Pipeline work is pretty iffy these days. Shouldn't be but it is...stupid governments. Cool move starting something of your own where you can work from home. Might make it a bit harder tho cuz the kitchen is right there all day lol

Well here’s a small quick update.

I’m down to 258.7 lost 2.9 pounds.

I had my first re feed day of this whole cut. Kept my protein and fats the same increased carbs from 150 to 500 for Sunday. Judging by how hungry I’m getting all the time now I’m not sure how much further I’m going to be able to go. I don’t crave any junk food but I’m starting to feel hungry all day especially into the night. I’d love to hit that 6-7% bf range which would be roughly 248-249 but that’s almost seeing to far away especially for my stomach.

Training I’m pushing hard like I’m bulking, strength isn’t as good as it once was but that what to expect being in a cut for 13 weeks.

IF ANYONE HAS TIPS OR SUPPLEMENT THAT WILL HELP WITH THR HUNGER PLEASE SHARE.

I already take Reta don’t want to take anything else that’s a peptide to crush hunger. Mind you I’m think of triz but how long does that take to kick in

For hunger, spread protein heavier in the early meals and load more fiber from greens or oats at night. You just need more volume food imo.

Not much room when your on a 2300 calorie diet. Maybe I’ll replace my potatoes at night with oats instead.

You can do that but calorie drops not crucial, its the macros.

Well I added veggies to my last meal of the day. Chicken stir fry with rice. The bag popped and well got far more veggies then I wanted but hey it filled me up

Yeah I typically take a few things for my digestion. Especially when I’m bulking. Not really sure how much longer I’ll be able to do this cut. I did up my calories a bit to add some oats into my meals. Went back up to 2600 calories.

I think all my years on opiates gave me a powerful intestine and colon pushing those bricks along lol. Lots of reps over those years built a powerlifter like digestive tract. Even on 400g+ protein never any issues.

I’ll do a quick update here because I forgot to to Sunday
Sundays weight- 255
16 days day left of cut, December 6th final day.
Upped cardio am session fasted stair master 45 mins, with 45 mins after my afternoon lift. Started 40mg winstrol today dropped anavar to 40 mg as well.


Now this is for @LevButlerov who’s requested my bulk plan. This isn’t set in stone yet as I’m strictly thinking of my last stretch of my cut and am focused on reaching 5-6% bf. I’ll update more when I get closer to my bulk.

For 2-3 weeks after cut I’m be doing a maintain phase. Let the body adjust to the extra food and size it’ll put on.

Training will be 6 days on 2 days off
Chest will have 2 workout during the week as it’s lacking big time.

Gear I’ll be taking

M-1-T 20mg 4 weeks I have massive support and will be taking 500mg of Ursodiol to go with all the support I’ll be taking as well.

Mast e 600mg week
Tren ace 60mg daily

Slu-pp-332 3mg daily

Yeah I was honestly getting depressed and moody. Still a bit moody. But the fact that my hunger isn’t nearly as bad has helped me a lot. Honestly wish I had more support around home with all this but I manage to keep my head held high. That’s oats meal before bed honestly changed everything for me that and the tirz and Reta life is good

Then just family not rooting me on snd all that stuff. Literally doing all this from my own head space rooting myself in and pushing myself. Gets hard but the results keep me moving.

Just lean in to your EVO fam bro. You know we got your back.

I had to do the same thing with my friends. Only in my case it was cuz I had to quit with all the fukn drugs and partying myself and couldn't manage if I was still going out or hearing the stories all the time. That was over 10 years ago and it was worth it cuz I've stayed on the straight and narrow.

It's hard for family to understand what we do. I'm sure if you give it time and they see how happy it makes you they'll come around eventually. Bodybuilding is after all a really solo sport at the end of the day anyway right.

The mood dips are normal when you cut old circles out but your results are the proof you are winning and you just have to keep pushing forward. :D @Bigswaz Family not cheering you on is their loss and you building this alone makes the transformation even stronger! You look amazing!

Its something I think almost all of us have gone through in some form, but people who are only good to you if you are also damaging your health and not living well arent people you should keep around really

Most the time when people put us down or make us feel guilty about our journeys is because they wish deep down that they had the drive to do the same. People would rather bring you down to their level so they dont feel bad about themselves for doing nothing.

