Approved Log 6 week break - post Ms Olympia Journal

Mid week 6 - recovery phase

Sunday - rest, no cardio
Monday - back, triceps, abs
Tuesday - legs, abs
Wednesday - chest/delts

Daily supplements -
5iu SHOGUN growth hormone pre cardio
30 minutes fasted spin bike
30 mins spin bike post workout

Still at it - no major changes.
Strength is good, pumps aren’t bad especially this week.
Been spamming lateral raises on chest/delt day, it’s honestly hard to stop. Machine laterals, cable laterals, 6 ways, db laterals, db SEATED laterals, run the rack db laterals 😭

I also had my fortnightly shot primo Sunday and that’s another reason I’m delaying starting my cycle because I can’t believe I have to pin twice a week fuuuuuuck.
Come this far not to do it 🤷🏼‍♀️😂

Arm genetics came outta no where

@ifbbpromusclegirl the before/after pic just shows that weight training can force the body to grow muscle even when it doesn't need to. plus the PED's help reinforce that. its amazing what the body can do if you put your mind and braun into it

Just one more week like this then starting my offseason.
I was gonna start off with 40mg NPP twice a week and bump my gh to 8iu daily, but split it morning and post workout.

Still feel good, look alright too considering the comfort eating 🫠 and really just eating what I want.
After prep I really feel I need to have a break from being so restrictive with the food. Lucky being at the level I’m at now
I can kinda get away with it.

When I won the pro show that qualified me for the 2025 Mr Olympia - I got a tiara, a sash, gold medal, a champion belt, trophy, and a big cheque.

It sits under my bedroom TV, I honestly look at it every day and just 🤯🥹😭 every time I take it in and realise.

And sometimes I think the world could end and I did everything I needed to do. I put a lot of bullshit to rest and no matter what anyone says or does nothing can take that away from me. Nothing can change what I did. Especially the circumstances I was under, I don’t think anything will feel as powerful as this, where it brings up a lot of emotion just thinking about it, even writing about it 🥹


I wonder if there will ever be a day where I can talk about it and not 🥹🥹 about it.

Wow that's a powerful story and strong motivation for all! And we only know the half of it. I bet seeing that award under your TV is a good way to get you off the couch when you're tired. What you accomplished is beyond amazing and I'm sure it's just the first of many big things to come!

Donated some blood on the weekend also - plan to do that every 8-12 weeks from now on.

Also putting some more health supplements in place to improve my lipid profile:
Citrus Bergamot 2000mg
Curcumin 1000mg
Berberine 500-1000mg

Blood glucose is normal range so that’s the main thing.

Everything else I’m super happy with - liver enzymes are fine 🙏🏼
