Didn't have time for the plate loaded Calf Raise so did the full stack on the machine until failure

Deadlifts: Warm-up + 2 working sets 6 reps 230 kilos
Weighted Pull-ups: warm ups with bw 10-12 reps then 2 sets 4-6 reps 25 kilo
Bent-over Rows: 2 sets 4-6 reps 150 kilo
Barbell Shrugs: 2-3 sets 4-6 reps up to 260 kilos

Pull ups with 25 kilos added
Barbell shrugs with 230 kilos for 8 reps had to go up weight.
Deadlift 230 kilos for 6 reps could have maybe got 2 more. Had to stop myself from doing another setdon't want to not be able to recover.