I have 30 vials of it not talking about sources but it’s the same masteron I’ve been on since I’ve joined EVO. It’s very real lab tested as well.

As m-1-t their is zero conversion zero water retention (non glycogen water) no sub q water and it brings on real solid gains.

Anadrol does all that and make you look puffy. I don’t want that whole point off this bulk is quality lean mass gains to make a solid outstanding frame.

But I haven’t really played around with steroids to much in my life I just know Tbol doesn’t do anything besides create head aches and make me tired as heck. Anadrol does what dbol does far to much water weight making me look like the dude going for his 10th helping of bacon at an all you can eat buffet lol.

I’m stocked for you to start tren, do you have a log that I can follow along with too? Highly interested in seeing your progress and gains you make.

Ahhh bro I'm getting the chills just thinking about that wonderful sound haha. I got 4 vials of mast stashed away for the spring and I gotta say that makes me pretty happy...but 26 more...OMG that's a gear chubby lol

Yea I'm gonna start a new log next week and I'll tag you in for sure bro. Will definitely help having as many experienced Tren bros watching over me as possible. Any input is always welcome! I just gotta get the ok from my dental surgeon that I'm all healed up and good to go on Tuesday and it's off to the races

Hey bro! Depending on how lean you are here, then the moodiness and depression may just be a symptom of having dieted quite hard. I notice it when I'm in the depths of prep. 5-6% is absurdly lean, and very few of us can feel good at that range.

With regard to your bulk bro, ~7k cals is an absurd amount of food to come out into from 5-6% body fat.

If you want to make sure your push/ build phase is as productive as possible, and lean, and you are coming from 5-6% body fat you'll need to do up a plan for a reverse diet or get someone to help you with it.

Jumping straight back into 7k cals not only will slingshot fat onto your frame but it's extremely unsafe for your organs and general health.

Bloods are okay but someone needs aromasin stat!

First... add some pink Himalayan salt to your eggs or meat ED.
Don't worry about the creatinine being high (and it's not that high)
If you're adding bananas to your shakes cut those out

Now for your e2.... what AI do you have on hand? Aromasin?

Your cholesterol is shit but that's fine for now. Can you afford N2Guard?

If you're taking an iron supplement you can ditch that.
I’ve added a few things in to help with cholesterol. Once I drop the winny and do my health phase everything should bounce back. Won’t be doing a bulk until all blood markers are healthy.

Get your ferritin checked again we don't want that to be chronically high.

Thanks for checking in. For cutting for 4 months taking 100mg of anavar a day at one point and winny is at 75 mg I’d say everything is looking pretty good. Other than Cholesterol but that’s an easy fix once the winny is dropped.

Ya your lipids will bounce back just get bloods back in check before blasting anything again, especially double orals same time.

I take 10 grams of creatine a day and drink 6L of water. The stress from 2 hours of cardio a day (stair master) heavy weight training is going to make it look like it’s stressed. Even my dr said the same thing it looks stressed but ped use paired with the stress of a prep does often make these marker look like this.

Also I handle high estrogen very well one of the reason I’m able to put size on so good. Everyone seems to get scared when estrogen goes up. But if your not get negative sides then it has a boast loads of positives do you.

10 grams is fine and you drink a lot of water so you're good there :D @Bigswaz
the high estrogen issue, you might handle it well but there are actual sides, organs brand of high estrogen that are internal.
270 way too high imo, if you're 20% above range is fine but 270 we need to do something so good you got the aromasin going.

Definitely. I recall you definitely had a big transformation. The better in shape you get, the more good you're going to feel so it all works out. @Bigswaz

@Bigswaz bros dont panic or anything. we all got bad #'s sometimes as steroid users. it about controlling shit though, don't let it get out of hand and stay bad !

This is an excellent job right here you post up your blood work, you can analyze what's going on here and you can try and correct some of the things that are off and now you know for the future what your baselines are. @Bigswaz
 
Man everyone breaks their cut with burger pizza cookies and here I’m going for a massive prime rib!! I’m here for the long haul and want to maximize gains and keep the leanness going into my health phase before my bulk.

I know it’ll be worth it just have to keep pushing until my carb load day tomorrow. Stress and kids certainly doesn’t make this any easier. Any tips to make it through today?
