. (King tolo)

100% they heal and rejuvenate, big pharma don't want this, they don't want to heal us,money for them to treat us with bullshit meds that mask and relieve, but not heal.

It's definitely some conspiracy stuff. But yeah, I can definitely see how there is some validity to it. It is definitely a huge business.

Hey 2Thick,

That's an opinion we don't hear often. Why aren't you a fan of them? The discussion of differing opinions is vital to information sharing to help us all evolve!
Well, they haven't always helped me with some of my injuries. That's why it seems like they help with certain things but they don't do anything for other things.

@Seventieschild Welcome back to logging bro, following! I like the high doses and spot injection I found that really worked when stacked with collagen peptide powder. Flood the system with collogen and let the high dose BPC do the work.

For sure collagen peptides and bone broth both would help :D @HarleyGuy

Update on BPC healing log,
6 days in of pinning 500mcgm daily of RRRaus peptides BPC157.
Imo the quality is certainly there, all those cuts and grazes I get almost daily at work heal in 3-4 days as opposed to 10 days plus without BPC,this is great at my age, reduces chance of infection to minimal.working with steel, mostly rust at surface, steel wire and chemicals in concrete products.also feel some improvement with shoulder pain though not sure with plantar fasciitis yet, hopefully a few weeks in will be more telling but I have confidence in this brand/label.

Certainly does bro,I recently ran a successful BPC and tb500 protocol so I know how I respond to these peptides and what they can do for me.looking forward to running this protocol a little more aggressive with the doses but 4weeks shorter in duration to last protocol.who knows though I may just run peptides through to next year with the many benefits they bring.im also running Anavar at 10mg per day for its bone regeneration and healing properties,no so much for anabolic effects.

BPC and TB500 together at higher dose but shorter run should accelerate recovery while keeping inflammation down fast. though I prefer longer runs @Seventieschild

Anavar at 10 mg ed is a good dose for collagen and bone density, add some bone broth on top of it ed

Agreed and @Seventieschild you can buy 1kg of enhanced collagen peptides for a decent price. If you take a solid 20g of it a day it helps the peptides to their work. If you check my log I do it every morning whether I'm on BPC/TB or not.

Yup the collagen and bone broth are cheap :D

Agreed... 3-4 months and the magic happens where I find you get permanent healing and not just inflammation relief.
For sure :D with peptides longer is better.

Feeling fine using RRRaus peptides, slow burn these healing peptides but they are worth thier weight in gold.
Running 500mcgm daily, has anyone ran an aggressive dose of ,say,1000mcgms and upwards for any length of time.

I will be logging my upcoming cycle and training on a separate thread shortly, just getting all my ducks in a row.i basically had a 12 weeks break off training recently due to injury,am almost ready to kick off again.

I have early on in my log (probably didn't put it in my log but it was for about a week pinned directly into my tendons) and then it got too expensive and doubling the 500mcg dose didn't double the effectiveness for me either that I could tell. If you can afford it go for it but that's maxing out on the dose for now. You're better off running 500mcg for double the time vs. 1000mcg in half that time.

Last peptides healing run I went 12 weeks BPC and tb,I agree I think I may continue this run for 20weeks or so, ideally I would like to run for a whole 12 months.that would be most beneficial in terms of complete & permanent healing.

Ok perfect! Continue with your 500mcg dose, that's not aggressive if you have injuries like your knee and shoulder. Rotate your shots from as close to the knee injury and as close to the back injury as you can with the BPC.

Don't rush to judgement on the quality of it just yet keep updating your log and give it time to work it's magic. If you can afford to run it for a year with nerve damage like that you won't regret it.

Quick check in,feeling fine on RRRaus peptide BPC157.reconstitutes nicely with back water, crystal clear.vac sealed.
RRRaus is very professional, reaches out just to check how I'm going.great guy.
Post some pics of the peptides from @RRRaus reconstituted and in play :D @Seventieschild
and waiting on food training updates too

Quick update,4 weeks in running RRRaus BPC 157 at 500mcgm daily, very clean product, great at healing minor injuries withing a few days that usually take up to two weeks at my age, look forward to longer time on to take advantage of full healing benefits that BPC can achieve.
Thanks again to RRRaus for this opportunity to showcase his product.

Care package graciously sent by RRRaus, adding in GHK-CU,looks like a promising compound and one that would compliment and stack well with BPC.
Much appreciated RRRaus,thankyou.

Healing protocol update,
still running 500mcgm of RRRaus BPC 157,I have split to 250mcgm pinned twice daily, added in GHK-CU at 2mg daily, only a couple of days in but you can actually see a difference in skin firmness and and fine line reduction, very surprised.the more subtle benefits like neuroprotection and wound healing etc will take more time I assume.looks like a compound that will work synergistic with BPC and even tb500.i think better outcome with the BPC injections split to am and pm injections rather than once daily.

Just recently back to training, been out of action for almost 16 weeks, just a trt dose,as you can see by the photos above, got some work to do this cycle, feeling fit and ready to go.
You have an amazing back and thick legs, impressive!

Log update on BPC 157,feeling like I'm getting relief in my elbow, shoulders from RRRAUS BPC, definitely there's a healing effect,I feel the split injections may be more beneficial than once daily, not so much sharp pain.rrraus GHK-cu at 2mg daily for sure has skin looking and feeling smooth, fine lines seem to fade.more long term benefits will tell in time.
Thanks to Evo and RRRaus for this onto log and showcase these awesome peptides.
Peptides have so many uses and positive benefits, they are the way forward for healing many injuries, and neuroprotective causes, gut health etc.

good to hear about this, see if you can add a few training pics and a few food updates please :D @Seventieschild @RRRaus

Definitely bro,I had just over 3 months out of the gym,no training,so back to it and back to basics.
Bros. I was out of the gym for 2 years after my plumbing accident. @Seventieschild So are you going to come back strong. Don't worry. Body memory a real thing.

Definitely bro,I had just over 3 months out of the gym,no training,so back to it and back to basics.
@Seventieschild I had to take some time away from the gym to deal with some stuff after my wife died. So I completely get where you're coming from. Just keep at it and don't give up.

Amazing what lighting or an angle can showcase and highlight a physique in a totally different manner.
For sure brother, many say arnold scored himself some wins purely of clever posing techniques when his conditioning wasnt completely on point 👌
