Fuck your back is solid! Love the training style too brother, im the same with a big top set followed by a backoff. Adding Intensifiers on the accessory movements.
I grown more with this approach as i recover better and can really fucking send it on the top set.

Yes too a degree I follow the top set back off set style of training as they do and I listen to alot of there content. I believe in the same principles too. I only train to failure zero reps in reserve like Jordan and Kuba.

Yesterdays check in went really well. No changes made at this stage so everything is staying the same. Definitely leaning out and making good progress. Only thing we have done is increased both sodium and potassium targets to 5/5 to keep gym performance up. Realised I was under consuming my elctrolytes ATM.

Quick update! Finished my 4 shifts so days off have began today. I did fasted cardio when I go up on the Stairmaster for 30 mins. Coach has made a few adjustments as of today:

Methylene blue 10mg daily
SLU PP332 25mg pre activity 2x daily
And reta has increased from 3mg to 4mg

Loving the process ATM and it's working! I will post pump photos tomorrow with my pull workout (posterior chain)

Brother back width I personally believe its wide grip chins that's started building my width, single arm strict lat pulls too seriously help. I think all the rowing movements are important too for building the density but for width it's wide grip pulls with alot of stretch.

Merry Xmas Evo family!

Sorry I didn't upload my upper workout log yesterday I got carried away with getting ready for xmas. Yesterdays log and pump photos are attached.

I knocked off work early at 2.30am last night so I went to the gym and did 30 mins on the stepper before doing presents with my kids and then sleeping. Today I had one of plan meal for Xmas to please the family 😂 photo down the bottom. It made me feel horrendous tbh, after eating so clean for a while 😂 I'm back at work for my last shift tonight. I will be posting my workouts on the days off.

Sorry I didn't upload my upper workout log yesterday I got carried away with getting ready for xmas. Yesterdays log and pump photos are attached.
