I had blood done last month for a follow up and everything in the green , except cholesterol and blood pressure so they put me on Evolocumab and Prazosin for cholesterol and Telmesartan for blood pressure … and my next follow up appointment for bloodwork with my primary care doctor has been scheduled for February 20, 2026

It's good you're getting your BP under control cuz that could be risky for someone who works as hard as you do.

Thanks brother, been so busy with work, 16-18 hour days 6-7 days a week, I’m lucky I have a home gym, I pull into the garage take off the work gear go straight to the weights for an hour then wife has food ready, eat shower and then pass out 😂

I tell myself I’m going to do that but most of the time I’m really just smoked. Last leg day I did I had to pull all day the next day by hand and it really hurt my recovery. Total waste.

I know… it’s so hard when your fried before and after work… I don’t even go into the house, found if I do I’ll most likely skip the training… so when I pull into the garage I just go and sit on my chair I have next to the weights for 20 minutes sometimes just to syke myself up 😂

That’s so awesome that you can make it all work man. Keep updating when you can. I’ve worked alongside power crews many times. The hours that you regularly put in are bananas! I do some crazy hours too but not all the freaking time like that. That’s why I didn’t do it. I had the fast track in and I said no. I like to do it in spurts and then kick back and recover and try to keep my home life together. I can’t keep a woman to save my life so my home life falls apart fast

Yeah it’s definitely tough, but I’m sacrificing for a few years maybe 5 if I can keep up the pace, so I can retire early, don’t want to be old retiring want to be relatively young so I can have better quality life when I do retire, wife and i want to buy a house in Vietnam maybe travel back and forth every 6 months to the states…

I have thought of that too. Very enticing. I hope you do it! I’d love to see it!

The way I’m doing line work is a huuuuge gamble. Like every week. I’m going to need a really good run of luck to make it out of the casino but if I do it’s going to be worth it

Thanks brother, life’s good… still bulking at the moment, keeping steady weight gains, I believe I’m back to pre surgery size, can’t really tell at the moment, I’m holding on to a little fluff and water nothing to bad… probably around middle of January I’ll cut the Deca just run Sustanon and EQ with a little Tren… for my Recomp/Cut cycle…

Thanks brother… yes , eating 5-6 meals a day 4 solid whole foods meals and two protein shake meals with a protein snack and a clean carb source with it… I’m hovering a little above 93kilos 205-207lbs but I’d like to get a little closer to 210 without gaining any more fluff before I start to shed off the fat and water wieght…

I wouldn't say you're fluffy at all in your pics. Looks like a really quality bulk you've accomplished. Should be easy to dice up from here. Especially with your work

2024 My Gall Bladder dies and causes all other organs to become severely distressed, starting with my pancreas, organs beginning to shut down… heart was going into cardiac arrest, was given nitroglycerin twice that morning to keep me alive.
Yeah see this is scary stuff. Man it lights a fire in my soul to see blokes like yourself come out of the other end of journeys like this hungrier than ever.

Happy you didn't have the bag from your gallbladder fucking with you like that. I wonder if the bag draining all that bloat for you would have helped? I had to drain my Dad's bag for months after his surgery and once full bring it in it looked like caramel syrup LOL

I believe , for me, that was the most painful experience I’ve had… and the recovery for me was soooo long, looking back now I’m blessed to be as healthy and strong as I am, thank God those days are just memories 😅

I think I have hit a plateau, energy level not as high, fatigue lasts a little longer than usual, and weights are feeling heavier than usual…even eating is difficult feeling fuller faster…
what is your recommendation on progressing at this point?

thats possible, I think you need 1 week deload and jump back in imo @LeNguyen
